Tori Spelling, 39 suffered from placenta previa and had to have a cesarean section with her fourth child, Finn Davey, 7 months — and was on bed rest in the hospital for several weeks. In celebration of her baby’s healthy delivery, the mom of four has finally released two special videos under the title documentTORI on her blog of her holding Finn for the first time after his birth in August!

Tori Talks About Her Tough Pregnancy

“I’m so thrilled that we have these videos from one of the happiest days of our lives,” the happy mom wrote on her blog. “The pregnancy with Finn was tough, and the fact that in the end we were able to bring a healthy and happy baby into this world means more to me and [husband] Dean [McDermott] than we can ever express.”

The mother revealed how special it was to bond with her miracle baby.

“Once I was feeling a little better (was in a lot of pain after the c-section) it was time for me to cuddle with Baby Finn. Mehran [her childhood BFF] captured this video of us together, which is a moment I will never forget.”

At almost five months old, baby Finn Davey might not be old enough to be a pilot just yet, but he is already flying! Tori Spelling, 39, and husband Dean McDermott, 46, welcomed their son Finn on Aug. 30, and they’re learning that he loves to fly around the house like Superman!

Tori posted this photo of Finn on her website, and with it she wrote: “It’s a bird… It’s a plane… It’s SuperFinn!”

SuperFinn might just be the cutest new nickname for a baby, but the name isn’t what Finn cares about. All he cares about is that his parents never put him down!

Baby Finn Favors Flying

“This is Finn’s new fave position. He likes Dean and me to hold him like this and fly him around the house,” Tori wrote on her website. “It’s so cute and he giggles so loud when we do it. Not to mention, it’s also an amazing arm workout!”

Tori Treasures Her Time With Finn

Every day with Finn feels like a blessing to Tori after having problems with her pregnancy, which she revealed on Good Morning America back in December. She was dealing with a complication called placenta previa and was put on bed rest for a couple months.

At the end of her blog post, Tori writes that ”It’s crazy how fast he’s growing and becoming his own little man, and we’re cherishing every moment, every giggle and every SuperFinn fly-around-the-house sesh!”

Who knows, he might just be a future Superman. It seems he is already in training!

It’s obvious that Tori enjoys spending as much time as possible with her miracle baby and she is constantly amazed at how fast he is growing! So are we — and this is the first time we’ve gotten a good look at Finn’s beautiful face!

Tori Spelling is finally revealing the horrifying struggle she faced during her pregnancy with baby Finn that nearly killed her!

Tori, 39, opened up to Us Weekly about her shocking discovery that she was suffering from placenta previa — which is characterized by excessive bleeding during pregnancy.

“The first bleed happened at eight weeks, ” she revealed. “I was getting a massage at home and I felt wetness. I looked down and saw blood. My heart dropped. I started screaming for [my husband] Dean [McDermott] and told him, ‘I just had a miscarriage.’ But the next day I went to the hospital and the doctor said everything was fine.”

Tori also said that Finn is her miracle baby.

“When I first heard his cry and Dean looked over at me and said, ‘We have our Finn!” I was overjoyed,” she said. “My whole pregnancy I would cradle my stomach and just keep saying to my baby, ” I can’t wait to hold you.” When they put him in my arms I was like, “We Made it. We did it.” Now we have an insane bond. We’ve been through hell and back.”

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed their fourth baby together, a boy named Finn Davey, and the reality stars showed off a head shot of the little guy on Tori’s Instagram account!

The proud mama snapped a pic of Finn’s fragile little head being cradled by dad Dean, and wrote “So in love…” Even as a newborn, the baby boy already has an impressive head of hair like his dad!

The stars of Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood also shared a photo of little Finn shortly after his birth, with his little hand wrapped around mom Tori’s finger.

Although this is the fourth baby for Tori, she recently said on her website towards the end of her pregnancy with Finn that he will probably be the last baby for the McDermott brood:

“I’m guessing this will be my final pregnancy and that brings tears to my eyes. I love being pregnant. It’s such a special time in a woman’s life. I love looking at my enormous baby belly and knowing that I am doing the most important job of my life… Making life. I’m a human incubator and it is such an honor. I also love feeling my baby kick and play and move inside of me. After doing this three times before it still amazes me…I’m enjoying my last moments as a pregnant woman. I know very shortly it will be over and just a memory.”
