Michelle Williams and Jason Segel have reportedly broken up. Us Weekly is reporting that Michelle, 32, who stars in the upcoming film The Oz the Great and Powerful, and Jason 33, the How I Met Your Mother actor, parted ways in early February.

Why Did Michelle & Jason Break Up?

Michelle and Jason were just on vacation in Mexico in January but even though they appeared to be happy together, it reportedly wasn’t enough to save their relationship.

They are said to have “quietly” ended their romance because of the long distance with Michelle living in NYC and Jason in LA. This is a bummer because a source had recently said: “Totally in love. Jason is obsessed with Michelle. He’s been doing all sorts of ‘dad stuff’ with her, like drawing and playing music.”

Jason even recently spoke about the relationship saying: “I think we would just very much like to be happy. That’s all I’m going to say about it.”

This is so sad for us to hear! Lots of Hollywood relationships have to deal with long distance and that’s where lots of Skype comes in handy. But do you think that maybe because Michelle is a mom to 7-year-old Matilda Ledger, it was too tough for her to travel to LA to see Jason. Plus, Jason is filming a sitcom in LA so it’s not like he can just pick up and leave.

Matilda Ledger is six years old and as she grows up it’s hard not to notice how much she resembles her father, Heath Ledger. Matilda and her mother Michelle Williams suffered a tragedy when Heath passed away, but luckily Matilda is still a happy little girl.

Matilda has been seen out various times with Jason Segel recently, and they even hold hands when they walk together!

Although Heath sadly can’t be around to watch his daughter grow up, she’s very lucky to have Jason in her life. He seems like a great father figure!

Watch out Jelena! Hollywood has a new cute couple in town — Jichelle.

Michelle Williams, 31, smiled ear to ear as she celebrated at the Tribeca Film Festival Take This Waltz after-party with boyfriend Jason Segel by her side.

The two sat in an intimate booth all night and looked very comfortable and in tune with each other. At one point, Michelle pulled his arm towards her for a little squeeze. They looked so happy and were very touchy-feely, HollywoodLife.com witnessed on April 22.

However, a source tells us even though they’ve been pretty public with PDA —  they don’t want their photos taken together just yet.

We think it’s great that they are taking it slow. And we’re so happy that they’ve both found love!

Ever since her breakout role in The Devil Wears Prada, Emily Blunt has had her share of on-screen romances! Now, the charming leading lady, who stars in the new film Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, can’t help singing the praises of her two latest on-screen beaus, Fishing co-star Ewan McGregor and funny man Jason Segel, her co-star in the upcoming romantic comedy The Five-Year Engagement.

“They’re both really generous, and I think they both really love the work — that’s been very apparent,” Emily told HollywoodLife exclusively at a special screening of Salmon Fishing in the Yemen hosted by the Cinema Society & Opium Yves Saint Laurent at the Crosby Street Hotel on Mar. 8. “They both really enjoy the scene and what happens in the moment. They’re both really spontaneous, so they work quite similarly in that way. I’ve been really lucky with the boys I’ve worked with. I’ve lucked out.”

Emily might rave about her co-stars, but at the end of the day, she returns home to her favorite leading man, The Office star John Krasinski, her husband of nearly two years.

This new Muppets story looks like the kids will love it — and adults will be totally entertained too!

We’ve always loved Kermit the Frog and his crew, and we couldn’t be more excited for the new trailer for The Muppets!

The film, coming out in November, is written by and stars the totally lovable Jason Segel, and it looks like it will be a super-fun revival of the Muppets’ lore. Jason’s foil is the eternally adorable Amy Adams, and we think this pair will totally appeal to kids and parents alike!

The hysterical actress plays what would typically be a male role in her new film — and I can’t wait to see it!

If we have learned anything from the world of comedy it is that the men get to be crass and funny while the ladies stand by and watch for the most part. Not any more. Cameron Diaz changes all this in a big way in her new film Bad Teacher, where she is the foul mouthed funny man and the two men, Justin Timberlake and Jason Segel, play the expendable female role. Score!

The trailer shows Cameron at her funniest and most unlikable yet. A teacher who hates children, she seems to be drinking and smoking her way through life until she manages to snag a wealthy husband. Said husband would be ex Justin — clearly Cameron doesn’t care what anyone makes of their pairing, she has no problem working with her ex.

She looks great, sounds hysterical and proves that a woman can be just as funny as a man. Take note Hollywood!
