Jennifer Lawrence, 22, was red hot in a bright fuchsia shade, while Emily Blunt, 29, went for a smoldering cherry red. Both lip looks were equally dramatic and created by Giorgio Armani Beauty makeup artists. Shades of bold red instantly brighten your eyes and dress up your entire look.

How to get the perfect red lip 

Jennifer’s makeup look was all about “lips and lashes,” according to makeup artist Jillian Dempsey. Jillian chose a bold lip color and accentuated Jennifer’s eyes with voluminous mascara.  She layered a grey taupe shadow on the upper lid and contoured the crease line with a deeper shade. Jillian then used a black cream liner to define the upper lash line and an espresso pencil liner to delineate the lower lashes.

Taylor Swift may have been a little over dressed for the occasion at the 2012 Aria Awards in Sydney, Australia, but that doesn’t take away from her looking absolutely stunning. She wore a romantic, ivory and chiffon dress from the 2013 Elie Saab Spring collection. The dress featured a woven bodice with lace accents along the side of her ribcage. She finished her look with a simple and classy updo — romantic and pretty.

Selena Gomez stunned in Dolce & Gabbana at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball on Tuesday in NYC. Her dress was selected from the 2004 Fall collection– it was originally sheer inbetween the velvet panels, but keeping it classy as always, the dress was lined for Selena. The elegant ensemble was completed with Giuseppe Zanotti sandals and a Judith Leiber clutch.

Emily Blunt, 29, caught everyone’s attention at the IFP’s 22nd Annual Gotham Independent Film Awards, where the Looper star debuted her blonde locks in a tousled, loose updo. Recreate her look in several easy steps! Hair stylist and creator of Couture Hair , Angelo David, who’s worked with Carrie Preston, Irina Shayk, Elsa Benitez, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer and many more,  tells us how YOU can get Emily’s stylish “faux-bob” up do!

From the words of Angelo, start by applying the Angelo David Premier Volume Spray on damp hair. Spray it at the roots and comb your volumizer through to the ends. Dry your hair using a diffuser to create texture.

Next, section the top and crown of your hair temple to temple and clip on top out of the way. Roll hair under nape and secure with bobby pins to create the illusion of a shorter “bob” length look. Twist and pin the remaining face framing pieces and also secure with pins. Use a dime size amount of Angelo David Zero Frizz styling cream to control any flyaways.

Finish by releasing the hair from the top layer and crown, use a 1 and 1/4″ barrel curling iron which will add shine and eliminate frizz for natural-looking waves. For the final touch, use a medium hold hairspray and voila!

Angelo also notes that “this look works best with hair that has a slight natural wave and has shorter layers in the crown to overlay the style.”

Rather than don a Halloween costume, Emily Blunt opted to look festive in an entirely different way, wearing an orange Alexander McQueen frock on the red carpet when she stepped out for the 2012 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards held at Claridge’s Hotel in London on Oct. 31.

The halter gown seemed so simple from the front, but the multi-colored, embellished neckline added such a nice touch — and then she turned around. Talk about bringing sexy back! The halter gown allowed Emily to show some skin — and she looked stunning. A black satin McQueen clutch completed the ensemble.

Emily is certainly a pro at working the red carpet, and she didn’t disappoint last night!

Emily Blunt accompanied her The Five-Year Engagement co-star, Jason Segal in Germany for a photocall looking gorgeous in a Roksanda Ilinic Pre-Fall 2012 ‘Amu’ dress on Jun. 11 — she totally stole the show!.

This red wool-creped dress looked great on Emily’s frame, featuring a cowling neckline and a navy back-panel, accompanied by a rather unique yellow trim down the side.

The actress kept her look simple, accessorizing with chic nude Giuseppe Zanotti booties, followed with minimal makeup and her shoulder-length ombre bob left down.
