Guy Ritche is the proud dad of a baby girl! His fiance Jacqui Ainsley gave birth to their second child at a private hospital in London.

“We can confirm that Guy and Jacqui are the proud parents of a new baby girl,” a spokesperson for Guy told the Daily Mail. “Mother and baby are doing well.”

The couple, who have been dating since 2010 and got engaged in October, welcomed their first child together in September 2011 — a little boy named Rafael.

This will be the fourth child for Guy. He has two kids, Rocco, 11, and David, 6, with his famous ex-wife Madonna.

Guy Ritchie, 43, stepped out at The Dark Knight Rises premiere in London on July 18 with girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley, 30, who proudly showed off her baby bump! This will be the second child for the couple, who already have a 10-month-old together.

The pair, who welcomed son Rafael on September 5, 2011, have been dating since April 2010.

The new baby will make four for Guy, who has two other children, Rocco, 11, and David, 6, with his ex-wife Madonna.

Director Guy Ritchie‘s girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley has given birth to the couple’s first child — a little half brother for Rocco, 11, and David, 5, Guy’s sons from his marriage to Madonna. Great news! The birth wasn’t without drama, model Jacqui, 29, needed an emergency C-section at London’s Portland Hospital, but sources tell the Daily Mirror newspaper the baby boy was born healthy — and both mother and son are both doing fine.

The new parents only began dating in April 2010 and announced their baby news this March — three years after Guy divorced Madonna.

We’re thrilled for them both and can’t wait to see the first photos of the new arrival!

The director and his model girlfriend will welcome their baby boy in September!

Guy Ritchie and Jacqui Ainsley announced their pregnancy in March and now Life & Style has learned exclusively that Guy, 42, and Jacqui, 29, are expecting a baby boy in September. “Jacqui’s having a boy!” an insider reveals. Great news!

This will be Guy’s third child — he has one biological son, 10-year-old Rocco, and an adopted son, David, 6, both with his ex-wife, Madonna. Three’s a charm, Guy!

“They seemed very happy together,” an eyewitness, who saw the happy couple dining together at the Beverly Hills Hotel this morning, explains. “Jacqui kept rubbing her belly and tousling Guy’s hair. They were just having a leisurely morning and enjoying private conversations with each other.”

Madonna‘s ex-husband Guy Ritchie, 42, and his girlfriend of over a year, model Jacqui Ainsley, 29, are expecting their first baby together this early this Fall. “They have been keen to start a family,” a friend of the couple told the Daily Mail. “We expect to hear wedding bells next year.” Wonderful news!

“Jacqui was crying with joy when she found out,” a source reveals. “They went on holiday because Guy is desperate for her to take it easy. He won’t let her do anything more strenuous than argue over baby names.” In January, Jacqui admitted: “I’ve known since I was very little that I want to be a mummy.”

Guy has a son Rocco, 10, with Madonna, 52, and is also the father to David, 6, her adopted son from Malawi. Of course, Guy was very close with Madonna’s now 14-year-old daughter Lourdes Leon throughout their marriage.

The only problem seems to be Guy’s new girlfriend, Jacqui Ainsley. She apparently isn’t thrilled with the idea of Guy spending the holidays with Madonna, who he with split in 2008 after nearly eight years of marriage. “Jacqui was really looking forward to spending Christmas with her man, but is now feeling very much left out in the cold,” a source tells Britain’s Mail on Sunday. “Guy is excited about spoiling his children on Christmas day. He has told Jacqui he’s spending it with his ex-wife for the sake of the children — but it hasn’t gone down at all well.”
