Olivia Ward, winner of The Biggest Loser Season 11, and runner-up, Hannah Curlee, spilled to HollywoodLife.com in a new video interview from April 10. They reveal show secrets, share their best weight loss and diet tips and tell us what trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels are REALLY like behind the scenes!

Hannah & Olivia Spill ‘Biggest Loser’ Secrets

“A lot of people think that we’re with the trainers 24 hours a day, that people are cooking our meals. We were with the trainers about 6-9 hours a week but the show really wants you to learn how to do this at home. So you do have to make a lot of your own choices and there are no professional chefs on the show,” Hannah told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY about their time on the show, which aired in 2011.

“Bob and Jillian are actually two of the most amazing people we’ve ever worked with. Now in the beginning, Jillian and I did not like each other. But I realized that she was trying to get me to earn her respect but also she was fighting for us when we wouldn’t fight for ourselves. Bob, first of all, TV does the man no justice. He is the hottest man and he is the kindest, and really the toughest trainer that you will ever come in contact with.” Hannah tells us.

Hannah & Olivia’s Weight Loss Advice For Real Women

“I think the most important thing is just to remember that small changes add up and make huge results. You think the weight didn’t come on over night, so it’s not gonna come off over night. Even you know people watch the show, I mean, we were there for nine and a half months! That’s a long time!” Olivia says.

“For girls, we always say find one piece of clothing, for us it was a pair of  jeans, we hung up our old jeans on the top of our bedroom window that made an entire curtain panel and put the jeans we wanted to wear on the refrigerator. So find something that you can see everyday and let that motivate you,” Hannah adds.

Get Motivated With Friends

“Olivia and I launched a new challenge for us called Dietbet,” Hannah says. “Dietbet is a website that really encourages people to lose weight as a game. And the coolest part is we’ve already played the weight loss game, but it was a way for our fans and people to play with us. So you lose 4% of your body weight. You all put money in a pot. Our pot is at $63,000, and the great thing about it, unlike the show, is if you make your goal of 4% [loss] in thirty days, everyone wins!”

Jillian Michales doesn’t have time for excuses on her hit show The Biggest Loser, but the tough trainer, 39, says she is just as impatient at home with her two kids, Lukensia, 2, and son Phoenix, 10 months, with her longtime partner Heidi Rhoades.

“Everything right now is ‘Lu do, Lu do.’ She wants to do everything herself, but it means you have to sit there for 20 minutes while she tries to put on a shirt,” Jillian tells Fitness magazine in the April issue. “It kills me because I’ve got to go to work. Heidi gets mad at me: ‘How else is she going to learn how to put on her shirt?’ or ‘Don’t rush her — you’re rushing her!’ It’s brutal, but I’m really trying. I guarantee it’s going to be their number one issue in therapy.”

Jillian Michaels’ Busy ‘Biggest Loser’ Schedule

Jillian also revealed that her busy schedule barely leaves enough time and energy for her two kids.

“I get up at 7 a.m. — after being up all night with the baby — and run around trying to get both kids diaper-changed, dressed and fed. Finally I’ll shower, and before I know it, I’ve got 50 e-mails to answer, and I need to leave for work,” she says. “At the end of the day, I come home, and I’m like, ‘OK, let me bathe you, change you, feed you, read you books, put you to bed’ — wait, how am I supposed to do all this? Son of a b***h, this is hard!”

Jillian Michaels: I Have A Blessed Life

But for the working mom, family means the world to her — and she wouldn’t change her hectic life for anything!

“Every day I tell myself how blessed I am. I have a great life. I can’t b***h about it, because this is what I wanted. I just thought I’d be able to manage it better,” she reflects, telling Fitness that she welcomes each day with a mantra: “My new motto is ‘As long as I’m winning more than I’m losing, I’m still winning!’”

Jillian has opened up to Health magazine about who has the hottest bods in Hollywood, and she mentioned the three pop stars.

Jillian thinks Parker star Jennifer, 43, looks “looks crazy [good]“, while is Rihanna, 24, is “thick and curvy and sexy” and “Single Ladies” singer Beyoncé, 31, has “a sexy body.”

We don’t disagree!

So, getting a body as hot as theirs is not as hard as you would think. Jillian has one simple tip to lose weight that is easy, free and obvious: stand instead of sit!

“Stand whenever you can,” she told Health. “Standing burns 1.5 times more calories than sitting. Stand when you’re back at the doctor’s office, when you watch TV, even when you work at your computer — I put mine on the kitchen counter. Just stand.”

That sounds pretty easy! Jillian also advises to drink more water.

“Hydration can curb hunger and boost your metabolism by up to 3 percent! Drink water until your pee looks like lemonade.”

It’s that simple! So if you want to look as hot as Rihanna, or as toned as Jennifer, or as powerful as Beyoncé, chug that water and start standing!

Jillian Michaels is known for her in-your-face training on the NBC weight-loss competition show The Biggest Loser, but since welcoming two kids last May with her partner Heidi Rhoades, Jillian says she doesn’t have nearly as much time to focus on fitness as she used to! 

In May 2012, Jillian and Heidi adopted daughter Lukensia 2, from Haiti, and Heidi gave birth to their son son Phoenix that same month. With two young kids to take care of, Jillian reveals to InTouch magazine that being a mom is a bigger priority than her fitness routine!

“I don’t have as much time now. I can’t do my 90-minute yoga sessions anymore, so now I cycle in the morning for 30 minutes,” she tells the magazine. “My ass is definitely softer!”

“I strive to eat right and work out 80 percent of the time,” she adds. “The other 20 percent is for treats and recovery days.”

Jillian Michaels: Teaching Her Kids The Importance Of Fitness

Jillian, who was an overweight kid growing up, said she is focused on making sure her kids grow up with healthy habits.

“I’m teaching them early about healthy good and getting them involved with our meals,” Jillian says. “We’ll get them doing fitness activities they love so fitness is fun, but I’m also trying to find a balance so there isn’t that rebellion.”

It’s always been her dream to start a family, and after waiting two years, Jillian Michaels finally brought home a little girl from Haiti! The personal trainer was spotted trying to hide her new baby from the cameras!

Jillian, 38, was out with her babe in Malibu, on May 20.

A year ago, the former Biggest Loser coach left the show to focus on starting a family — and it looks like it’s finally happened!

“I went over to visit orphanages [in Haiti] and I ended up falling in love with this little girl, and by the grace of God, I got matched up with her,” we reported in January. ”So now, it’ just a matter of trying to get her home and anything can happen and fall through or fall apart, so it’s kind of premature for me to say it, but that’s where its at.”

Looks like her new bundle of joy is finally home!

The personal trainer has submitted all the adoption papers and is anxiously awaiting her baby call: ‘It could be tomorrow!’

It’s no secret now that Jillian Michaels has decided to leave her hit NBC show the Biggest Loser to pursue her dream of starting a family — and it looks like that dream might come true pretty soon!

Jillian, 37, who is currently single, plans to adopt a child, but admits that the process is a bit grueling.

“My dossier, which is your paperwork portfolio, is in to the Democratic Republic of the Congo,” Jillian explains to Us Weekly. “So the paperwork is done, and now it’s just a waiting game. It could be six months, twelve months; it could be two years. Or, it could be tomorrow! They call you and they say, ‘Oh, we have your referral,’ which is essentially the child they match you up with, and you go overseas and you get him or her.”

So now, it’s time for Jillian to sit back and wait for her baby-to-be to finally find her! Are you excited to see Jillian as a mommy?

Although many people thought she just didn’t want to gain the baby weight, it turns out Jillian suffers from endometriosis.

Trainer Jillian Michaels, 37, who is currently in the process of adopting a child and becoming a first-time mom, confessed over the weekend that she struggles with infertility. Last year, Jillian said she wouldn’t want to carry a baby herself because she couldn’t “handle doing that to my body.” And although that comment stirred up a lot of controversy, Jillian explains that it was not about putting on weight, but was addressing the fact that she has endometriosis. Sad news.

“I most likely couldn’t get pregnant,” she tells The New York Times. “I’ve had the X-rays, my tubes are closed, the uterine lining is too thick, blah, blah, blah.”

“I was ashamed about it because I thought I’m supposed to be the healthiest woman in the world, and what does this say about me if I can’t have kids of my own,” she says. “It was insecurity, which I have to work on.”

A friend of the Biggest Loser star says it took a lot of strength for Jillian to confess her fertility issue. “Jillian would much rather have kept her private life private,” a friend tells PopEater‘s Rob Shuter. “She thought the nasty comments would stop, but once it became clear that they wouldn’t, she felt the need to address it head-on.”

There are so many women out there who battle infertility, including celebrities like Nicole Kidman and Khloe Kardashian, and the source says that if Jillian “can make just one woman struggling to conceive right now feel better about herself then it was all worth it.”

We hope Jillian gets the family she dreams of, as well as other women struggling with similar fertility problems.

The Biggest Loser trainer has been very busy since announcing her exit from the weight loss show!

Jillian Michaels wasn’t kidding when she said she was leaving the Biggest Loser to start a family — she’s already in the process of adopting a child from Africa! “I want to start a family,” she tells Access Hollywood. “I’d like to take a year off of television and really focus on – I’m in the middle of the adoption process – and really focus on that and hopefully becoming a mother in the next year and putting all my energy into that for awhile.” Good for her!

The 36-year-old fitness trainer is so thrilled to become a mom, but says adopting a child is an incredible undertaking. “I’ve completed all of my paperwork; I’ve had all my physicals; I’ve been checked by the FBI – you have no idea!” Jillian explains. “Now I wait for a referral. That could be anywhere from six months to a year…then you have to try to bring your kid back home,” she continues. “So, it’s a process… but I’m excited for it!” HollyMoms, have you had experience with adopting? The process might be a bit daunting, but all Jillian cares about is bringing home a baby and starting a family. Boy or girl? “I’m 36! Do you hear the clock?
