Under all his scruff, Eric shared a sweet smile during his day out with Maxwell – obviously enjoying the time he gets to spend with just his daughter. Also sporting some black sunglasses, he matches his daughter’s cute black bow that she was wearing in her hair. How cute!

With Jessica pregnant again (this time a boy!), Eric is getting as much one-on-one time with Maxwell before the newborn joins them. With wedding plans being made and baby names being tossed around, a day out in the city with with his baby girl is exactly what he needed!

The singer, who is the mom to 9-month-old daughter Maxwell, hasn’t revealed how she and Eric came up with the name yet. But Maxwell is an unconventional choice for a girl, so it looks like they are on the same path!

Jessica Explains Where The Name Maxwell Drew Came From

The couple decided on the name Maxwell to honor both sides of their family, Jessica revealed last year. Maxwell is not only Eric’s middle name — it’s also his grandmother’s maiden name! Jessica kept up with the maiden name theme as well — Drew is her mom Tina’s maiden name.

“It’s nothing shocking and nothing you’ll have to add to the dictionary. Still, when people hear it they’ll know …why,” she told Elle magazine in the April 2012 issue of her baby name choice.

Jessica is on a baby-making roll with Maxwell Drew barely a year old. With baby bump #2 exposed, it looks like Jessica is really enjoying being a mommy!

“Motherhood is a dream,” she told Katie Couric back in September. “It really is amazing.”

“Jessica loves to throw parties at home,” a friend of the star tells In Touch. “Getting married there will make the home that much more special to her and Eric.”

Jessica and Eric are yet to set the date in stone, but it looks likely that they will wed after Jessica gives birth to their second baby this summer.

“We’ve had two different wedding dates, but Eric keeps knocking me up!” Jessica recently joked to Jay Leno.

“Jessica’s been busy, but she’s making sure to put her personal life first,” says the source, who adds that Maxwell, 9 months, will have a special role in the ceremony. She would make the sweetest flower girl!

But according to a new report, Jessica has finally started telling her inner circle the good news!

A family friend told Celebuzz that during her dad Joe Simpson’s annual Christmas party, Jessica finally revealed her not-so-hidden secret.

“As Jessica and her [fiance] were about to leave the party somebody asked her, ‘How’s the baby?’ and she boasted, ‘Which one?! I’m pregnant again!’” the insider said. “She was so happy, smiling and giggling.”

The party, which hosted only around 50 people at Joe’s Santa Monica mansion, is Joe’s annual soiree where he shows off the talent on his music label. But Jessica and her fiance Eric Johnson couldn’t stay for long — the source said they dashed off in a hurry to meet her mom Tina, who filed for divorce from Joe in October.

Just a few days later, Jess put her growing bump on full display at BFF CaCee Cobb‘s wedding in a tight black bridesmaid’s gown. She even indulged on her favorite comfort foods, a source told Star magazine.

But on Dec. 15, she served as a bridesmaid at her close friend CaCee Cobb‘s wedding — and revealed what looks like a sizable baby bump!

CaCee married Scrubbs actor Donald Faison, and Jessica walked down the aisle with Donald’s friend and costar Zach Braff. The couple, who has been engaged for 16 months, tied the knot at Zach’s California home.

Jessica wore a tight black gown and carried a bouquet of red roses. Jessica’s separated parents, Tina and Joe Simpson, and her younger sister Ashlee were also in attendance.

Even though Jessica has yet to confirm (or deny) the pregnancy reports, she has been spotted out with her fiance house hunting several times in baggy and oversized clothing.

On Nov. 21 — a week before news of her second pregnancy broke — she retweeted, “Eventually all things fall into place. Until then, laugh at the confusion, live for the moments, and know everything happens for a reason.”

Jessica, who signed a multi-million dollar deal with Weight Watchers to drop her baby weight with the program, is reportedly in trouble with the company for losing 60 pounds in seven months — only to get pregnant again.
