Guiliana Rancic Shows Off 2 Glam Gowns For Miss Universe 2012

The hosy has been on the rise over the past couple years and she is no stranger to the red carpet. Although she spends most of her time interviewing A-list celebs, when it comes down to fashion she knows how to dress to perfection. Which look do you like better? VOTE!

At the Planet Hollywood Casino in Las Vegas on Dec. 19, Guiliana Rancic co-hosted the Miss Universe Pageant alongside Andy Cohen. She dazzled in two stunning gowns — one on the red carpet and one when she hosted the actual show. Which dress did you like better?

The gown she wore on the red carpet was a style straight off the runway by Winnie Couture. The dress itself is pretty simple, but elegant at the same time. The precise tailoring of the dress made the petite host look as if she had a more vivacious and curvy body — absolutely flattering! Guiliana wore her hair pulled back into a bun to expose her shoulders and the strapless bodice of the gown. The voluminous bottom of the dress gave it that little bit of extra it needed to set it apart from your typical simple black dress.

As for the dress she chose to wear to host the actual pageant, there is no other way to explain it than to say it was drop-dead-gorgeous. The Ines Di Santo gown had a princess-esque feeling to it because it featured a large tool skirt that sparkled and shined from all of the Swarovski crystal embellishments. Guiliana definitely gave the Miss Universe contestants a run for their money with this stunning look!

Giuliana opens up about her personal struggle after her double mastectomy in a new interview with Glamour magazine.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, Giuliana Rancic, a news anchor for E!, went through with a double mastectomy and deconstructive surgery on December 13, 2011. In the April 2012 issue of Glamour magazine, Giuliana discusses details about her experience.

While she was grateful for becoming a breast cancer survivor, the 37 year-old had personal struggles with the changes her double mastectomy would bring to her body.

“At first I didn’t want to look in the mirror, because I felt like, I’m getting better every day and this is about my health, so I shouldn’t get bogged down by what I see in the mirror. I knew I wasn’t going to look like a bikini model, so why look? Why even put the image in my head?”

Giuliana definitely proved she was strong and that she wouldn’t let anything bring her down when she went back to work only two weeks later, on December 27.

What’s next for Giuliana?

She and husband tell Glamour that they are looking into all their options for having kids, whether surrogacy or adoption, as well as plan to renew their vows on their five year anniversary in September.

Luckily, Guiliana’s husband Bill, 39, stepped up to the plate and is playing doctor by giving her the injections. “Bill could honestly be on Grey’s Anatomy,” jokes his wife. “He could be McRancic.”

All kidding aside, they are taking these treatments very seriously and refuse to lose hope that eventually they will have a baby of their own, and if not, Guiliana says that countless woman have offered to help out. “We’ve gotten probably 40 women who have offered to be surrogates,” she reveals. Aww! It’s nice to know that so many people care about this sweet couple. Would you ever consider being a surrogate for a celebrity?
