Gwen Stefani, 43, is always the epitome of glamour and recently, the superstar ditched her trademark red lips in favor of an au naturale look as she strolled the streets of London with her family. With ten years of martial bliss underneath her belt, Gwen recently told Marie Claire: ‘My biggest accomplishment is my marriage so far.

‘(Marriage) is something that I always wanted to do successfully. It was a dream of mine. (Our relationship) is better than it’s ever been, like we’re learning about each other all the time.

‘Gavin’s an amazing dad and he works so hard… He balances me out. And he never stops liking me, which is awesome! It makes me feel happy that someone likes me as much as he does.’

Gwen Stefani, 43, is ringing in the New Year 2013 with a dazzling iconic cover of Vogue. Gwen looks absolutely radiant on this cover. Her signature red lips have been reinterpreted into a semi-matte wine stained color. Gwen tells Vogue about how she’s growing up right along with her children: “It’s super fun being a mom, but it’s not what you think it’s going to be. And it’s really gradual. At first, your life is totally the same. You have this cute little thing that you get to drive around everywhere and you’re so proud and it’s amazing. And as they grow older, it really does start to change your life. Like, Oh, my God, they have school, they have to get through first grade, they have to learn to read.” It starts getting so serious, and you’re like, Aaaaaaah! And to do all that while sustaining this insane childhood of my own. . . .  I’ve never had to grow up in a way. When you think about it, we were in college together, and then we made our first record, and then we just took off and stayed in this bubble. Time kind of stops when you’re in a band. It’s this suspended childhood, and it’s really awesome, that part of it. But then when you have a family of your own, it forces you to go into the adult world a little bit more.”

It has been eight years since Gwen Stefani graced the cover of Vogue in April 2004, but now the blonde bombshell is back for January 2013 — and she looks simply stunning, clad in Alexander Wang and a Yves Saint Laurent hat. The No Doubt frontwoman was shot by famed photog Annie Leibovitz for the rocker chic cover, and inside the mag the multi-tasking mom spills about balancing her workload and her household.

“I did my first solo record and went on tour while I was pregnant. I would want to throw up during certain songs. Certain outfits would make me sick. It was torture. I toured until I was four and a half months pregnant, showing. I came home and had Kingston, and when he was eight months old, I went back on the road. I nursed him for fourteen months, so I would literally do my hair and makeup, go back to the bus, nurse him, put him down, and walk out onstage. And I did that for 100 shows,” she tells the mag.

Aside from fronting a rock band, designing three clothing lines and being a mom to two young boys, Gwen is also a wife — and the star sounds like she couldn’t be happier after celebrating 10 years of marriage with Gavin Rossdale. “You feel proud. There are just so many rewards that come with it. You have to work at it. But, actually, it’s fun to get to this point. Because you learn so much about somebody. It’s like these wars that go on and then you kind of get through it to the other side, and it’s like, Wow. And obviously, you get stronger. And then having kids takes the whole relationship to another place. It is the ultimate collaboration. Both of us have such strong opinions about how it should be, and it’s really fun to do it together,” she said.

While the star works hard to balance her work and her family life, she couldn’t be happier to be reunited with her band. “I feel like we’ve always been in our own little lane,” she said about No Doubt. “Never fitting in. Never a nineties grunge band, never a pop girl band. And it’s the same now. I did the solo thing, but I felt like I was trying to play a character in a way, this Alice in Wonderland pretend version of myself. But this, being in No Doubt, is really who I am.”

Gavin Rossdale came under fire when pictures surfaced of him grabbing the toned derriere of one attractive mystery blonde while hiking on a trail in LA.

So who is this bombshell, who is also reportedly the nanny to Kingston, 6, and Zuma, 3?

She’s actually Gavin’s sister, Soraya, according to RadarOnline.com.

The photos suggest he was grabbing her inappropriately, but RadarOnline reports he was guiding her up the trail with his hand on the small of her back.

“All the speculation is hilarious,” a source close to Gavin told RadarOnline.com. “Gavin and Gwen are happier and more in love than ever and their marriage is absolutely rock solid. They truly have one of the happiest marriages in showbiz, or outside of showbiz for that matter!”

Looks like Gavin and Gwen Stefani‘s relationship is perfectly happy after all!

A source has come forward saying there is no truth to Gavin Rossdale having an affair with the nanny, and that Gwen Stefani has nothing to worry about. We certainly hope so for Gwen and the children’s sake!

“He is not having an affair with his nanny,” a source tells E! News. “He’s with her and the kids in a photo. It’s harmless.”

“But one look at the pic and it’s clear it was nothing more than an innocent touch that could have happened because one of them lost their balance on the tiny trail,” adds the source.

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, the rocker, 47, was spotted out hiking on Nov. 25 in Los Angeles with his two boys and their nanny — and on their stroll, Gavin reached out and touched the young blonde’s derriere. Gwen was nowhere in sight, and has been busy performing concerts with her band No Doubt nearly every night.

This comes after reports he and his wife of 10 years have been having marital problems. “Gwen thinks she always has to keep an eye out to keep him in line,” a source told Life & Style magazine in October. They often fight if he spends too many late nights out with his friends.”

Since then Gavin has denied any marital woes, telling one photographer “Of course not!” when asked if he and Gwen were splitting.

Gwen and Gavin were spotted together after the nanny incident, on Tuesday morning, Nov.27, out front of their son Zuma‘s school.
