Heidi Klum Debuts Her Fragrance & Seal Helps Her Choose Her Ad Campaign Photos!

There’s bit a bunch of buzz about Heidi’s fragrance, ‘Shine,’ and on September 28, she finally debuted the scent in LA!

Heidi Klum tells ET Canada that she hung the campaign shots for Shine in her office, but let her husband, Seal, do the choosing. “I’m like, ‘Babe, what do you think?’ And then he looks at all the photos and then he’s like, ‘I like that one’ and usually I go with what he likes,” Heidi explains.

This husband-wife duo is such an adorable couple. They make a great team! If only Beyonce were so lucky – she revealed yesterday that she has to cover up her husband’s fragrance with her own because her pregnancy makes her hate how his scent smells!

Heidi Klum Is Launching Her Debut Fragrance — Get The Details!

The perfume, which was first announced in January, is finally about to hit shelves in September.

Heidi Klum‘s debut fragrance, Shine, will have a range of floral and fruity notes, described as a floral and oriental fusion. Mandarin, pink peppercorn, sunflower, and vanilla are a few key scents that you’ll find inside the glass and crystal bottle.

Heidi herself seems so fun and relatable, always out with her children and husband, Seal. In an industry filled with celebrity fragrances, I don’t doubt that Heidi’s will stand out as being something young women and mothers alike can enjoy.

“Shine isn’t about something that we see, it’s about the way it makes us feel – playful, sensual and radiant,” explains Heidi. “I realize I’m lucky and that I have so much happiness in my life. My fragrance, Shine, is to be worn by all women who embrace life.”

The supermodel/Project Runway star is set to launch her own signature scent in fall 2011!

The celebrity fragrance business is kind of like Project Runway: you’re either “in” or “out” depending on how it smells. Well, looks like Heidi Klum is about to find out if she has what it takes to compete in the world of celebrity fragrance as she’s set to launch her own signature perfume come fall. WWD reports that the star has decided to expand her role at Coty (she already is working with Coty as the face of the Lady Astor cosmetics bran, sold only in Europe) to include the title of fragrance creator. Klum has signed a deal to produce the signature fragrance, to be called Shine, and it’s expected to hit stores in September of this year.

Coty is, of course, thrilled with the collaboration. “Heidi Klum’s radiance, warmth and spontaneity are perfect for Coty,” said Bernd Beetz, chief executive officer of Coty Inc. “Her personality and business ventures will help Coty reach untapped audiences.”

Klum herself seems to have quite the background for the job by her own explanation, as she told WWD back in September: “My father worked as the marketing director for 4711, a cosmetics company in Germany, for 20 years. He would always bring home testers of lipsticks, eye shadows and perfumes. I absolutely loved it — I started wearing makeup and experimenting with beauty products way too early.”

This isn’t Klum’s first time at the celebrity spokeswoman rodeo. In addition to her roles at Coty, the busy mother of four designed the HKNB activewear collection with New Balance and maternitywear for A Pea in the Pod and Motherhood Maternity. She’s also acted as a spokeswoman for Ann Taylor and Volkswagen and, most memorably, was an Angel for Victoria’s Secret.
