One woman got the best Christmas gift of all — a new baby girl!

A Tasmanian woman was wrapping gifts under her Christmas tree when she had a special holiday surprise: She went into labour! But by the time the ambulance crew arrived, she was too far along to go to the hospital — so she gave birth right under the Christmas tree, according to ABC News!

The baby was delivered at 12:06 a.m. on Christmas Day. To add to the festive cheer, one of the paramedics was wearing antlers!

Bruce Connor from the Tasmanian Ambulance Service said the birth went well and was a great way to celebrate the holiday: “To deliver one at 12:06 a.m. on Christmas Day is a special event for us, especially under the Christmas tree at home and I believe that the intensive care paramedic was wearing a pair of antlers at the time.”

This ballerina-like bun has been seen on countless celebs this season. Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, Fergie and more have all worn a version of this look. Gregory adds a braid across the bun to create texture and add a bit of holiday fun. Watch the video and read Gregory’s how-to below!

Here’s what you’ll need:
Hairspray (light hold) — Gregory used Salon Grafix Shaping Spray
Blax — Elastic Gumbands
Donut/Sponge
Vent Brush — Gregory used a Mason Pearson
Long Hairpins
Styling Cream — Gregory used Frederik Fekkai’s styling cream
Hairnet
Volumizing Mousse — Gregory used Salon Grafix Mousse
Tailcomb

• Prep the hair with a mousse. Salon Grafix brand is my choice perferred and give yourself a great blowout.

• Take hairspray and spray the entire hairstyle and brush into a high ballerina bun. Gather hair ontop of head and secure with Blax. Add extensions if needed

• Take the donut and pull ponytail through the hole. Secure donut onto head with long hairpins.

• Smooth out the ponytail covering the donut, leaving a small 1 inch section out from the bun. Once hair is all covering the donut apply hairnet so shape is clean/ no flyaways.

• Braid the 1 inch section of hair into a fishbone braid and pull lightly to vent the braid [making it bigger].

• Take a tailcomb and smoothe all the sides/edges of hair using a styling cream.

• Finish with Salon Grafix shaping hairspray.

• Optional: Apply an old vintage clip, pin or barrette.

It’s LeAnn Rimes’ first Christmas with Eddie Cibrian‘s kids Mason, 7, and Jake, 3, and she’s making sure she makes a lasting impression! In Touch Weekly is reporting that the country crooner really splurged on the kids, spending about $20,000 on presents for the boys — getting them everything they asked for and more!

Is LeAnn pregnant?

“LeAnn bought them just about anything you could think of — matching electric cars, practically every appropriate video game, a ping-pong table, games, clothes, books and so much more,” a friend tells InTouch. “She must have spent more than $10,000 on each kid. She loves them and wants to spoil them.”

Great gifts for boys aged 5-10!

LeAnn also wants to make sure she’s ready for a kiddie Christmas! “Eddie’s going to introduce me to the kid tradition,” LeAnn recently said. “I’ve never had two kids running around on Christmas morning. It’s exciting!” Mason and Jake’s head will spin when they see all the gifts they have under the tree this year! We wonder how their mom, Brandi Glanville, feels about LeAnn’s Santa splurge!

She wants to do a duet with Lady Gaga! She thinks Justin Bieber is awesome! These are just a few of the items she spilled during an exclusive fragrance luncheon today!

This week, I was lucky enough to have a very intimate fragrance luncheon with R&B singing sensation Mary J. Blige . The topic at hand was her amazing perfume that’s sold record numbers on HSN (and she’s back again TONIGHT) but you can’t keep girls from dishing about boys, skincare, music and perfume. Here are some cool items she spilled during our conversation:

It took her two years to develop the fragrance – The singer took her time developing her signature scent, named My Life after her iconic song.  ”I didn’t want to put anything out there that I wouldn’t want my name behind,” she said. “My fans would tell me the truth if they didn’t like it.”

She wasn’t really a fragrance person growing up – She was turned off as a child by the overly floral fragrances her teachers would wear as a child, so it took her a while to wear them at all.  Later, as an adult, she started playing with the mixture of different scents, which is how the idea for her fragrance was born.

Even Taylor Swift likes her perfume - While the two were chatting backstage at the Today show this Wednesday, they were trading notes (as Taylor is developing her own fragrance.) She said that Mary’s fragrance was “yummy” and that she loved it!

She would love to do a duet with Lady Gaga and adores Justin Bieber - “She can really sing! It’s definitely on my list of things I really want to do!” she said.  She also loves The Biebz, but thought she might be a little “senior” to sign on for a duet with the talented teen. (As a fan, I disagree. I think they would rock out!)

She has some big projects lined up – She’s heading to Europe for a while for a long tour after her HSN, she’s reading the script to film the movie version of the hit Broadway play, Rock of Ages. She’s in the studio recording an album that will release around February 2011 AND she might just be launching ANOTHER fragrance. This is one busy lady!

Her favorite beauty product (other than her fragrance is…) Johnson’s Baby Oil Gel! The star loves to slather the all-purpose moisturizer on right after the shower and either dab dry or wrap up in a robe and let her skin absorb the moisture. This is also one of my favorite beauty tips, BFFs!

If you’re as big of a fan of the singer (and her yummy signature fragrance) as I am, DO NOT MISS her return to HSN TONIGHT at 12am, then tomorrow at 1am, 8am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 9pm, 10pm ET. She promises big surprises (Oprah Winfrey called in last time).

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, especially for Bronx Mowgli Wentz! The tiny tyke, who just celebrated his 2nd birthday, is being showered with gifts this season! His mom and dad, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz are going to have to think of some other things to get for their little boy! “He just had his birthday, and he got a lot of gifts,” Ashlee, 26, tells People. “He’ll still have a great Christmas, and he’s really into Thomas the Train, but we have enough Thomas, so we do not need that this year!” What’s the best gift to give a little boy?

Bronx rocks out to ‘Empire State of Mind!’

Now that Bronx is getting older and much more aware of the holiday season, Ashlee and Pete are getting more serious about their yearly traditions! “For my husband and I, it’s nice to start those traditions now,” Ashlee says. “What we’re doing with the tree, what we did over Thanksgiving … we actually had an amazing Thanksgiving with Peter’s family.”

Jessica, is that a baby bump under that sweater?

As for her family, Ashlee hopes that there will be another little one on the way — for her big sis, Jessica Simpson! “Of course it would be wonderful if it happened,” admits Ashlee. “We were actually over there yesterday, and Jessica is a wonderful godmother, and aunt, so I know she would be a wonderful mother.” We certainly hope that Jessica’s motherhood dreams become a reality in the very near future!

Shopping for others during the holiday season is stressful enough — let me help you find a get-up that’s both chic and appropriate for the slew of holiday parties that’s in store!

While you’re rushing around trying to find perfect presents for everyone on your shopping list, it’s easy to forget about the countless dinners and cocktail parties that come along this time of year. Usually one of the first occasions that seems to sneak up on you is your office holiday party. You probably don’t want to wear the same pencil skirt you wear every other week, and you also want to dress up your usual look — but showing too much skin in front of your boss probably won’t go over so well!

While most people have strict dress codes at work, when it comes to dressing up for a holiday party the rules seem blurred. I recommend sticking to a classic silhouette with a modest neckline. Don’t be afraid to work with a hemline over the knee, but that doesn’t mean you should break out the sequins mini you’re saving for New Year’s Eve! A pair of tights, pumps, and an accessory or two is the perfect way to finish off the look. Don’t be afraid to add a bold cuff or cocktail ring — but leave your endless stack of bangles at home! Off-and-on again couple Leonard DiCaprio and model Bar Refaeli looked awfully happy together in Mexico over the holiday weekend!

‘Tis the season to rekindle love with your ex! Weeks ago Jude Law and Sienna Miller became rejoined at the hip, and now it looks like another former flame is blazing again. Leonardo DiCaprio and former girlfriend Bar Refaeli looked pretty darn couplish Dec. 27 during a trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Laying out together on the beach, Bar, 24, sported a bright string bikini, showing off her toned Israeli model body, while Leo, 35, went for the surfer-dude look, wearing baggy board shorts and a backwards baseball cap. (Out of the two, Bar definitely wins the award for best holiday diet plan!)

The attractive couple first got together in 2005, but supposedly broke off the relationship last summer … giving us all hope that Leo was back on the market!

Sorry ladies, it was fun while it lasted, but after seeing these pics, we’re thinking Leo’s definitely a taken man!
