Forget everything you know about superhero movies, because Iron Man 3‘s shocking twist ending will blow you out of the water! The third installment of the hit franchise shows Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) we know and love try to keep his true love Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) safe against the threat of pseudo-terrorist The Mandarin (Ben Kingsley). Iron Man 3: Tony Stark’s True Enemy Revealed

Tony/Iron Man’s real enemy is none other than a man he previously tore down: Aldrich Killian (Guy Pearce)!

Throughout the film The Mandarin appears to be Tony’s villain, as he bombs the city and guns down Tony’s house, but when Tony infiltrates his mansion, it turns out the Mandarin is just an out of work British actor. And the real villain is Aldrich!

Dun dun dun!

Years previously, Tony had met crippled scientist Aldrich at a Christmas party and he refused to help him develop his business, and there is a price to pay! I won’t spoil the ending, but Tony and the crazy scientist’s show down is epic!

Who Is Aldrich Killian?

Guy described his character to Marvel, and he sure sounds like a piece of work!

He came into this world with a number of physical disabilities. He’s never been able to accept those limitations though and has spent most of his life trying to overcome them in any way he can. His tenacity and blind determination in fighting for a better life are seen by some as irritating, as he often comes across as obnoxious. He just won’t accept the cards he was dealt, and being as intelligent as he is, has real drive to change and become a different person.

Although we still have to wait to see Robert Pattinson‘s latest film The Rover, his co-star Guy Pearce assures it will be worth the wait! In an interview with The Daily Telegraph, Guy had nothing but great things to say about Rob’s performance!

“The best thing about Rob is that he is a really great actor,” Guy explains.”Watching the rushes back, you go: ‘OK, he is just going to be fantastic’.”

“He plays [the character] slightly backward, emotionally useless and really vulnerable,” says Guy. “He’s got this beautiful face so you are completely entranced by that face no matter how ugly he makes himself or how wounded he is, or how manky his haircut.”

Did Guy really admit he thinks Rob’s face is beautiful? We couldn’t agree more!

Guy’s compliments don’t stop there! During an exclusive interview with Guy in January, he told HollywoodLife.com, “[Rob] just seems like a bright and sensitive kid. So I just think he’s really right for the role.”

We also told Guy that Rob must think it’s really great to work with such an experienced actor. “Um I don’t know, hopefully he thinks so!” Guy said. “I think it’s about collaborating and all getting on the same page. It doesn’t matter how experienced or inexperienced someone is, you hopefully just all understand each other and realize you are all on the same film together.”

Rob’s authenticity in his role really helps round out the entire feel of the thriller. David explains that, with Rob’s character, we are seeing “a quite troubled and damaged, but beautiful and naïve, soul.”

Guy Pearce Was Excited To Work With Robert Pattinson

Rob’s The Rover costar, Guy Pearce, also thinks that Rob’s natural personality makes him a perfect match for this thrilling role. “He just seems like a bright and sensitive kid, so I just think he’s really right for the role,” Guy told HollywoodLife.com exclusively in January. Opposite to Rob’s quietly powerful role, “you’ve got a really dark, dangerous, murderous person in Guy’s character,” David explains. The guys’ energies clearly play well off each other.

Rob, 26, was spotted filming on the set of The Rover on March 5 with his co-star Guy Pearce, where he debuted this highly unsexy new look. The former Twilight hunk rocked a skin head, rotting teeth and an over sized T shirt and he was totally unrecognizable from his former sexy self!

Rob and Guy play petty thieves in the film, where they were seen filming dangerous car scenes.

The movie tells the story of Eric [Guy], a lone traveler in the Australian desert who is forced to pursue a ruthless gang of criminals after they steal his car, according to The Daily Mail. Along the way, Eric enlists the help of Reynolds [Robert], described as ‘the naïve and injured junior member of the gang’ who was left behind after a robbery.

Sounds like a crazy movie!

We wonder what Rob’s estranged girlfriend Kristen thinks of his unsexy new look! We bet this softens the blow of Rob’s trial separation!

The 26-year-old is in Australia shooting The Rover and luckily HollywoodLife.com got a chance to talk to his awesome co-star Guy Pierce at the GREY GOOSE Blue Door lounge after party for his movie Breathe In on Jan. 19 and you’ll love what he had to say about Rob!

Why Guy Is Excited To Work With Rob

Based on a true story, ‘Lawless’ is an amazing gangster tale about the infamous Bondurant Brothers who ran their own business of moonshine and tempt to delve into a life of crime, corruption, loyalty and love. Now I understand without providing many spoilers that Shia LaBeouf gets a bad rap from time to time but it is his performance that really carries the entire film. However you cut it, he is a great actor that proves his worth playing Jack Bondurant, the younger brother who has yet to prove himself to his brothers.

Shia has even mentioned his thoughts on the film saying, “The film is also about a family going through combustion They’re dealing with many problems all at once; meanwhile, the power balance is shifting from Forrest and Howard to Jack.”

And that power struggle is addressed splendidly by acclaimed director John Hillcoat who is known from his work on ‘The Road’ delivers a very unique tale of the American outlaw lifestyle. Simply put, see the film as its an amazing tale and rendition of a life we will never see again. Its a blast into a history that many once lived, and it makes you appreciate what you have now.

So when it comes to August and the movies that are often released, a good majority of the films that come out are not worth the price of admission. Thankfully ‘Lawless’ is making that common happening take a turn for the better. Get your tickets now and see ‘Lawless’ on August 29. You will not be disappointed!

So HollywoodLifers, If you are ready to be enthralled with a great cast, a great film with great performances then ‘Lawless’ is your film. Its a visceral gripping ride from beginning to end! And I would be shocked if it isn’t represented at all the award shows later this year! Its a must see!
