Ali Larter was squeezing back into her pre-pregnancy clothes within weeks of welcoming baby son Theo five months ago — and now we’ve witnessed her secret. She straps on the little guy and hits the trails!

Ali, 35, took baby Theo, whose daddy is actor Hayes MacArthur, for a brisk stroll through the hills of Hollywood’s Runyan Canyon on June 12 for a Sunday workout session.

The Heroes actress barely broke a sweat, as her exercise buddy bounced along in front of her in his Baby Bjorn, covered up against the sun’s powerful rays and wearing a cute little pair of baby-sized fur-lined booties!

We finally get a glimpse of Ali Larter‘s newborn son, Theodore Hayes MacArthur! The baby, who goes by Teddy, was born Dec. 20 and has been “cocooned” at home with mom and his dad, Perfect Couples star Hayes MacArthur.

“When he cries, it strikes me to my core, but I realize he’s just trying to communicate,” Ali says of her new life as Teddy’s mommy. “The most surprising thing is when he pees all over me. The first time, I felt like I was initiated into the club!” (The “mommy club” that is!)

It looks like Ali has her pre-baby body back and it’s only been three months since she had her son, Teddy!

If only we could look like Ali Larter does on her way to the gym. The new mom, 35, who welcomed a baby boy named Theodore aka “Teddy” with her husband Hayes MacArthur in December, looks fantastic — and she’s simply wearing workout gear! She’s definitely close to losing, if not already lost, all of her baby pounds.

She might be hitting the gym, but Ali’s secret to weight loss might be a little something called breastfeeding. Other new moms like Penelope Cruz, Celine Dion and Miranda Kerr have all shed those extra pregnancy pounds using the good old-fashioned mommy-baby bond.

It’s hard to believe she packed on 45 pounds while pregnant with son, Teddy. She looked svelte in LA on Friday (Jan. 28).

Motherhood definitely agrees with Ali Larter. The first-time mom appeared radiant and slender, after getting her nails done on Friday (Jan. 28) at an LA salon. Can you believe the 34-year-old gave birth to a baby boy on December 20? That little black dress is a miracle worker!

Ali Larter is basking in mommy joy: “It’s incredible to look at this little guy and think he grew inside of me!”

Ali Larter has a new man in her life, and she’s head over heels in love! The Heroes alum, 34, gave birth to a beautiful baby boy named Theodore Hayes aka “Teddy” with her husband, Perfect Couples’ Hayes MacArthur, 33, on Dec. 20 and she’s been loving every minute of motherhood—aside from her son’s dramatic arrival! “During the L.A. mud slides, our street was closed,” Ali tells Us Weekly. “Four hours after firemen opened it, I was in labor!” And little Teddy’s delivery wasn’t much better!

Ali and Hayes went on dates until the very end of her pregnancy!

“It was a comedy of errors—we forgot our suitcase in the car!” Ali confesses. “But once Teddy was born and on my chest, he latched on and nursed. All my fears disappeared.” The actress says that although her pregnancy was smooth sailing, she did pack on the pounds—45 to be exact! But she wasn’t so much concerned about fitting into her old jeans, sweats worked fine! “We are so cocooned at home,” she explains. “We eat, snuggle, take walks in our yard. I haven’t really gotten out of my pajamas yet!”

I guess all they can do now is wait!
