The actress, who’s known to be a sex symbol, admits she ‘hates’ exercising. But she has a great tip for moms who are worried about their ‘loosey goosey’ postpartum bodies!

If you were to ask anyone for work out advice, it would probably be a Hollywood hottie like Jessica Alba. But to tell you the truth, the actress and soon-to-be mom of two admits she may love prenatal yoga, but she CAN’T STAND the gym. So how does she plan on getting her pre-baby body back?

“Working out everyday for even just 45 minutes is good for my mental state. But getting dressed and actually doing it is the worst,” Jessica, 30, admits to Lucky magazine in their September issue. “It’s hard to get motivated.”

“In the gym, I have like five things to distract me: TV, iPod, magazines. Working partners are good, too, so you can chat and not just drown in your own misery. Sorry, does that sound bad? I just hate working out.”

As for her meal plan after the baby, Jessica admits that’s not easy either. “I have a hard time with portion control, so I have 1,200 calorie meals delivered,” she reveals. “But I also work out, so basically I’m starving—it sucks. I drink a lot of water.”

So wait, if she hates working out and hates giving up food, how the heck does she drop the weight so fast? Well, it’s simple — A GIRDLE!

We think it’s great that Michael Douglas, 65, can speak so candidly about his relationship with his much younger wife Catherine Zeta-Jones, 40 — but we wish he’d keep the details of his Viagra use to himself! Yuck! “God bless her that she likes older guys,” he tells AARP magazine in its March/April 2010 issue. “And some wonderful enhancements have happened in the last few years — Viagra, Cialis — that can make us all feel younger.” Michael, believe it or not, there are some things even we don’t want to know!

He goes on to discuss how he sees his age catching up him, and thankfully it’s not all bedroom talk. He says he misses the days when going to the gym was something he looked forward to as a mood-lifter, rather than a painful experience. “It used to be you got that 30-minute cardio workout and that great sense of euphoria,” he says. Now you finish and go, ‘Phew, I’m glad that’s over.’”

And the interview takes an adorable turn when he confesses his biggest fear of all about growing older: “I wince when I think I’ll be close to 75 when my daughter is 16,” he says. “I’m not going to be able to physically chase the boys away!”

Although you probably wouldn’t mind Taylor Lautner helping you get buff, it isn’t going to happen!

If you were hoping to get Taylor Lautner as your personal trainer, you’re going to have to hire someone else! Although it was reported that the Twilight hunk got certified as a fitness instructor and was planning to open up his own workout studio, a rep for the actor tells HollywoodLife.com it isn’t true.

Bummer. After the way Tay got so bulked up for his role in the Twilight Saga: New Moon, we wanted him to whip us into the same shape (OK, not the same, but you get our point).

It isn’t like Taylor is hurting for work these days, so he definitely doesn’t need a second career, anyway. In addition to Eclipse, the third installation of his hit vampire franchise, Taylor will be starring in Cancun, an action flick about a college kid who travels to the popular Mexican resort town and has to free his kidnapped girlfriend.

For this new film, Taylor might be making it a family affair: His dad, Dan, is in talks to produce the movie, says the Hollywood Reporter.

It looks like our main action man is going to be rescuing someone else besides Bella Swan! Swoon.
