The Facebook founding president and Napster co-founder Sean Parker, 32, has announced his fiancee Alexandra Lenas is expecting! This will be the couple’s first child — congrats!

The couple is “very happy and really looking forward to what the new year will bring,” their rep tells Us Weekly.

Sean proposed the Alexandra, who is a singer-songwriter in February 2011. Their first baby is due in January and the couple will wed in 2013 after the birth of their child.

Congrats to the happy couple!

A new report says that Facebook is working to allow kids under the age of 13 access to the network. With headlines of Debbie Piscitella choking her 13-year-old daughter’s bully over his vicious Facebook comments, is it a good idea to let young children sign on?

The social networking site is currently restricted to those 13-and-over but a Wall Street Journal report says that Facebook is currently in the testing rounds of technology that would allow parents to link to their kid’s account and creating controls for parents to decide who their kids could “friend” and what apps they can download.

A Facebook spokesman said that “many recent reports have highlighted just how difficult it is to enforce age restrictions on the Internet, especially when parents want their children to access online content and services.”

In fact, a study in the report said that around 7.5 million profiles on Facebook are from users younger than 13, and that many parents allow their kids to lie about their age when they sign up.

With today’s heavy reliance on the Internet, the expansion reflects Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerburg‘s comment that children should be allowed on the site for education purposes. “My philosophy is that for education you need to start at a really, really young age,” he said on May 20, 2011 at the NewSchools Summit.

Still, the Web can be a scary place for a child — from Internet bullying to online predators.

Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan, who is rumored to be pregnant, reportedly stiffed a waiter in Rome while enjoying a romantic candlelit dinner on their honeymoon! What a cheapskate!

Mark, 28, and his new bride, 27, dined on fried zucchini blossoms, a plate of sea bass and tomato ravioli at Nonna Betta. While the tab came to 32 euros, $40, Mark managed to leave zero percent on the bill!

Umberto loved having the famous couple so much that he’s interested in renaming a dish after Mark! “I am seriously considering renaming the fiori di zucca — deep-fried courgette flowers — on the menu as fiori di Zuckerberg.”

Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan are a very private couple, but fans and Facebook got a rare glimpse into their lives over the weekend. Mark posted a photo to his Facebook page of himself and his girlfriend of nine years from their surprise wedding ceremony. But a body language expert tells the UK’s Daily Mail that they look a bit “awkward.”

“The bride looks much keener to create a more traditional display here, with her head tilted towards his or her torso tucked in towards him,” body language expert Judi James says. “Otherwise, on the surface they could almost look awkward enough to be strangers.”

Judi goes on to say why Mark might appear so uncomfortable on his big day: Despite being one of the world’s richest and most powerful men he poses and dresses here as though he’s been pressed into looking and acting right on the day, but shyness plus a bit of rebelliousness might have taken over.”

Friends of the couple thought they’d be attending a party celebrating Priscilla’s medical school graduation but it was actually a double celebration! But don’t worry, Judi reveals that these two are very in love!

“The couple’s entwined fingers suggest subtle affection. For all their awkwardness, actually these two are entirely devoted.”

After Heather Walker‘s photos of her newborn were flagged as “offensive” and removed by Facebook for no clear reason under their content guidelines, outraged masses have gathered in Heather’s support. The company has since issued a statement and admitted to making a mistake.

“Upon investigation, we concluded the photo does not violate our guidelines and was removed in error,” Facebook wrote in an official statement. “Facebook is a place where almost a billion people share more than 300 million photos a day. Our dedicated Users Operations Team reviews millions of pieces of this content a day to help keep Facebook safe for all ages. Our policies are enforced by a team of reviewers in several offices across the globe. This team looks at hundreds of thousands of reports every week, and as you might expect, occasionally, we make a mistake and remove a piece of content we shouldn’t have. We extend our deepest condolences to the family and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.”

Baby Grayson James Walker was born with Anencephaly, a rare birth defect in which babies are born without parts of their brain and skull. He died eight hours after on February 15. Heather used the social networking site to share memories of her son to her family and friends but Facebook had deleted the images shortly after. After repeated efforts to upload photos and then making protests directly to the site, the company had temporarily banned the mom from usage.

Facebook explained that Heather was never suspended from the site. Instead, she was blocked automatically, as anyone else would be when they are flagged for inappropriate content.

Facebook’s community standards prohibit nine types of content from the site, including: Violence and Threats, Self-Harm, Bullying and Harassment, Hate Speech, Graphic Violence, Nudity and Pornography, Identity and Privacy, Intellectual Property and Phishing and Spam.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg may have just become a billionaire thanks to his company going public on May 18, but now he has a brand new reason to celebrate — he’s married!

Mark, 28, wed his longtime girlfriend Priscilla Chan on May 19, PEOPLE reports. The ceremony took place in their backyard Palo Alto, Calif., and was attended by less than 100 guests.

The couple may have been together for more than nine years, but guests thought they were just coming over to celebrate Priscilla’s recent graduation from medical school.

In reality, the couple had been planning the nuptials for four months. Mark even designed her ruby ring by himself — how cute.

The social media site now allows expecting women to post the news of their babies-to-be on their profiles!

Facebook users have been able to list family members since December 2010, but on July 27, the site revealed a new feature. Expecting families can now add “Expected: child” to their family list!

Next to the expectant child, users have the option to list their due date and the child’s name — that is, if they’ve picked it out already!

When a user decides to list this, the update is published to their friends’ News Feeds, allowing everyone to celebrate the momentous occasion!
