Robert Downey Jr., 49, is taking responsibility for passing on his addictions to his son Indio, 20, who was arrested on a felony drug possession charge in June 2014. Indio has since entered rehab, something all too familiar to Robert, who spent nearly a year in the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison from 1999 into 2000.
A member of the L.A. County Sheriff’s pulled over a car in West Hollywood, Cali. around 2 PM PST on June 29 when seeing a passenger smoking a pipe — that was Robert Downey Jr.‘s son, Indio Downey. When the car was searched, the police reportedly found cocaine in his possession.
The last thing that Robert Downey Jr., 48, would want for his twenty-year-old son, Indio Falconer Downey, would be a drug problem similar to the one he publicly battled for a little under a decade. Indio’s treatment is not reported as serious — but what do you think?
