We were obsessed with New York City-based interior designers Robert and Cortney Novogratz‘s show on Bravo, but where did they go?? We got hooked on the show and then it disappeared! So we were so happy to hear that the couple are currently shooting their second reality series! The self-taught designers (and parents of SEVEN kids!) say that their new show is perfect for parents who want to buy on a budget—but don’t want it to look that way.

Their new show on HGTV is called Home by Novogratz. Bob, 48, and Cortney, 39, say they will “take on residential design projects — customizing eclectic finds, turning trash to treasure, and mixing colors and textures in innovative ways,” which sounds very similar to what they did on 9 By Design.

The Novogratz’s unique taste is evident in their choice of names for their SEVEN (!) kids: Wolfgang (Wolfie), 13, Tallulah and Bellamy, 12, Breaker, 9, Five and Holleder (Holly), 5, and Major, 2. Eclectic is an understatement! Just like their last show, all the kids will be appearing on the upcoming 30-minute series.

The couple bought their famous home on NYC’s West Side Highway for $4.3 million in 2007. After they rebuilt and decorated the property, they flipped it back on the market for $25 million! The price has since been reduced to $18,950,000—and it’s still for sale. For 5 beds, 4.5 baths, and 7,180 square feet in Manhattan, it’s a bargain right?

Try David’s tips on how to get your very own white Winter Wonderland in your home this year!

Christmas is the season to be jolly and what better way to get into the spirit of the holiday than to decorate your home like a Winter Wonderland this year? HGTV’s Color Splash designer David Bromstad, 37, tells HollywoodLife.com how to create the perfect winter landscape within your home!

First, David suggests putting tons of Christmas trees around your home. “I have twelve Christmas trees in my house and they’re all clumped together,” David tells us. “My neighbors think I’m crazy. They are like, ‘Oh my gosh, look at all the trees!’ [But,] it looks like a winter wonderland when it’s all lit!”

He adds, “My favorite Christmas tree [in my home this year] is one giant one. It’s all white and I have lime greens and reds.”

David uses flocking to make his trees look like they have snowy branches. And, to make the overall essence more cheerful and happy, he suggests trying something funky.

“Bright colors are really hot,” he explains. “Turquoise, pinks, purples, reds … really bright candy colors. So fun!”
