You’ve got to hand it to Vanessa Hudgens and Josh Hutcherson – they really know how to keep things professional. Just a short while after the exes shared a super-awkward interview, in which they were asked how long they’ve been going out, they reunited for the red carpet premiere of their new movie Journey 2: The Mysterious Island. And yes, they posed together.

While Josh and Vanessa met and dated during the filming of Journey 2, they ended their relationship in July 2011. Vanessa has moved on with a new boyfriend — the human PDA machine known as Austin Butler – while Josh is busy capturing America‘s heart as the star of the upcoming blockbuster The Hunger Games.

The 22-year-old actress partied the night away in the south of France at the Cannes Film Festival and revealed her big secret … but is this a bad idea?

Vanessa Hudgens is leaving her LA digs behind and moving to the Big Apple — possibly! The former Disney star attended the Calvin Klein Women in Independent Film event on May 13 at the Cannes Film Festival and she looked totally happy as she partied solo with girlfriend Rosario Dawson. But at the after party the starlet reportedly made a HUGE announcement …

“Guess who’s moving to Manhattan? Vanessa hudgens! Smart Girl,” E! News’ Cristina Gibson tweeted. “Because NYC is the best! She announced it during a party in Cannes.”

Although Vanessa’s rumored beau and Journey 2 co-star Josh Hutcherson was nowhere in sight, we couldn’t help but wonder if this has everything to do with her ex-boyfriend Zac Efron. The two split in December 2010 after dating for almost five years and is she finding it too hard to see him at events they both attend or to have run-ins at restaurants and parties. The two say they’re still good friends but maybe Vanessa  is finding it too hard to mend her heart when Zac’s that close by. Vanessa revealed in Shape‘s April issue that she and Zac didn’t fall out of love.

“Long-distance relationships are hard no matter what,” Vanessa told the mag. “When you don’t have face-to-face time, it’s just different. Having an iPhone helped, but it wasn’t the same.”

Vanessa’s rep tell us “there’s no truth” to reports that she is moving to New York. So is she or isn’t she?
