Sarah Michelle Gellar, 35, and ’90s heartthrob husband Freddie Prinze Jr., 35, have managed to keep the name of their baby boy, who was born in September, a secret — until now.

The couple, who are the proud parents to daughter Charlotte, 3, revealed their son’s name to Us Weekly.

Although the couple haven’t explained the reasoning behind the unique name just yet, James is dad Freddie’s middle name.

Sarah Michelle and Freddie, who starred in several hit movies together in the 1990s and early 2000s, have been married for 10 years.

Sarah Michelle Gellar, 35, is the proud mom to another little bundle of joy — and this time it’s a boy! She and husband Freddie Prinze Jr., 36, welcomed their first son recently in Los Angeles.

“Sarah Michelle and Freddie Prinze, Jr. are thrilled to announce that they welcomed a baby son into the world this past week,” her rep told Us Weekly.

The new baby joins their daughter, Charlotte Grace Prinze, who just turned 3 on Sept. 19.

“Mother and baby are doing great,” her rep added. “And Charlotte is VERY excited to be a big sister.”

Sarah Michelle Gellar will soon be adding a little boy to her adorable family! The Ringer actress and husband Freddie Prinze Jr. are so excited to welcome their first son! He will be joining their daughter, Charlotte, who turns three in September.

“They are thrilled that Charlotte will have a little brother,” a friend of the couple told People.

News of the couple’s second bundle of joy broke in April, and they couldn’t be happier to keep their family growing.

“They love their little girl more than anything in the world and know that love will only multiply,” the source said.

After staring in several movies together in the late ’90s, Sarah Michelle, 35, and Freddie, 36, wed in 2002.

90′s power couple Sarah Michelle Gellar, 35, and Freddie Prinze Jr.,36, are pregnant with their second baby. A source close to the family told People Magazine that the star of the Ringer is “thrilled” to be pregnant again.

“They love their little girl more than anything in the world and know that love will only multiply,” the source said. “She is such a fantastic mom; it is just great news.”

The happy couple has been married since 2002, and are parents to 2-year-old daughter Charlotte Grace. Sarah has said that she loves motherhood and is constantly in “awe” by her baby girl. We’re so happy that she gets to experience motherhood for a second time.

Who needs Rachel Zoe when you have your daughter as a stylist? Actress Sarah Michelle Gellar wore a hard-to-miss Monique Lhuillier gown on the red carpet, thanks to her daughter Charlotte. “I didn’t try on that many dresses,” she told E! correspondent Giuliana Rancic. “I had them all lined up, and I was working and my two-year-old walked in, looked at this dress and said, ‘Mama, wear this!’ So I put it on and said, ‘Okay!’”

The mini-stylist didn’t just pick the dress, she put the whole look together! “She really went for it,” Sarah continued. “She cose the bag, the shoes, all of it.”

The Ringer star was at the awards solo because her husband Freddie Prinze Jr opted to stay home. “This is the worst date night I could possibly think of,” she explained.

After taking a little over a year off to be a full-time mom to her daughter Charlotte, Sarah Michelle Gellar is back and ready to take over TV once again with her new CW show, Ringer, which premiered last night, Sept. 13. But SMG insists that just because she’s working again, doesn’t mean she’s done with mommy duties, which include cleaning up after 2-year-old Charlotte’s late night potty accidents!

“[Charlotte] has some issues with poop. I mean I also have some issues with poop, I’m not poop’s biggest fan,”  SMG, 34, who’s married to Freddie Prinze Jr., told Jimmy Fallon on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. “She does this thing, she likes to take her diaper off anyway she can at night. Like if she poops at all in her diaper, she doesn’t want it on anymore, which I kind of understand. I would not want to sit in a diaper full of poop.”

She continued to describe Charlotte’s disgust with diapers and her failed attempts at duct taping them on her darling daughter. Eek!

“I come in the other morning and she’s like ‘Mama, Mama, poop in the bed.’ And I’m like ‘yeah, I see.’”

But, it gets better. Just when Sarah thought the worst of the poop problem was over, Charlotte leaned over her messy bed sheets, smelled her mess and stated, “I think it’s hummus.” HAHA!

We can all admit that we miss the days of the fierce female vampire slayer — all this Twilight takeover hasn’t dodged our Buffy memories! But there’s good news! Sarah Michelle Gellar, 34, is returning to TV with the new CW series Ringer and it’s all thanks to mommyhood!

Instead of deciding between her career and being a hands-on mom to her 20-month-old daughter Charlotte Grace, Sarah found the perfect solution in Ringer.

“As a mom, I decided it was something that was going to afford me the chance to do both,” Sarah tells TVLine, adding that motherhood is “the most rewarding experience of my life.”

And luckily Charlotte, whose daddy is of course Sarah’s long-time beau and hubby Freddie Prinze Jr., 35, will have plenty of kiddies on set to hang out with.

A lot of the cast members are young parents, including Kristoffer Polaha from Life Unexpected, who has three boys Kristoffer, 6½, Micah, 5, and Jude, 3 months, and Ioan Gruffudd of Fantastic Four, who has a daughter Ella almost exactly the same age as Charlotte.

“We’re a show of all young parents, and we’ve made it so that the babies feel just as welcome as we do,” she shares. “It’s really been a nice environment.”
