Jenelle Evans found herself in jail once again on May 20 when she failed to show up for a court date to face cyberstalking charges her ex-fiance Gary Head filed against her. But Gary must have felt bad about the whole situation, because he said he dropped the charges!

Gary Head Says He’s Dropping The Charges Against Jenelle

After Jenelle turned herself into jail — she was released within two hours — social media was a buzz with Teen Mom 2 fans asking Gary about the ordeal. A follower asked:

“Isn’t she in jail for missing a court date on charges you filed against her?”

And he retweed the message and added, “I dismissed them.”

Jenelle Evans Still Facing Charges From District Attorney’s Office

But as much as Gary might have wanted to dismiss those charges against his ex, Jenelle’s lawyer Dustin R. T. Sullivan reveals to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that the District Attorney’s office “100 percent” is still going through with the charges, and her new court date is set for July 25.

“He may not want to go forward, but he didn’t drop them,” Dustin adds.

Jenelle Evans & Gary Head Talking On Twitter

Even if the charges are still going forward, Jenelle and Gary have been talking on social media.

“I followed you. I need to ask you a question so hit me with the DM,” Gary tweeted at Jenelle.

“I just DMed you,” Jenelle replied.

Dustin also says that there is a lot for the D.A. to try and prove for a cyber stalking case, and it’s one of the most difficult charges for the state. He said there will be no pleas, but he can’t comment much on the case because it’s still ongoing.

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, the Teen Mom 2 star was thrown in jail on May 20 after she failed to show up to court to face the cyberstalking charges taken out on her by Gary. Jenelle turned herself in and was released an hour later, but as soon as she got out, her ex contacted her — on social media.

“I followed you. I need to ask you a question so hit me with the DM,” Gary tweeted at Jenelle.

The two exes had previously blocked and unfollowed each other on the social media site, but are now back in touch!

“I just DMed you,” Jenelle replied.

After Jenelle and Gary’s Twitter exchange, a fan tweeted at them with love and relationship emoticons. But the 21-year-old mom to son Jace, 3, denied that the two exes were rekindling their old flame.

“no no no it’s not like that,” she replied.

But, Jenelle isn’t exactly known for telling the truth all the time, so only time will tell!

Gary Head looked like such a doting boyfriend on the March 25 episode of Teen Mom 2, especially when he took care of Jenelle Evans as she was recovering from surgery, and even watched her son Jace, 3, after Jenelle bailed on her babysitting obligation. But the Teen Mom is revealing why the couple split for good, even after a brief reconciliation this winter.

Jenelle and Gary got engaged last summer, but their relationship came to a screeching halt after the two got into a physical altercation in June – and were both arrested. Fast forward a few months after the fight — Jenelle got back together with Kieffer Delp, split with him, then dated and married Courtland Rogers — when Jenelle left Courtland, and got back together with Gary.

But while Gary seemed like a model boyfriend and doting father figure to Jace when they were together, Jenelle insists Gary isn’t all his reputation is cracked up to be.

“Cannot wait until next weeks episode to see that dude’s TRUE COLORS,” Jenelle wrote on March 26 just a day after the Teen Mom 2 episode aired. Although Jenelle didn’t specify what goes down on next week’s episode, we’re assuming it could be the infamous violent fight!

Jenelle Evans Reveals Why She & Gary Head Split In March For Good

Jenelle also spoke out about why she and Gary broke up again this winter after she moved in with him following her separation with Courtland — he even reportedly drove her to the hospital while she was suffering from a miscarriage — and they rekindled their relationship. But when Jenelle went to rehab in March, she and Gary split for good.

“I left him when I went to rehab becuz he was using my car to pick up b****es in and wanted ME to send HIM money.” Gary also tried to get back together with his ex Jade Dolph, but Jenelle insists that’s not why she split with Gary.

“Didn’t leave him cuz he “played me,” like I said wait and watch,” she tweeted on March 26.

You can be happy and excited about getting out of rehab, or you can overdo it. Jenelle Evans overdid it.

“Hello there :)” Jenelle tweeted for the first time since Feb. 22, but that was only the beginning. After being released from rehab for heroin addiction issues, Jenelle went straight to making up for lost time on Twitter. She apparently had a festering bone to pick with her ex-boyfriend Gary Head, who she’s now been harshly slamming for almost a day now.

To be fair, the Twitter war began when Gary tweeted, “I can’t lie to myself. I’m in love with @jadedolph and it was a huge mistake to bring @PBandJenelley_1 here.” Jade Dolph, of course, is the girl Gary dumped Jenelle for, so obviously she was going to take exception at that statement.

“dude STFU u r such a piece of s**t telling me how faithful u were going to stay while I’m gone,” Jenelle tweeted back. “case closed, u r being kicked out and I’m cutting off yr phone now that I PAY FOR lmao get a job dude hahaha,” she continued.

Jenelle’s tweet-disses have been pretty much non-stop since she got back online yesterday afternoon, Mar. 1. And if you’re wondering, no, Jenelle hasn’t cleaned up her language one bit.

Jenelle Evans & Courtland Rogers Connect On Twitter

The Teen Mom also used Twitter to air her grievances with her short-lived husband Courtland Rogers. In a very odd Twitter exchange, the two admitted that they loved each other, but that they also made mistakes in their relationship. Apparently being on reality TV has made them completely averse to any sort of privacy!

As recently seen on Teen Mom 2, Jenelle Evans, 21, and on-again boyfriend Gary Head have had a very tumultuous relationship that has often led to physical fights. Now that Jenelle is getting help for her problems, Gary is also doing some self-evaluating and took to Twitter to announce his plans for rehabilitation.

On February 28, Gary wrote, “But alcohol is the devil and it ruined a few friendships and caused stupid immature actions on my part. #Ashamed.”

After a fan tweeted Gary that he needed to get help for his problems, he replied, “I went today to get help. I have an appointment on march 5th. Also I’m getting put back on my medication.”

Jenelle Evans Checks Into Rehab For Alleged Herion Use

A source tells RadarOnline.com that Jenelle is “seeking treatment for her drug addiction issues and related stresses stemming from her tumultuous last few months.” The source adds, “Everyone has been worried about Jenelle doing heroin, even though she was denying that for a long time.”

This isn’t Jenelle’s first experience with heroin. Back in November, her mother Barbara Evans reportedly walked in on Jenelle doing herion and forced her into a 72-hour stint in rehab. After all the stress Jenelle has been under lately, friends are worried she’s turning to drugs again to help her cope.

“Jenelle has been through the wringer lately,” the insider explains. “She got married to a guy that she now thinks is a disaster, got pregnant, had a miscarriage and is basically falling apart.”

Now that Jenelle Evans, 21 is away at rehab, her estranged husband Courtland Rogers, 27 and on-again boyfriend, Gary Head, are taking their problems up with each other directly — on Twitter, of course.

After Gary made a comment about being just fine after leaving Jenelle, Courtland jumped into attack mode saying “really? and i am the piece of s***? how is my iPhone treating u? lol i cant believe its still the same number.“

But Courtland also accused Gary of cheating with Jenelle’s former roommate Hannah Inman — which he strictly denied.

Gary replied by tweeting “yeah where’s the proof? I went with @_scorpiogoddess to talk to her lawyer. Y’all can keep assuming s*** though.”

Gary Accused Of Selling Jenelle Out

The drama didn’t stop there. Gary was then accused of selling Jenelle out to RadarOnline.com for a story about her rehab.

“Not assuming anything just relaying what was in the article.Who else is close to JE that is a source?” tweeted a fan. ”Any one she f***ing calls! All [of Jenelle's] friends have sold her out except me,” Gary fired back.

Gary & Courtland Tweet Each Other’s Phone Numbers Out

To get revenge on Gary, Courtland posted his cell phone number on Twitter on Feb. 27.

“well les find out if u do still have it lol…bet u wont have the same number in 20 minutes lol he wrote along with the alleged number,” Courtland tweeted.

Gary retaliated by posting a screen shot of Courtland’s cell phone number too!

We’re sure each of them had their phones flooded with calls and texts after that!

Jenelle Evans is no stranger to drugs and controversy, but it looks like the troubled Teen Mom 2 star is ready to get clean and put her life back on track. Jenelle is reportedly back in rehab, but this time she voluntarily checked herself in to deal with her alleged drug abuse.

Back in November, Jenelle spent a 72-hour stint in rehab after her mom Barbara reportedly walked in on her doing heroin and had her committed. But this time, Jenelle is “seeking treatment for her drug addiction issues and related stresses stemming from her tumultuous last few months,” a source close to the MTV star tells RadarOnline.com.

“Everyone has been worried about Jenelle doing heroin, even though she was denying that for a long time,” the source adds.

But other stressful factors in Jenelle’s life have pushed her over the edge.

“Jenelle has been through the wringer lately,” the source said. “She got married to a guy that she now thinks is a disaster, got pregnant, had a miscarriage and is basically falling apart.”

Gary Head Denies Jenelle Evans Was Doing Drugs

Her on-again boyfriend Gary Head, with whom Jenelle has been living the past month, came to her defense via Twitter — and denied her drug use.

“Jenelle is NOT ON DRUGS. She got sent for emotional support because this season was so intense,” Gary tweeted on Feb. 25. “MTV Does not want her to see this season and then relapse because of all the stress, but I will say that Jenelle does not do drugs. I won’t allow that and he knows that if she ever goes back to drugs then she can have them. But she won’t have me. I won’t allow it,” he added.

But Jenelle hasn’t been on Twitter since Feb. 22, which is rare for the social media addict and means she has been gone somewhere for at least a couple days.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned — and on the Feb. 25 episode of Teen Mom 2, Jenelle Evans was  thrown into a fit of rage when she found out her boyfriend Gary Head hooked up with her BFF Tori Rhyne — but that it had happened four months prior, and it was being kept a secret.

Jenelle Finds Out Gary Hooked Up With Her BFF Tori

Jenelle has been working hard on her her school work, but gets distracted with all of the relationship drama in her life. Since her ex-boyfriend Kieffer Delp has been out of jail, he’s been trying to Facebook message Jenelle.

But the mom to Jace openly admits to her roommate Allison that if she wasn’t with Gary she might be with Kieffer — and getting into trouble again. Basically, she flat-out admits she always needs a guy in her life and being single isn’t an option.

During an afternoon lunch date, Jenelle tells Gary that she’s so happy with him and she chose Gary over Kieffer because he has a good head on his shoulders, a steady job and “knows right from wrong.” Gary calls her out for getting into so much trouble with Kieffer, but admits he wants their relationship to work.

But all of that positive talk comes to a head when Jenelle finds out from Tori that Gary and Tori slept together four months prior — “hours” before Jenelle and Gary officially started dating. Jenelle is devastated, and makes Gary get all of his stuff out of her house.

Their argument turns physical when she grabs all of his stuff and throws it out of the door. Gary slams the door on Jenelle, and she shoves him out of the way. She then breaks some of his belongings, screams at him to leave and goes to her room to bawl her eyes out. Looks like it’s over between them for good.

Chelsea Fears She Could Still Be Pregnant

Chelsea Houska starts her first day of beauty school the same day that her daughter Aubree starts preschool, but as nervous as Chelsea is to begin cosmetology school, she’s even more afraid that she could be pregnant after hooking up with her baby daddy Adam Lind — without birth control.

On Chelsea’s first day of school, she’s overwhlemed and nervous to mingle and meet people, but eager to get into the groove of school — after being out of the swing of things for so long. She also really prioritizes her life, and tells her mom that she doesn’t have time for a boyfriend between school (which is from 8a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day) and taking care of Aubree.

And luckily for Chelsea, Aubree loves preschool too! She made some friends and had a great first day her teachers said, so it looks like the schedule they are keeping will really work out for everyone!

But one fear still lingers — she hasn’t gotten her period yet, and could very well be pregnant again. By Adam, again. I guess we’ll have to find out and see if she’s knocked up!

Leah Says She’d Leave Jeremy For Corey

Leah Messer reveals her fiance Jeremy Calvert was extremely upset when he found out she suffered a miscarriage, but it was the reaction from ex-husband Corey Simms that really bothered her — she expected him to be a little more optimistic about them getting back together because that was an option on the table for a while.

The exes still talk about getting back together, even though Leah is engaged to Jeremy. But Leah drops a bombshell on her friend Kayla when she openly admits that she would leave Jeremy for Corey if she said the word — and she’d be willing to walk away from it all. But Corey is still not making a firm decision either way.

Jeremy meanwhile agrees that their relationship should slow down because in a span of months they met, started dating, got engaged, got pregnant and had a miscarriage. It would be best for them to put baby plans on hold, and Leah gets back on birth control!

Jeremy says they kind of need to slow down since their relationship has been moving super fast, and Leah says it prob wasn’t the best time to have another kid. She gets back on birth control! Baby steps (no pun intended).

But Leah’s emotions are thrown through a loop yet again when Corey reveals he dumped his girlfriend Summer beacause he still has feelings for Leah. Again, the exes dance around the fact that they want to get back together, but no one has the balls to step up and make it happen. So Leah decides to tell Jeremy what’s going on (sort of), and all he can say is that she needs to make up her mind. He’s out of town for several days a week working, so he’s reasonably worried that she could stray. Leah does have a history of cheating!

Kailyn Faces Jo In Court Over PFA Order

Kailyn Lowry is still reeling from the physical altercation she had with her ex Jo Rivera, so she meets with her lawyer to figure out a positive plan of attack. Kailyn thinks she and Jo should both complete a kind of anger management class, or take a co-parenting class, especially since they both have moments of rage.

But Kailyn still has to face Jo in court for the PFA order (Protestion from Abuse stemming from the physical altercation), and she’s worried it will tear her family apart — and that it will hurt baby Isaac.

When Kailyn finds out Jo has a lawyer and witnesses to the incident the day they meet in court, she is overcome with anxiety. Her lawyer suggests she should drop the charges against Jo in favor of settling out of court and agree to court-mandated classes for co-parenting, so long as significant others stay out of the counseling and situation.

So Kailyn and Jo settle, but tensions are still running high — and it threatens to ruin their co-parenting forever.
