While Elizabeth Banks made a statement on the red carpet in NYC back in January when she rocked the studded Versace frock from the Spring 2012 collection, it wasn’t the last time we saw this sexy mini! On May 1, X Factor UK judge and FHM‘s sexiest woman in the world, Tulisa Contostavlos, also donned the dress. Talk about some tough competition!

Due to the NYC cold, Elizabeth opted for tights and pumps — but it was her killer confidence and stellar red carpet stance that really made the look stand out! Rather than the dress wear her, the star totally rocked the frock.

Tulisa may be the sexiest woman in the world, but her ankle-strap sandals and prom-like ‘updo at the FHM magazine 100 Sexiest Women in the World party at Proud Bank in London totally took away from the sexy dress. She may have the title, but she needs to work on her red carpet choices if she really wants to exude sex appeal!
