The many shady moments Joe Giudice are truly (and literally) montage-worthy, as seen on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Reunion Show Part 2. But what we’re still shaking our heads in disbelief over is his reaction to accusations of cheating on wife Teresa Giudice. Do YOU think he’s guilty as charged?

Even though Joe is known for his overly exaggerated explanations– we’re thinking of the ‘clever’ Spanish pizza guy line he seemed to pull out of thin air to explain his sketchiest and rudest phone call yet — he didn’t give us much else to explain the allegations of cheating beyond denial. And he’s sticking to his story.

When Andy Cohen straight up asked at the RHONJ Reunion if he had ever cheated on his wife, Teresa, Joe responded with a simple and coy “no, never.”

Joe’s dodgy demeanor and “who cares” attitude still makes us uneasy. Maybe he and Tre have worked it out in the privacy of their own home, but the pair did not respond well to the attacks and accusations of their castmates.

It’s Christmas for The Real Housewives of New Jersey — and you KNOW they’re going to go big!

The July 31 episode of RHONJ shows money-troubled Teresa Guidice in the Christmas spirit, but when the big morning comes, all her husband Joe wants to do is stay in bed! But he is ushered up aggressively by the kids, where they go down to receive normal semi-normal gifts, like UGGs and drum sets.

Laughably, Teresa also admits  she hopes to teach the kids that “Christmas is not just about materialistic things” — right before they open a toy Mercedes.

Everyone is getting ready for the Gorga family Christmas party — and the housewives are bringing the drama!

Melissa Gorga is throwing a Christmas party on the July 17 episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and if you think there won’t be a ton of drama, you haven’t been paying attention this season!

After the Gorgas get outfitted for their big Christmas party, you can tell Melissa has worked so hard and doesn’t want any drama. The house looks elaborate and the guests get ready to arrive, but the holiday season doesn’t stop the fights!

Right off the bat, there were fake greetings for all. Kathy Wakile called Teresa Guidice a bitch because she can’t forget about the past — and Melissa can’t believe this happened yet again!

Her brother-in-law then confronts Joe Guidice about the $1,000 he owes him, but Joe tries to diffuse the situation by walking away.

If convicted, he could get up to 10 years behind bars! Will she stick with him?

Although her family is already bankrupt, the trouble keeps on coming for Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Teresa Guidice and her family!

Her husband Joe was arrested on March 25 on charges of misappropriation-of-ID, stemming from him obtaining a fraudulent drivers license in June 2010 after his own was revoked for a DUI conviction, People reports. If he is convicted of the new charges, Joe could face up to ten years in prison.

Things just keep getting worse for this notorious New Jersey couple!
