The Bond star slips on a dress and heels in a commercial for female rights!

He may be one of the biggest action stars in the world, but Daniel Craig is no misogynist. The actor filmed a spot for International Women’s Day, narrated by Judi Dench, and traded his sharp suit for a dress and some black heels in a quest to educate the public of the problems and prejudices still facing women in the world today.

Kate Hudson, Fergie, Marion Cotillard and the rest of the cast open up about their experience making the movie — and about the biggest fears they had to overcome while doing it. “I never had the confidence to sing,” says Kate, who belts out “Cinema Italiano,” the movie’s catchiest number. “I’d always loved it, and I’d have a couple glasses of wine and maybe have the confidence, but I never had true confidence in singing until Rob [Marshall.]“

This behind-the-scenes feature also reveals that some of the actresses originally auditioned for different roles! Marion first auditioned for Judi Dench‘s role, seamstress Lilli, while Penelope Cruz originally went out for Claudia Jenssen, the international film star played by Nicole Kidman. Then it was a quick change, and you were off to MTV for It’s On With Alexa Chung.  And you were all smiles again while co-hosting a screening of Nine at AMC 25 in Times Square.  (Not to mention, Kate, you look HOT in that dress!)  You really showed A-Rod that his antics couldn’t get you down on your big day.

By meeting up with your parents, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell for dinner at Strata 57 last night before going on Jimmy Fallon, you kept the people that love you, and make you the happiest, close to you.
