It’s only right for any hostess of a chic event to steal all the spotlight –especially for an event as spectacular as a dinner for Giorgio Armani and Vanity Fair! Emma Stone definitely did just that, looking totally glamorous in a metallic mini dress from Giorgio Armani’s Spring 2012 collection!

The strapless and striped ombre dress featured Armani’s signature crescent-shaped bodice with gathered detail at the waist. The metallic hues of gunmetal, silver and green looked perfect with Emma’s whispy red updo and  pretty silvery eyeshadow to match! The actress completed her look with taupe Brain Atwood pumps and kept the accessories to a minimum, only wearing studded earrings.

Giorgio Armani has a long roster of celeb alum, including David and Victoria Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Megan Fox, the latter of whom currently appears in ads for Armani’s beauty collection.

Rihanna often wears Armani gowns at red-carpet events, and she is friendly with Giorgio Armnani’s niece Roberta—with whom she was spotted with in Milan in early May. Roberta handles VIP relations for the multi-million-dollar fashion brand.

All of European, and some of American, society will be heading to some very lavish weddings this weekend in Europe — the question is which will they attend? Kate Moss will be marrying her rocker boyfriend Jamie Hince in a three day affair in the English countryside dubbed Mosstock, while Prince Albert will marry South African Olympic swimmer Charlene Wittstock in Monte Carlo at a weekend long ceremony that is rumored to put the royal wedding to shame. Decisions, decisions…

According to the Daily Mail, Albert’s guest list includes; “Karl Lagerfeld, Giorgio Armani, Richard Branson, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Virginia McKenna, Topshop’s Philip Green, and the Earl and Countess of Wessex.” Many of these guests however, most notably Karl and Sir Philip, seem like they would also be attending Kate’s ceremony July 1. Kate has long been a muse to Karl and designed for Sir Philip’s Topshop in the past!

Albert’s civil ceremony will be July 1 and his religious ceremony July 2, meaning some guests could celebrate Kate’s nuptials before hoping on a plane, no doubt private, to Monte Carlo to attend Albert’s religious service.

As for Kate’s ceremony, guests will no doubt include Sadie Frost, model pals Frankie Rayder and Naomi Campbell (a former flame of Prince Albert) and Kanye West, Snoop Dogg and Beth Ditto, who are all rumored to be performing! Prince Albert meanwhile will kick off his festivities June 30 with a concert featuring The Eagles. Is every major musician in Europe this weekend?

The venues could not be more different however. Kate will be married at her country estate in Cotwolds while Albert will be married in the Monaco Palace. Kate, though, has the benefit of world renowned photographer Mario Testino snapping her wedding pics for a cover feature in September Vogue!

It remains to be seen who will host the more star studded affair but one thing is for certain, Charlene and Kate will not doubt be two of the most beautiful brides of recent. Kate is said to be deciding between a gown from pals John Galliano and Stella McCartney while Charlene, a Grace Kelly look-alike, will be decked out in Armani.

If there was an Oscar for Best Wedding Dress of the Year. . . or Century, then Kate’s dress created by Alexander McQueen designer Sarah Burton was a shoe-in! Do you agree?

I thought the gown was an absolutely genius mix of modern and historical. The body glove fit of the classic lace over a modern corset , the little peplum at the waist and the simple veil over the tiara were STUNNING!

Sultry Megan Fox has quite the figure — and she loves to show it off! Who was best dressed for the sunset affair at sea?

Considering all of the lavish looks we’ve seen on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival, it’s no surprise that a cocktail party with a gorgeous backdrop aboard Giorgio Armani‘s boat would draw a slew of stylish get-ups! There were formal frocks, like the flowing one-shoulder gown on Emily Blunt, sailor chic looks, like Natalie Imbruglia‘s navy and white striped Emporio Armani, and fun dresses, like the printed Giorgio Armani Elizabeth Banks wore on board.

The event, which celebrated Naomi Watts’ lastest flick, Fair Game, found the leading lady in a black jacket over a sparkling Giorgio Armani dress. In the upcoming movie, Naomi, who plays leading lady Valerie Plame Wilson, will be featured in select Armani pieces.

Natalie’s get-up was easily my favorite — it was so chic and appropriate for the early evening affair — with Naomi coming in second. What did you think? Who was best dressed last night?

Rachel Zoe may attend Fashion Week in New York and Milan hoping to find show-stopping dresses for her high-profile celeb clients, but that doesn’t stop her from dressing her best for the occasion! In Milan Fashion Week alone, Rachel showed up sporting a slew of designer get-ups. For Giorgio Armani, she wore Armani, (and even sported a red hat!), for a Bulgari event, she opted for Louis Vuitton, for an Armani event, she dressed up in Rachel Roy, for day 1 of the Milan shows, she showed off a vintage YSL leopard dress. We can only hope all of the Fashion Week fun was captured for the upcoming season of The Rachel Zoe Project!
