Happy Monday! It’s time to catch up with what your favorite stars have been up to!

Life was a beach this weekend for Justin Bieber — literally! The Biebs took some time off from promoting his album in Australia to play ball on Sydney’s Whale Beach. Life wasn’t so good to Lindsay Lohan, though, as news broke this weekend that she’s been dropped from her latest movie The Other Side. According to insiders, she wasn’t “bankable” enough to star. Ouch!

We got our first peek at Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen‘s $20 million dream home this weekend — and while that’s obviously a hefty price tag, it’s mere chump change to Simon Cowell. It was reported that the American Idol judge is now worth $250 million. I guess it pays to be mean!

Love was in the air on the Hawaiian set of Just Go With It, as new BFFs Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman hugged it out for the cameras. And speaking of new connections, Josh Hartnett and Abbie Cornish were spotted getting cozy at a Manhattan bar, chatting for hours and leaving together on Sunday around 1 a.m. And love was also in the air for new couple Reese Witherspoon and boyfriend Jim Toth. They flaunted their new romance with some major hand-holding over a cozy lunch in LA.

There was lots of Jon & Kate Gosselin news this weekend, too! Upon returning home to Reading, Pa., Kate dumped the eight kids with Jon and took off for a day of fake tanning and pedicures. Can you believe it? At least she’ll be spending more time with the kids when they join her on her new TLC series Kate Plus 8. All the paperwork has been filed, and the kids are officially approved to go back in front of the cameras!

This weekend also brought with it a couple of big-time bummers! First, Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin were no-shows at their own after-party (we really wanted to see them!) Then came Gabourey Sidibe‘s truly disappointing performance on Saturday Night Live.

Rocker Bret Michaels is still in the hospital, but we did get an update from his rep over the weekend. He’s apparently suffering from “blurred vision” and “slurred speech,” among other things. We consulted a neurologist, who told us that Bret’s initial brain hemorrhage likely had no connection to the head injury he suffered at the 2009 Tony Awards.

And lastly (but certainly not least) we had tons of gorgeous sights to check out this weekend! Christina Applegate debuted her HUGE engagement ring in Los Angeles, Kristin Cavallari showed off her naturally perfect figure by the pool in Las Vegas, and the Victoria’s Secret Angels made a gorgeous appearance at the launch of a new fragrance in NYC!

Abbie Cornish, 27, split from Ryan Phillippe, 35, back in February, and while he’s clearly moved on with 25-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Jessica White, it looks like she’s moving on as well — with a little help from Josh Hartnett! Abbie and Josh, 31, were spotted together at NYC bar Warren 77 on Apr. 24, and The Huffington Post is reporting that the two looked real cozy. After chatting at the bar, the site says the couple moved to a corner table at the back of the bar and left together at around 1 a.m.

Alas, the two young stars certainly get some payback when Jimmy – who was acting as founding president – gets bounced from the club for not being handsome enough himself.

“Mary-Kate has been chatting with Chace [24],” a friend of the diminutive 23-year-old actress tells HollywoodLife.com. “They’re really just talking at the moment, but they’ve definitely been getting close over the last few weeks.”

Although it’s just been confirmed that the funkier Olsen twin had split with boyfriend of two years, artist Nate Lowman, US Weekly is also reporting that MK got up-close and personal with actor Josh Hartnett, 31, at a London party Feb. 21.

At a Universal/BAFTA event, “Josh pinned her up against a wall and started making out with her in a dimly lit corridor” a source tells the magazine, though a rep has denied it.
