Katherine Heigl and her husband Josh Kelley have adopted a baby, People reports, though ”no further details are available at this time.” 

They already have an adorable three-year-old daughter Naleigh who they adopted from South Korea. And now she’s a big sister!

The 33-year-old mom has always wanted to expand her family with her hubby, 32, she has said.

“Josh and I started talking about it before we were even engaged,” she told the mag. “We have talked about having biological children as well, but we decided to adopt first. I’d like to adopt again.”

Country singer Josh Kelley‘s, 31, three-year-old daughter Naliegh Moon stars in his recent music video named after her. Katherine Heigl‘s, 33, directorial effort made it a family affair. “The idea was to show how Naleigh changed our lives, Josh’s life specifically,” Katherine told Parent and Child magazine.

The family’s home videos, featuring Naleigh, are interspersed between Josh singing the song on stage. At the end of the song, a smiling Naleigh claps her hands and runs up to give her father a big hug.

Josh’s lyrics express all the love he has for his little girl, a love he didn’t know he could experience before the adoption. “A bit too much into myself… but that all changed when you first touched my face,” Josh sings.

Could Naliegh soon be a big sister?

The couple adopted Naleigh from Korea in 2009 and have recently expressed interest in adopting again. “I just wanted to be a mom. So however we do that, it’s fine with me. I’d like to adopt again,” Katherine said.

The ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star’s adorable three-year-old was put in the spotlight, but she was too shy to say anything!

On the Jan. 17 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, actress Katherine Heigl bragged that her adorable adopted daughter Naleigh was quite the entertainer. “She’s very hammy,” Katherine gushed. “She likes applause.” But when her hubby Josh Kelley brought Naleigh onstage, the toddler stayed mum!

Despite requests to wave or say hello to Jimmy, Naleigh was obviously not enjoying her time in the limelight.

“She loves a crowed that loves her,” Katherine explained. “She’ll be shy right now, but she loves applause.”

Unfortunately, the cheering crowd still didn’t get a reaction from the little one. TOO cute!

In her first mommy blog post for iVillage, Katherine Heigl admitted she was concerned about being a working mom and not having enough time to spend with her adopted daughter Naleigh and husband Josh Kelley. “I couldn’t help but wonder what I had gotten myself into and if the choice I made to be a working mother was the most selfish decision of my life,” she wrote.

When Katherine adopted Naleigh, she thought she was ready: “I knew, of course, as I prepared to welcome my daughter into my life that it would be a bit of a juggling act but I had no doubt that I could do it. After all, it’s 2012 and women have been told that we can have it all if we want it. I went into it full throttle, ready to buckle down and make it all work seamlessly as I always imagined I could.”

But then reality hit. “No matter how great my intentions, how lofty my goals, how passionate my commitment, I was failing. I was failing my work, I was failing my daughter, I was failing my husband,” she honestly admitted.

Katherine pulled back from her career to be a stay-at-home mom, but she missed acting: “The simple truth is that I love my daughter passionately and as most mothers do, think she is the smartest, funniest, prettiest child in the whole world — but she cannot fulfill everything in me.”

Katherine recently dished to HollyBaby.com about her adorable daughter and their big Halloween plans!

Hollybaby.com caught up with Katherine Heigl at the ELLE Women in Hollywood Event on Oct. 17 and got exclusive details about Halloween with her adopted daughter, Naleigh.

The star isn’t sure what she’ll wear but she know what her daughter is going as! “For me no, but my daughter… Tinkerbell!” she tells HollyBaby exclusively

Katherine and her husband Josh Kelley adopted Naleigh from South Korea, and she says her daughter is doing “wonderful.” And news of another baby for the couple might be happening soon…

Will they have more children or adopt more children? “I hope so!” Katherine said to a group of reporters. “I hope so to both!”

She doesn’t know where they would adopt from, but added: “We are big fans of South Korea. My sister is Korean.”

Actress Katherine Heigl loves to listen to Taylor Swift‘s music, so it’s a good thing that her husband Josh Kelley is going on tour with Taylor this summer. “I think she’s met my wife before because what’s funny is that my wife is a big fan of hers,” Josh tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “And she’s a big fan of Katie’s too, so it’s kind of hilarious.”

Josh himself hasn’t met Taylor yet, but is super excited to be working with the country star. “I know that she used to tell my younger brother Charles that she liked my music,” says Josh. “I think we are going to have a great time. I think it’s going to be a great fit.”

“I think she’s an amazing writer, amazing artist and an amazing singer,” adds Josh. “I just think the world of her. So I’m unbelievably excited for the opportunity and glad that she appointed it to us.”

And Katherine will definitely be tagging along to some of Josh and Taylor’s shows this summer. “She’ll probably come to all the LA shows,” notes Josh. “I know that because I’m doing the whole West Coast tour with [Taylor], so she’ll probably come to a lot of those actually.”

Josh has recently partnered with the ConAgra Foods Foundation Hunger-Free Summer — a program that provides lunches to kids during summer who rely on free meals at school — to help raise awareness about child hunger.

Naleigh is already singing, Josh brags to HollyBaby.com! How cute!

Josh Kelley and Katherine Heigl‘s daughter 2 1/2-year-old daughter Nancy Leigh, whom they call Naleigh, is going to be a singer like daddy and not an actress like mommy.

“She sings,” Josh tells HollyBaby.com exclusively. “She’s going to be a singer. I can tell.”

According to Josh, 31, Naleigh will never be an actress like Katherine, 32. “She’s clearly a really bad liar so I don’t think the world of theater is going to be her thing. She can’t pretend to be anybody else.”

But Naleigh truly has a talent to sing. “She can sing which is amazing,” Josh gushes. And it’s possible that she picked up the talent from her father, who is a popular singer-songwriter himself and sings to her on a daily basis.

“Hopefully she’ll do something like that,” Josh adds. But “I’ll support her whatever she does.”

For now, Naleigh’s next big feat is going to be her first trip to the beach this summer with her parents. “I don’t know if she has ever been at the beach before,” admits Josh. “So this will be a new experience for sure.”

And she’s accomplishing tons of other achievements right now too. “She’s right on par,” Josh brags. “It’s kind of like any kid her age. She’s saying a lot of full sentences now. She’s using the big girl potty, which is awesome sauce.”

Aww! Well why Josh is busy being a great father, acting as an awesome hubby and managing a crazy music career, he also has time to give back to people in need by partnering with the ConAgra Foods Foundation Hunger-Free Summer — a program that provides lunches to kids during summer who rely on free meals at school meals — to help raise awareness about child hunger.
