We’ve seen Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) pull some pretty sick shenanigans during the past five seasons — she’s basically Satan with boobs — but on the May 6 episode of 90210, karma finally came back to bite her. And by “bite her,” I mean “rain down fire directly onto her head.”

Ade sang ‘her’ contest-winning song after Fall Out Boy at a big fancy venue, and her performance brought the house down — literally. The lights exploded, kids were screaming; it was Carrie up in there. So is Ade, like, dead? For now, let’s just focus on the three super-insane acts that delivered Adrianna into her karma fire:

1. “All Silver cares about is that baby.” That’s a direct quote.

2. She recorded a 16 & Pregnant marathon for Navid (Michael Steger Jr.) because she thought it would be “nostalgic.”

3. When she thought Michaela died, she was visibly relieved, just so she wouldn’t have to tell anyone she was sleeping with Navid again.

So yeah, Adrianna got lit on fire. It sucks, but she had to have expected this to happen eventually.

Silver’s Horrible Life Becomes Even Worse

Meanwhile, Silver (Jessica Stroup) somehow had an even worse day than Ade — who, I repeat, was literally lit on fire. With Michaela on the lam, Teddy (Trevor Donovan) came back to Beverly Hills just to be a total dick to Silver. He would say brash things like, “Stop blaming your problems on other people,” and such!

And when Silver finally located her human-uterus, in a bar no less, Michaela revealed that she had a miscarriage! The episode suddenly became super-heavy, and if that wasn’t devastating enough, Silver had to return to the hospital after her doctor expressed new concerns.

So far, zero characters seem to be getting happy endings — and with only one episode left, I’m starting to wonder if things will turn around for everybody. Or anybody.

Annie & Liam Continue To Deny The Obvious

Speaking of closure, Annie (Shenae Grimes) and Liam (Matt Lanter) are about to put a whole lot of distance between them — not that either of them leaving the country makes any damn sense. Liam is moving to Australia with Sydney, who sucks; and Annie is escaping to Paris because she, like, can’t deal with all the drama, you know?

Annie may be many things — a hit-and-run murderer, a prostitute, a best-selling erotic novelist, etc. — but being lucky in love is nowhere on that list. She and Liam even came across the engagement ring he gave her last season, yet they still couldn’t man up about their feelings.

I do predict good things for “Leo and Annabelle” next week, though. And that’s not just a hunch.

Naomi Makes A Deal With The Devil

…Or did the Devil make a deal with Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord)? Either way, she took the fall for Elizabeth (Keke Palmer), who accidentally let this random Japanese party prince overdose on pills. So by standing in as the “mystery woman,” Naomi repaid her debt to the Evil Judge Cheryl, thus freeing Jordan (Robbie Jones) from her treacherous no-dating policy.

It felt like Naomi was playing Scandal, and it was fun.

90210 returns from its month-long hiatus April 15 with the final five episodes of the series — but just because the show is coming to an end, that doesn’t mean there isn’t still plenty of time to hash out some new relationship drama. Charlie Weber tells HollywoodLife.com that Mark’s budding romance with Silver (Jessica Stroup) will be the “catalyst” for some major developments, including the “reigniting” of Silver’s feud with Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes)!

“Adrianna’s not happy, that’s very clear,” Charlie notes. “[Silver and Adrianna] have their own history with that kind of thing, and this definitely brings back those old feelings.”

Methinks that Silver snatching Mark out from under Adrianna will also inspire Ade to do something crazy and unexpected — you know, like hooking up with Navid.

90210 Series Finale: Will Fans Be Satisfied By The Ending?

As a long-time fan of 90210, I was bummed to learn that it’ll be ending this season, but Charlie promises the series finale will offer fans much of the closure we’re hoping for.

“I don’t think [the writers] could have done better, given the time frame they had to wrap things up,” Charlie says. “There’s no way for any ending to be perfect, so in a sense, it’ll just be perfect no matter how it ends. I think they did a very good job.”

Not only does it sound like Mark is sticking around through the end of the series, but if 90210 had gotten a sixth season, his relationship with Silver would have become even more intense.

“Mark’s in there pretty much until the end,” he tells me. “You’re going to see where his story line [with Silver] goes. The idea would have been, yes, that the Silver surrogacy story line would have become more vocal in season six. Unfortunately, we won’t get to see that; and I really mean ‘unfortunately,’ because it’s such a great set.”

But the highlight of the episode — as evidenced by its title, “The Portrait Of The Artist As A Young Call Girl” — is the big reveal of Annie (Shenae Grimes) as the mysterious Author X. And in typical 90210 fashion, all of the characters’ story lines are about to collide, as Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) just so happens to be throwing a party for Jordan (Robbie Jones), whose company is publishing Annie’s book.

Inside Naomi & Jordan’s New Relationship

Speaking of Naomi and Jordan, Robbie recently told HollywoodLife.com we can expect things to heat up between the pair — and fast.

“He’s a suit-and-tie guy, so he’s pretty driven, but there’s always room for a lady in his life,” Robbie said about Jordan. “Sparks start flying. … It might get a little steamy.”

90210 looks to be going out with a bang — literally. The cast was spotted filming the final episode of The CW drama March 1 in Los Angeles, and everyone was on high alert. Not only was Michael Steger (aka Navid) seen being carried off in a stretcher, covered in soot, but Jessica Lowndes (aka No-Drama Adrianna) was also seen looking a little on the charred side.

EW.com recently reported that the Goo Goo Dolls would be guest starring on the May 6 episode as “Naomi calls upon them to perform at a relief concert,” but from the looks of these photos, I’d say the band’s performance goes up in smoke. And since the cast was filming the series finale, which airs a week after the Dolls’ appearance, I also think it’s safe to say we’ll end the penultimate episode with a fiery cliffhanger.

Drama On The ’90210′ Series Finale

In non-fire-related news, AnnaLynne McCord was also spotted sharing a tense moment with an angry-looking Robbie Jones, who joins the show March 11 as Naomi’s new love interest. (Sorry, Max!) Elsewhere on set, a teary-eyed Shenae Grimes was seen storming away from Tristan Wilds. A little Wilson sibling drama, perhaps?

Either way, it had been a long day of shooting for everybody. Just after 6 a.m. on March 1, AnnaLynne tweeted, “Happy Tweeting. My call time for my last 3 days of 90210 is happening very soon. Gonna sleep for a few more minutes! Xxx A”

90210 fans, myself included, were disappointed to learn that The CW drama will end this May after five outrageous seasons. And just as fans tweeted their many emotions — ranging from sadness to straight-up rage — about the cancellation, several of the show’s stars also took to Twitter to express their own feelings.

AnnaLynne McCord Hints At A ‘Changed’ Ending

“Hi Every1!” AnnaLynne McCord tweeted in the wee hours of March 1. “Thk u 4 all of the spprt 4 so long I’m srry u aren’t gtting the proper send off u deserve, but plz kno how much ur luv means 2me!”

But whatever the future holds for Naomi, it’s not necessarily the ending AnnaLynne would have chosen for herself. When a fan asked if the ending would be “poor” for her character, AnnaLynne tweeted back:

“Do you want to know that? I’ll be honest there was one written. It got changed. I don’t like change.”

(Interpret that as you will.)

The Jessicas Bid Farewell To Silver & Adrianna

Though Silver and Adrianna were constantly at each other’s throats — and each other’s medicine cabinets — Jessica Stroup and Jessica Lowndes had nothing but love for each other, and their characters, off-camera.

“Oh Silver, our time has come to an end but you are a part of me forever,” Jessica Stroup tweeted. “Thanks to the fans who have been along for the ride, all my love. X”

“I feel very blessed that I had the opportunity to play Adrianna these past 5 seasons,” Jessica Lowndes added. “Thank you for your endless support. I love you guys xo. … To my amazing cast, I have LOVED working with each and every one of you. I’m excited to see what you all do next! I expect great things.”

Let’s Hear It [From] The Boys

Of course, the ladies of 90210 weren’t the only ones sad to see this chapter of their lives come to an end.

“Very grateful I had the opportunity to play a meaningful character,… who just happened to be gay,” tweeted Trevor Donovan. “#ThanksForTheMemories.”

Meanwhile, Tristan Wilds summed up what was sure to be a hectic few hours with this simple tweet: ”What a day…”

The CW Cancels ’90210′

Fans were saddened by the news that 90210 is ending after five seasons.

“The CW has had five great seasons with America’s favorite zip code, 90210,” CW President Mark Pedowitz said on Feb. 28. “I’d like to thank the talented cast, producers, and crew for all their hard work and dedication to the series. We are very proud of the West Beverly High alumni.”

The Nov. 5 episode of 90210 was… well, it was pretty uneventful. Liam (Matt Lanter) got lost in the woods; Annie (Shenae Grimes) got another new admirer; and Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) got up close and personal with Ryan Lochte. OK, so it wasn’t totally uneventful.

Besides an extremely brief encounter with the Olympian — Ryan said less than 20 words, but was shirtless the entire time, so whatevs — Naomi’s camping trip with Max (Josh Zuckerman) was a total bust. Not only did she almost get them both killed, but Max told her he knew about her kiss with Alec, and now their marriage may be over as quickly as it (never should have) started.

Annie’s flavor of the week:

Meanwhile, Silver’s (Jessica Stroup) naked photo shoot went viral overnight — for those of you keeping score, this is indeed her third nude scandal — but Annie’s new suitor Colin (Rob Mayes) swooped in to save the day. Thank God Beverly Hills is crawling with hot, single computer nerds!

And while Annie celebrated by going on “the best date ever” with Colin, Silver paid a visit to a burlesque club to “sign up.” Apparently it’s not enough to have a former escort in their ranks; the gang needs a soon-to-be-pregnant stripper, too!

I don’t want to say Adrianna’s a slut, but…

Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) is kind of a slut. Her plan to get Taylor (Wes Brown) to leave her alone somehow ended with her performing a sexy striptease — and kissing him. I re-watched the scene twice to figure out how she ended up at that absurd destination, and I can only conclude that the girl is subconsciously determined to sabotage every aspect of her life. … But we kind of knew that already, right?

Immediately after kissing Taylor, Adrianna hopped back into bed with Dixon (Tristan Wilds), who had just been told he was too crippled to perform at Navid’s (Michael Steger Jr.) club opening. Apparently Dixon’s car accident was only the start of a season-long beating. That poor guy should probably just pack it up and move back to Kansas. Game over, bro.

And then there’s Liam:

Liam is tired of not being taken seriously, you guys. The human-turned-model-turned-actor struggled with his new co-star’s incessant need to drum up publicity this week, so he escaped for a boys’ weekend in the woods. Of course, he got more publicity than he bargained for when he got “lost” in the woods and needed her to rescue him.

In the end, he agreed to her ridiculous demands — and he ripped his shirt open, so really, we all won this battle.
