It looks like this sexy dress is one of the most popular frocks of the season, with not two but three stars showing off the same backless look! We spotted reality star Kim Kardashian, (who is quickly becoming quite the pro at these fashion face-off’s), take on The Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence and even former American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez! Help us decide who YOU think wore this dress best.

Kim opted to show off the white version of the backless side-zip Tom Ford dress when she stepped out on Jul. 1 for the BET Awards in LA. Kim paired the white cocktail dress with gold chain sandals and a sleek pony, opting for a much more edgy look.

When JLo celebrated her birthday bash in the backless Tom Ford on Jul. 24, the songstress went for full on glamour. The diva put her great figure on full display in a red version of the dress. She completed the look with matching Christian Louboutin ‘Bis Un Bout’ ankle-strap pumps. It’s hard to believe the singer is 43, because she looks so incredible in this number!

However, it was The Hunger Games actress who wore the designer’s Fall 2012 dress first, back in March at the Hunger Games Paris premiere. Jennifer chose to accessorize the black frock with some gold platform sandals and left her locks down. Well all three gals look great, I do think JLo owned the hip-hugging number!

Who wore it better?

Jenny McCarthy looked sexy and oozed confidence in a sequins asymmetrical Stella McCartney pre-fall 2010 mini, paired with high hair, a silver clutch, and peep-toe pumps on Nov. 21 at the American Music Awards in LA — but that wasn’t the first time we saw this frock!

Back in June, Eva Mendes was the first to wear this sexy dress, where she paired it a stack of bracelets and gold accessories, like her Roger Vivier sandals and prism clutch from the same designer. Her version fell longer on the star and had a sleeve, but it seemed to just hang on on her frame.

When I first saw Eva in this get-up I thought she looked stunning, but next to Jenny it’s more like she played dress up in someone else’s clothes– the dress doesn’t do anything for Eva’s amazing figure!

Who wore Ina Soltani better?

This purple and pink mini showed up on not one, but two stars! Lucy Liu was the first to step out in this pink and purple Ina Soltani dress on Apr. 12, where she paired the get-up with black pumps, earrings, and a box clutch. I like how both stars wore their hair back to keep the focus on the frock.

Next, the lovely Cheryl Cole opted for the same exact get-up on X Factor on Oct. 31. It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of Cheryl, and I love how she had her version of the dress shortened to show off her lean legs. While she opted for similar accessories, I prefer her purple pumps. I may be biased, but Cheryl totally wins this face-off in my book. What do you think?

Both gals opted for this not-so-basic black dress, but who do you think wore it better?

When I first saw this adorable dress, I immediately wanted to try it on — so it’s not surprising that not one, but two stars chose the same exact frock in the same month! Jessica Simpson was the first to step out sporting this short black get-up while in NYC on Sept. 8. With a pair of shades, a cocktail ring, and leopard Christian Louboutin‘s she kept the focus on the fun frock.

Next, young sexy starlet Demi Lovato turned up at the Arcade Boutique celebration on Sept. 29 in LA where she accessorized with a necklace, black pumps, and a bracelet. While I thought she looked amazing, I wish she didn’t wear the necklace so Jess wins this one for me. Who did you think wore it better?

You decide who worked this midriff-baring mini best!

Both Blake Lively and Alexa Chung opted for the same exact Chanel resort 2011 get-up and while it has a cutout back and sheer lace midsection, due to it’s boxy shape and little girl print it doesn’t exactly ooze sex appeal! That’s why our starlets needed to step it up in order to give the frock some edge.

The Gossip Girl star, who owns the red carpet with her killer body and some risky but beautiful style choices, stepped out in dress on Jul. 29 for the premiere of her latest flick, The Town. Blake achieved an adorable look pairing the dress with simple silver earrings and nude pumps.

Alexa, on the other hand, doesn’t look too thrilled to be out and about on Oct. 5 at the Chanel show. She let her designer duds flatline by choosing boring black flats! We think you can do better Alexa- please glam it up next time!

Some things never go out of style: A-line dresses, perfectly fitting blue jeans — and Roberto Cavalli of course!

Victoria Beckham is known for being huge Roberto Cavalli fan, so it was no surprise when she chose his decadent black and gold design in Germany for the 2006 Bambi Awards. The former Spice Girl is such a style diva and she’s really proving it by modeling in a way that really showcases the gown, including the lace detail at the hemline. We even get a bonus throwback to her signature Posh bob hairstyle that we almost forgot!

While this frock is so striking, I was surprised to see it back on the red carpet after so many years! Bar Rafaeli dazzled in this look on Sept. 29 at Les Beaux-Arts de Paris for Roberto Cavalli‘s very own 40th Anniversary party. Bar, a career model, also knows how to work it on the red carpet. The biggest difference to me is that, in a show-stopping dress like this, Bar understood the importance of keeping her hair and makeup completely simple. Her relaxed updo perfectly highlights not only her glowing skin but the high neckline of the dress.

To me, Bar outdoes the ultimate fashionista this time, but who do you think wore it better?

Looks like these two opposites were attracted to the same Stella McCartney dress! Who do you think looks best in the little black lace number?

Rihanna, known for her over the top rocker-chic look, turned up at the Greenhouse nightclub in NYC on Aug. 10 showing off a more conservative side than we’re used to — even her tattoos weren’t visible! On the other hand, actress and multi-tasking mom Jennifer Garner sexed it up at the LA premiere of her hubby’s latest flick, The Town, on Sept. 11 proving that she’s not all mom-jeans-and-cardigans! I love how for RiRi this look is conservative, while on Jen it’s so risky!

Both stars kept it simple because the dress speaks for itself, pairing the lace number with black pumps and minimal accessories. The only difference is that Rihanna, being true to herself, went braless and took the hemline up a few inches. I love the dress on her more but I can’t get over the tacky red hair! Who wore Louis Vuitton better?

Venus Williams stepped out for the Louis Vuitton Santa Monica boutique opening in LA on Aug. 19,wearing a red printed Louis Vuitton frock with a belt and a pair of flats — but that wasn’t the first time we saw this ruffled get-up!

Miranda Kerr was the first to turn up in the mini for Louis Vuitton’s 40th Anniversary party to celebrate the Lunar Landing at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC in July 2009, where the model paired the get-up with a belt under the ruffle, a pair of peep toes, and a gold Louis Vuitton clutch. Personally, I like Miranda’s understated accessories way better, making her the clear winner in my book. What do you think?
