Britney Spears is a world-class dancer, and she seems to have passer her skills on to her kids Sean Preston & Jayden Federline!

Sean, 6, and Jayden, 5, thrilled their mom Britney, 30, with some intense moves — all while dressed as Boba Fett and Iron Man!

Britney put this YouTube video through a strange filter which made the whole thing a bit muddied, but we’re still so glad we got to see her adorable kids in action!

Brit admits her fears as she takes us on a behind-the-scenes tour of the making of her seventh album: ‘Femme Fatale!’

In her new MTV special — Britney Spears: I Am The Femme Fatale — Britney takes fans along as she finishes her newest album Femme Fatale with the help of will.i.am, works on a video for her single “Till the World Ends” and prepares to return to the stage for the first time in over a year. But despite appearing calm and collected, as she approaches the studio to meet with Will, Brit’s nerves start to take a hold of her.

” I have so much going on — I can’t really explain it … just butterflies,” Britney says. And, “just because I haven’t been out for a year, the first couple of shows, I’m just going to have the jitterbugs.”

First Britney travels to the studio to meet Will, who she refers to as “brilliant.” And as is her nature, the pop princess gets to work.

“That’s the way I’ve always been,” Brit shares. “I’m there to work, I’m very professional.”

Next Brit heads to film her video. Her goal — make it look new and have fun doing it!

“I feel like I’ve done so many videos, I’m at the point I want to enjoy myself,” she notes. But, “I really like to choose songs that empower people.”

Next stop — Las Vegas for Brit’s special performance at the Palms Hotel and Casino. And guess what? She had no need to be nervous!

“The fans were amazing,” Brit admits. “It was good energy — they hype you up and make you feel larger than life.”

Brit is about embark on tour —  the first time she has gone on the road tour in two years, she tells NYC’s Z100 radio station.

And the hardest obstacle while on tour? Candy! But Brit doesn’t give in. “You have a state of mind of just eating really healthy,” she says. Plus, “we’re dancing really hard.”

But when she’s not busy in the studio or on tour, Brit plays Mommy to her two sons: Sean, 5, and Jayden, 4.

“I’m usually pretty busy when I’m not working,” Brit explains to MTV. “I have two children, so I usually get them up in the morning, and I’m usually at the gym, and I help cook dinner sometimes … a lot of the stuff that I do I do early in the morning when my boys are at school.”

And at 29, Brit has finally gained a sense of maturity when it comes to her fame. “When you are starting out, they say hurtful things,” Brit says to Z100. “Then you get to a point where it’s like, ‘Enough already.’ You brush them all off.”

Friends are worried that Natalie’s baby daddy and fiance might be using her for fame and fortune. Here’s why.

Natalie Portman has a lot going for her these days — Oscar buzz, a baby on board and a sexy fiance who adores her. Or does he? Friends of the actress aren’t really sure if Benjamin Millepied has the right intentions in mind. “They’re calling him the ballet version of K-Fed!” a pal of Natalie’s tells In Touch magazine. Sounds like we have another Kevin Federline and Britney Spears on our hands!

“He’s a self-promoter, who’s loving the spotlight,” the friend says of Benjamin, a principal dancer and choreographer at the New York City Ballet. “Her friends are worried she’s in over her head.” The couple fell hard for each other on the set of Black Swan, where Benjamin, 33, acted as Natalie’s dance partner and trained her for the ballet scenes. Interesting enough, the way Benjamin left his live-in girlfriend, American Ballet Theatre dancer Isabella Boylston, to be with Natalie is what sparked her friends’ concerns. “I don’t think he even thought twice about leaving his girlfriend — which isn’t a very good sign of character,” says the friend. “He seems like a social climber who was all over Natalie the moment they met.”

Back in 2004, when Britney, 29, started dating backup dancer, K-Fed, who left his then girlfriend Shar Jackson, everyone warned her that he was just using her for fame and fortune. But she didn’t listen. And now Kevin’s reaping the rewards of their two-year marriage — including alimony and child support payments for their two sons Sean,5, and Jayden, 4. Sounds a lot like what’s going on with Natalie now, doesn’t it?

Although we have never seen Natalie, 29, happier, we hope she isn’t rushing into things just because she’s expecting Benjamin’s child. “Unfortunately, he’s the father of her baby, and her pals think that she wouldn’t be getting married if she wasn’t pregnant, and that it’s all going too fast,” the friend reports. “They’re nervous that Natalie will wake up one day and wonder what happened.”

Although it hasn’t always been an easy road for Britney Spears, the diva continues to entertain us, one way or another. Every now and then we find ourselves saying ‘Oops, she did it again,’ but lately she’s been taking the right path and spending quality time with her sons, Sean Preston, 5 and Jayden James, 4. Her most recent album Circus was a big success, as well as her clothing line for Candies, which is featured in Kohl’s department stores. She made a cameo appearance on FOX‘s hit show, Glee and is currently working on her next album — anticipated to be out early 2011!

After all the drama she has been through, Britney is determined to keep her sons out of the celebrity bubble! “If my sons told me they wanted to be in the entertainment business,” Britney said. “I’d lock them in their rooms until they turned 30.”

Although her team adamantly denies it, reports claim that Britney Spears’ beau of more than a year, Jason Trawick, physical abused her! However, the allegations don’t stop there. Britney’s ex-husband, Jason Alexander tells Star magazine the 28-year-old pop princess was expecting her third child but decided to get rid of it when the relationship got into trouble.

“Britney said that she had been pregnant with Jason’s child earlier this year,” her ex reveals. “Jason wanted her to have his baby.”

Allegedly his violence was too much for her to handle and she was forced to make a very hard decision. “Here was the man who she thought she was going to marry, smacking her around, while she was carrying his child,” Jason, who was married to Britney for 55 hours back in 2004, says. “Britney decided that she couldn’t go through with the pregnancy. She had an abortion.”

Britney wants sole custody of her two sons!

What seemed to be the perfect relationship was apparently crumbling behind close doors. “Britney had told me her life had turned into a nightmare,” Alexander says. He says that back in October, Britney called him and said that Trawick, “hit her so hard, it gave her a black eye!”

Later that month the couple had a huge fight when Britney accused Trawick of having an affiar with a teenage singer he was mentoring. “She said it was like a switch flicked, Alexander says. “He went crazy and started hitting her.”

Britney reportedly thought she had found the right man to help her take care of her sons, Sean, 5, and Jayden, 4, but ended up dealing with a situation that forced her to make a heart-wrenching choice to allegedly abort her baby. “Britney doesn’t know what to do or who to confide in,” he says. “I’m really concerned for her.”

Britney Spears ex-husband Kevin Federline takes their sons, Sean and Jayden, to the grocery store.

Don’t you think Sean and Jayden Federline look like they’re having fun running errands with their father, Kevin Federline? The dynamic duo, looking adorable in Pokemon and Spider-Man shirts and sweats, tagged along with Kevin, 32, during a trip to the grocery store in Chatsworth, yesterday (October 25).

The sweet boys couldn’t contain their smiles as they hitched a ride in Kevin’s shopping cart and pointed out their favorite foods (and toys!). Jayden, 4, even talked his daddy into letting him get a mini basketball! Can you relate, HollyMoms? Do your kids load up the cart with toys and treats during a supermarket sweep or do they act like perfect angels between the aisles? Kevin and his ex-wife Britney Spears are currently sharing custody so it must have been Kevin’s turn to cook dinner for the kids.

The years following his divorce from Britney weren’t easy admits the former backup dancer. But these days he reveals he and Britney have finally found a balance when it comes to parenting Jayden and 5-year-old Sean. Me and Brit are good now, everybody knows I’ve had a tough road but I am happy where we are at now,” he says.

Britney wants to have a baby girl

Kevin’s even on Britney’s side when it comes to the lawsuit, filed by her ex-bodyguard Fernando Flores, accusing her of child abuse and sexual harassment. Kevin calls Flores’ accusations “baseless“. We think it’s nice to see Kevin finally standing by the singer’s side and we hope they can continue to be equally peaceful parents in the future.

K-Fed took his four children to the Magic Kingdom, but where was Britney Spears?

It’s clear by the looks on little Sean Preston and Jayden James‘ faces that they had tons of fun at Disneyland when they visited with their dad, Kevin Federline, and his other two kids (Kori, 8, and Kaleb, 6, whose mom is Shar Jackson), but we couldn’t help but notice that it’s been a long time since we saw the 3 and 4-year-olds out with their mom, Britney Spears.

While Kevin has full physical custody of Sean and Jayden, Britney has visitation rights, but a family insider told HollywoodLife.com earlier this year that Britney hadn’t been spending as much time as she used to with her boys. “A lot of her interaction with the kids has been via webcam,” the insider said. “Kevin wants her to have more interaction with them, but he isn’t going to push Britney on it.”

The insider added that Britney’s focus has been on her relationship with Jason Trawick, and that he “isn’t a big fan of  her kids and thinks they are spoiled.”

Britney hasn’t been seen in public with her sons since she took them out to burger joint Johnny Rocket’s back in the beginning of June, two months ago. But in an interview in last month’s Cosmopolitan, the 28-year-old claimed she’s been seing a lot of her boys.

“Things are pretty quiet right now. I’ve been spending a lot of time at home with my boys,” she told the magazine.

That’s certainly one possible explanation for why we haven’t seen them out and about in L.A., and for the sake of her sons, we hope it’s true.
