STRESS– what kind of real stress do you have in your blessed life? You’re super rich, you’re beautiful, you have the kind of glamorous life that 99.9999% of the world can only fantasize about. You have a talented, rich, famous husband and two beautiful HEALTHY children.

What’s more — you have OPPORTUNITY. Opportunity to choose which TV shows, movies, and singing engagements to take and be highly paid for. You are in an incredibly unique position, especially today — you CAN make your own dreams happen. You can have the American dream. Most Americans can’t.

Gwyneth, consider this: 9.1 % of Americans are out of work, 13.9 million are unemployed and in 2010 2.9 million received foreclosure notices on their houses — a record. Millions and millions more people are underemployed, earning less than they used to and are barely holding on to the homes they worked hard for. Millions of people go without health insurance everyday because they can’t afford it and therefore don’t get the healthcare they need for themselves and their families.

Now talk about stress — THOSE people are STRESSED!  They have a right to be stressed!

And they certainly would be happy to trade places with you Gwyneth. In fact, I bet they would gladly walk in your high heeled Louboutins and guest star in 3 episodes of Glee, star in  in the films Ironman and Country Strong, appear on the cover of Bon Appetit, sing at the Oscars and the Grammy’s with Cee-Lo Green, cook on their own reality show, On the Road Again, with world renowned celebrity chef Mario Batali and deal with having pictures taken by the paparazzi.

In other words, they’d be happy to take on your stresses if you’d take on theirs — get them jobs and pay their mortgages.

Now Gwyneth, you’ve had this “stress” issue from time to time. Apparently, you once went on a silent retreat to help cope with your tough life. “Some days I feel like everyone in my world has plugged themselves into my kidneys,” you sighed to Harper’s Bazaar magazine in the May, 2010 issue.

You also kvetched to Harper’s Bazaar that you hate having your photo taken by paparazzi: ” You just followed me… and you’re going to make money off it? You want me to look at you and smile? Are you out of your mind?”

Well Gwyneth, no matter how tired you think you are you definitely have a nanny or nannies for your two children, you have people to clean your house and do your laundry, you have a cook, you fly first class or private — you can not be as tired as even the average working mom, who struggles without ALL that help! How about NO HELP!

And those working moms don’t have two hours a day to work out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, like you do. Most of them work five days a week, something which you won’t do, you told V Magazine in the summer 2008 issue.

Gwyneth, there are downsides to every job. Some jobs come with subsistence pay checks or verbally abusive bosses or no opportunity to be creative or to be promoted. Your career, which has made you a multi-millionairess, depends on people caring to see you on TV and in films. And if people care, they want to see your photo — that’s a good thing! Surely, you can cope with the stress of an occasional paparazzi encounter. If no one wanted your picture, you might HAVE to worry.

In any case Gwyneth, it’s time to stop sharing you major stress burden with us. I’d suggest you take my advice if you don’t want to be labeled World’s Most Annoying Celebrity. Save your stress complaints for Rihanna and Jay Z who will certainly lend more sympathetic ears than your GOOP readers.

I hear you’ll be escaping your stressful life by holidaying with them in the south of France this summer — YOU POOR THING!

In the latest installment of her GOOP newsletter, Gwyneth Paltrow reveals her struggle with a new mom’s biggest nightmare, as does her pal Eclipse star Bryce Dallas Howard.

A mother never knows when postpartum depression may hit her. It can happen the day after giving birth or a year later. For actress Gwyneth Paltrow, 37, it struck her after the birth of her second child, son Moses Martin on Apr. 8, 2006.

“When my son, Moses, came into the world in 2006, I expected to have another period of euphoria following his birth, much the way I had when my daughter was born two years earlier,” Gwyneth says in her newest GOOP blog. “Instead, I was confronted with one of the darkest and most painfully debilitating chapters of my life.”

“For about five months I had, what I can see in hindsight as postnatal depression,” continues Gwyn. “Since that time, I have wanted to know more about it. Not only from a hormonal and scientific standpoint, and why so many of us experience it, but from the perspective of other women who have gone through it.”

Because of her curiosity, Gwyn reached out to two doctors to get their thoughts on the subject. She shares them in her GOOP newsletter, along with the story of Eclipse star Bryce Dallas Howard‘s struggle with the condition she describes as “a nightmare.” Click here to read it all!

Losing her baby weight was the hardest thing ever and she thinks EVERY woman can make time to get her body back in shape no matter what. Bet you’re excited to hear that!

Kale soup loving and super short short wearing mother of two Gwyneth Paltrow is doing the press rounds again and talking about — wait for it — her weight! “After my first pregnancy, the weight had come off a little bit better but after the second one it was really stubborn. It was really hanging on,” the actress told the Press Association. “It was not easy and, when I started it, it was by far the hardest thing I have ever done – but I really was seeing results so it motivated me to just work through it.” Good news though, Gwyneth says you can lose all your extra weight too!

“Every woman can make time – every woman – and you can do it with your baby in the room,” she said. “There have been countless times where I’ve worked out with my kids crawling around all over the place. You just make it work, and if it’s important to you, it’ll be important to them.” Working out while your kids crawl around and nannies watch them? GOOP for you Gwyneth!

Hear that single moms struggling to make ends meet or working multiple jobs, you CAN make the time to lose baby weight. If you aren’t you are clearly just being lazy.

Here is all you need: 2 hour training sessions with the most in-demand trainer in the world, a schedule that allows you take extended vacations, the willpower to eat pureed leaves, and money. Lots of it.

Gwyneth recently wrote about suffering from a common bone disease, causing many to think it was a result of the macrobiotic diet she’s been on for the past 11 years — but it was something else!

BFFs, did you know that unprotected sunlight can actually be good for you? During a recent doctor’s trip diet and fitness addict Gwyneth Paltrow learned she was at the beginning stages of osteopenia — a disease that can eventually lead to osteoporosis! The cause, a lack of Vitamin D, a nutrient derived from sunlight!

Gwyneth wrote about her experience on her newsletter GOOP saying she had the same fears we all do! “I was curious if this was safe, having been told for years to stay away from [the sun's] dangerous rays, not to mention a tad bit confused,” the actress explained. Turns out, doctors say unprotected sunlight IS good!

Dr. Mark Liponis, the medical director of Canyon Ranch, tells us her condition is reversible with the help of unprotected sunlight. “Every adult needs 200 units of Vitamin D a day,” Dr. Liponis tells us.

“If you’re avoiding the sun, you’re going to be low in Vitamin D,” Dr. Liponis said. “There are two ways to correct it, take a separate Vitamin D supplement or by getting sun.” In her case, Gwyneth did both!

Because sunblock still inhibits your intake of Vitamin D, Dr. Liponis recommends applying protection on your face, arms, and chest only — to avoid sun damage — and to leave your other body parts to take in Vitamin D. The time depends on where you are, though Dr. Liponis recommends between 30-40 minutes of unprotected sunlight.

So there you have it BFFs, it’s okay to go without sunblock, for a SHORT period of time, this summer. Turns out, it’s good for you!

Would your kids ever eat sushi? Gwyneth Paltrow’s do!

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has some tips about what to send your kids to school with for lunch — but we’re not convinced you should follow them!

While we applaud Gwyn’s focus on healthy school lunch, she says she makes her two kids Apple, 5 and Moses, 4 “vegetable sushi” for lunch!

In her “Goop” newsletter, Gwyn says veggie sushi is “a great way to use leftover cooked rice and sneak some extra vegetables into your kid’s diet—not to mention a great way to get rid of those extra soy sauce packages that always seem to accumulate in the kitchen drawer.”

Would your kids eat asparagus and mushrooms wrapped in nori seaweed, agave nectar, and rice wine vinegar? Gwyn, get real! Anyone who was or has a picky child knows that this is not a way to make a mom’s life any easier! Maybe her other suggestions — pasta or turkey wraps — would work a bit better!

Gwyneth shares her workout secrets from celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson!

Are you trying to get rid of batwing arms and sagging butt? So was Gwyneth Paltrow when she was preparing for her role in Iron Man. Trainer-to-the-stars Tracy Anderson came up with this exercise routine that Gwyneth could do on the road — no weights required!

Here is what she wrote in her blog Goop:

Many of you may already know of my passion for the Tracy Anderson Method and my investment in it. She has kicked my formerly sagging ass into shape and I will be forever grateful. This week, Tracy shares with us a little arm series that I did everyday preparing for Iron Man and that I take on the road. She just made it home-made style for me, lo fi. But it’s good. Especially for the batwing problem. Also, some of her dedicated clients talk about why they love her as much as I do. She has some brand new DVD’s that I have been doing in my hotel room on location and which I highly recommend.
