Talk about sibling rivalry! Kate’s broken with royal tradition and won’t be taking  sister Pippa, who some are claiming will become her lady-in-waiting, on her U.S. tour!

Kate Middleton doesn’t seem to want her beautiful sister Pippa Middleton to steal the spotlight from her when she travels the United States with her new hubby Prince William in July, so Kate, 29, has banned Pippa, 27, from going on the trip. Harsh!

Kate’s decision to ban her sister — who some say will soon act as her lady-in-waiting — from the U.S. trip completely breaks with the royal tradition of an assistant accompanying a princess on all official trips.

“Catherine and Pippa are very competitive,” royal biographer Andrew Morton tells In Touch magazine.

To make the sister jealousy situation even worse, “Oprah is making a huge play for Pippa to star in her own reality show for OWN,” a source says.

ScarJo doesn’t think she’s been too scarred by her recent divorce — she’s ready to dive back into marriage with her new beau Sean Penn. And that scares her friends!

Scarlett Johansson is obsessed with her older man Sean Penn – and now she’s wants to take their budding romance to the next level, In Touch magazine reports.

“Scarlett says she is unafraid of marriage and unafraid of what people will say,” a friend tells the mag.

Still, pals are worried that she’s still on the rebound from her bust-up with Ryan Reynolds, 34 — they filed for divorce only a few months ago! But she is totally over the moon over Sean, the friend says: “We’re trying to keep her grounded. But she thinks he’s a genius.”

People close to Scarlett, 26,say they have reason to be wary of Sean, 50 — his love ‘em and leave ‘em reputation.

“Everyone knows Sean never gets serious,” the friend says. But Scarlett sees him as an intellectual, like another older man she likes to being close to  – Woody Allen!

Jenelle Evans, you need to get your priorities in order. The troubled star of Teen Mom 2 has been living it up with her paychecks from the MTV show instead of putting that money towards the care of her 18-month-old son, Jace. “She bought a hot new car and designer clothes and she’s been partying all the time with the extra cash,” an insider tells In Touch magazine. “I doubt she’s saving anything for Jace’s future.”

The insider does admit that Jenelle purchased little Jace some new clothing but insists that she only did it help her image. “She wants TV audiences and magazines to think she’s a good mom,” the source tells the magazine. “When cameras are off, she acts as if she cares more about partying than she does about her son.”

Megan Fox is ready for a baby! She and Brian Austin Green dated for six years off and on before making it official by marrying last June on a beach in Hawaii. Now the 24-year-old, who has had plenty of practice being a mommy to Brian’s 8-year-old son, Kassius, is ready give him a little brother or sister. “I would love to be a biological mommy one day,” Megan says. “That would make me very happy.” And Brian thinks that should happen ASAP.

And sources close to the star tell In Touch that Brian, 37, is excited about expanding his family. “Brian knows Megan would be an amazing mom, and he doesn’t want to wait anymore,” a pal tells the magazine.

In fact, Brian believes that Megan would be happier being a mom than she currently is making movies like Jonah Hex and Jennifer’s Body. “He thinks if she slows down with work, she’ll be happier,” confirms the friend.

Just eight months ago, it was all anyone wanted to talk about: Jesse James had cheated on Sandra Bullock. Sandra, 46, had just won her first Oscar for her performance in The Blind Side, and Jesse, 41, quickly became the most hated man in America. Shortly afterward, Sandra announced her adoption of little Louis and and her divorce — which became finalized in June — from Jesse. Now, while there might not be a total peace between Sandra and Jesse, there is a ceasefire. Sandra is coming home to Austin, Texas for Christmas, so she can spend it with Jesse’s three kids, who all loved their stepmom and had bonded with their stepbrother.

“Sandra wants to make sure Louis grows up knowing Jesse’s children,” an insider told In Touch magazine, “so she is willing to put the past behind her for the sake of the kids. Sandra knows they having Jesse’s family in Louis’ life is good for him. So she’s opening her home and her heart to the children, inviting them to visit at Christmastime. She’s flying her closest friends down to Austin and wants to make it special.” We respect Sandra for being the bigger person and putting the kids happiness ahead of her own hurt feelings.

No word yet on whether or not Jesse’s tattooed girlfriend Kat Von D, 28, will be join Sandra, Louis (who just turned one) and Jesse’s three kids — Chandler is 14, Jesse Jr. is 12 and little Sunny is 6 — but we’d be willing to bet that Jesse, who the insider said will be included in the festivities, won’t push it. That would be our advice, anyway.

Kourtney Kardashian may still love her boyfriend, and baby daddy, Scott Disick, 27, but she sure doesn’t love how he’s been behaving lately. The 31-year-old mother of Mason, 10 months, has apparently taken to sleeping in separate rooms at The Smyth hotel in NYC (where the couple are staying while they film their new reality show) — and she even removed the mini-bar from Scott’s hotel room! “Kourtney cannot stand how Scott acts when he is drinking,” a friend of the couple told In Touch magazine. Scott is reportedly “drinking all the time and it is a serious problem.” And poor Kourtney is heartbroken, because “she doesn’t want Mason to think his parents are not in love.”

Kourtney has been in New York filming Kourtney and Kim Take New York, with her sisters Kim and Khloe, but according to the source, Scott “won’t quit partying, and he shows up late every day for filming.”

The singer and soon-to-be movie star seems determined to give her son, Max, a little sibling sooner rather than later.

Most actresses would probably be getting themselves into pretty awesome shape before heading out to promote their very first starring role in a movie, but even though Christina Aguilera’s first film, Burlesque, is hitting theaters next month, she’s got other priorities: namely, getting pregnant again! The 29-year-old singer and actress has apparently gone off her strict fitness and diet regimen to get herself ready to make her 2½-year-old son, Max Bratman, a big brother!

“She doesn’t care how she looks right now,” a friend of Christina’s told In Touch magazine about Christina’s new voluptuous figure. “She’s doing it for her family. It’s the right time for her.”

Christina was with her doting husband Jordan Bratman, 33, when she debuted her new curves on September 25 at the LACMA event in Los Angeles.

Well, that didn’t take long! Kevin Jonas, 22, and his new bride Danielle Deleasa, 23, might just be expecting their first child! The two were seen at a West Hollywood pharmacy buying a home pregnancy test, which may come as a stunner to Kevin’s fans, but not necessarily to his friends. “They’re mature for their age, and they want to start a family,” one friend told In Touch magazine. “They’d consider it a major blessing if Danielle got pregnant.”

The pair tied the knot last December, when they had a beautiful wedding in Oheka Castle on Long Island in New York, and it’s clearly changed the young superstar’s life. He told HollywoodLife.com exclusively last month, “It’s wonderful having my best friend everywhere with me!”
