Robert Pattinson is currently filming The Rover in Australia, leaving Kristen Stewart by her lonesome in the States. However, Kristen, 22, is using her alone time to her advantage, taking in an Ellie Goulding show in Los Angeles with her BFF Scout Taylor Compton. 

Scout tweeted on Feb. 10, “epic night. thank you. an amazing show :).” Ellie countered that sentiment by tweeting, “EPIC show thank you! Xxx.”

Not too long ago, Kristen attended an Ellie concert on Oct. 16, as well. That time, she went without Rob too! Perhaps Ellie’s music gives her some comfort when she’s without Rob.

Kristen & Ellie Have A Connection

Kristen and Ellie have a Twilight connection: Ellie contributed a song to the Breaking Dawn Part 2 soundtrack. Ellie spoke to MTV News about the song in October, entitled “Bittersweet.”

At the time, she said, “For some reason, every single lyric just ended up relating to this film. And I think when it was played at some point to the Twilight people, they were like, ‘Oh my God!’ So they asked us if we were interested in being on the soundtrack and we were like, ‘Hell yeah!’”

Ellie Goulding wore next to nothing on the red carpet at the Les Misérables premiere in London on Wednesday Dec. 5. It appeared as though Ellie didn’t want A-list stars Anne Hathaway and Amanda Seyfried to get all of the attention!

The “Lights” singer seemed unfazed by the bitter cold weather, however, there was one telling sign (or two) that the air was frigid.

Ellie made sure to show off all angles, exposing her boobs, nipples and underwear.

We wonder if Prince William and Kate Middleton, who recently left the hospital, saw Ellie’s wardrobe malfunction — the pop star performed at their April 2011 wedding!

Ellie Goulding, 25, and Skrillex, 24, are no longer making beautiful music together. The couple has decided to split after “work schedules and distance took their toll,” a source tells Us Weekly. “It’s over. There’s no bad blood. Just a case of long distance being impossible.”

While we’re bummed about the pair’s split, there is some good news:

“They hope to remain friends,” the source adds. “She’s fine.”

Though Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are currently reconciling their relationship and stepping out in public together, it doesn’t seem like they’re spending all their time together. An eyewitness at English pop star Ellie Goulding‘s sold-out concert at the Troubadour in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Oct. 16 tells us that Kristen was there — alone!

The eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Kristen was at Ellie’s sold-out show and that she “snuck in the back way.” Rob was noticeably absent from the concert!

Kristen and Ellie, whose new album, Halcyon, is currently number one on iTunes, have a Twilight connection: Ellie has contributed a song to the Breaking Dawn: Part 2 soundtrack. Ellie recently spoke to MTV News about the song, entitled “Bittersweet”.

2012 is proving to be an incredible year for talented British-songstress Ellie Goulding. The 25-year-old “Lights” singer is one of the featured female artists in ELLE‘s Women In Music 2012 issue, which she’ll celebrate at the Avalon in Hollywood April 11.

ELLE editor-in-chief Robbie Myers will join performers Jessie J, Ellie and Oh Land – along with celebrity guests including Kat Graham, Shenae Grimes, Katy Perry and Jessica Szohr.

D.J. Daisy O’Dell will spin between performances throughout the evening. ELLE Women in Music 2012 will benefit the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, and is generously sponsored by Ford Motor Company and RAYMOND WEIL. The May Women in Music issue hits newsstands April 17.

The Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton was planned out to the smallest detail, but some great new candids show the couple nervously preparing for their huge post-wedding reception!

The shots, posted on The Royal Wedding blog, capture the newlyweds leaving for the evening reception, with a long night of food, drink and dancing ahead of them. There are also some super-sweet shots of William walking with his proud father, Prince Charles.

As for the party itself, it sounds like it was a party for the ages. It was thrown by William’s father and accommodated 300 of the couple’s closest friends and family members. Singer Ellie Goulding performed at the party and she spoke to Us Weekly about the event, saying, “The atmosphere was incredible and it is a night I’ll never forget!”

Also of note was a “brilliant” speech from Man of Honor Prince Harry, the magazine reports.

It seems like a longshot, but we’re just hoping some pictures of the wild reception are released — it sounds like such a fun time!

Talk about dream job! Rising British star Ellie Goulding has been asked to serenade Prince William and Kate Middleton at their wedding reception, reports the Daily Mail. The 24-year-old will apparently be the only singer performing at the Buckingham Palace reception.

The couple asked Ellie to sing at their reception because they are “big fans” of her music after listening to her album Lights. “Ellie was knocked off her feet when she received the invitation to perform for Prince William and Kate–and was so hugely honored when they said they were both fans of her music,” a source tells the Daily Mail. “She still can’t quite believe that she will perform for the Royal newlyweds, all the young Royal guests and their friends, it hasn’t sunk in yet.”

Ellie is planning on singing her version of “Your Song”, written by Princess Di‘s close friend Elton John. Beyonce and Jay-Z made a list of possible performers, but it sounds like this up-and-coming singer will do an amazing job too!
