Jamie McKay showed the world her pregnancy and birth of daughter Miah, now 2, on MTV’s 16 & Pregnant in 2011, but the 18-year-old recently took to Twitter to reveal another pregnancy — and her decision to terminate it.

Jamie led her Twitter followers to believe she had miscarried on Nov. 1 when she shared a photo of an ultrasound with the message, “Rest in peace little angel. September 17, 2012.”

But she clarified the loss of her baby was due to an abortion, not a miscarriage.

“Thank you all for the love and support but I want you to know I did not miscarry. I chose abortion. I chose it out of fear. I feel like I made a mistake and I can’t take it back,” she wrote.

“I have had this in my heart and it has been very hard on me. I was afraid to be judged by my family, my mother, even my dad. So I did it before they could find out. I should have looked into my options more but I didn’t.”

She also made it clear that the father of her daughter Miah, Ryan McElrath, was also the father of this baby — and was extremely supportive. ”He let me make my decisions,” she said.

Jamie also added that she is now on birth control, and is thankful for those who are supportive of her choice.

After last night’s episode of 16 & Pregnant, we can be sure to expect a lot of drama thanks to new mom Jamie McCay, 17, and her baby daddy Ryan McElrath, 18. And as if Ryan not showing up for the birth of their now 7-month-old daughter Miah wasn’t enough, now Jamie is claiming he is an irresponisble cocaine addict and she’s fighting for sole custody!

TMZ.com obtained the court documents Jamie filed in a North Carolina court, claiming Ryan is “not responsible and not in a position to provide a stable environment” for their baby daughter.

Also in the papers, Jamie says that Ryan has a “history of driving while under the influence of alcohol” and a “history of cocaine abuse,” adding that he has been up to no good, “even after the birth of the child.”

The teen mom is fighting for Ryan to be granted supervised visitation at the local court-monitored Family Visitation Center. She has even recommended that Ryan complete a parenting test and “submit to appropriate drug and alcohol assessments and testing and to comply with all treatment recommendations.”

Wow, she’s really serious about this. Ryan must be completely out of control.

Although, he thinks differently. “She’s doing this just to cause problems,” Ryan tells TMZ.com, “it will all clear out in court.” The pair is set to appear in front of a judge on June 13.
