Lady Gaga has been prancing around Milan, and on Oct. 2 the star stepped out in Gianni Versace‘s iconic “safety pin dress.” But unlike the unique wardrobe choices she usually makes, this exact dress was seen on Elizabeth Hurley almost two decades ago, at the premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral back in ’94.

This dress just may be one of Versace’s most famous creations — and the high-slit screams sexy! When Liz wore the frock, she smoothed out the edgy ensemble with simple black sling-back heels and her classic glamour. Lady Gaga, on the other hand, opted to change up the look by wearing sky high-platform boots to run with the punk-inspired style. Both chose to accessorize with a thick bangle and bold earrings.

Gaga might have recycled the dress, but she definitely added her own vibe to the look.

Nate’s (Chace Crawford) love life on Gossip Girl finally appeared like it was going to be stable during its final season, but due to Ella Rae Peck’s fate in real life — he’s back to being a bachelor.

Ella Rae who played Nate’s girlfriend Lola was cast in the NBC pilot Notorious leaving Chace’s character Nate without a girlfriend for the final season. And even though nobody knows exactly what the future holds, Chace said he wouldn’t mind one character coming back.

“I don’t know. I don’t even think the writers know yet. But you wouldn’t have to twist my arm to get Liz Hurley back on the show,” he told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at NYC premiere of Peace, Love & Understanding hosted by Forevermark and The Wall Street Journal.

Uh oh! If we learned anything from season five it’s that Elizabeth Hurley’s character Diana Payne should stay FAR away from the Upper East Side.

The Estee Lauder Companies’ (ELC) Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) campaign launched in 1992 when Evelyn Lauder, of Estee Lauder, co-created the Pink Ribbon with SELF Magazine. Elizabeth Hurley has been a spokesmodel for Estee Lauder for seventeen years now, promoting the BCA campaign since Evelyn herself approached Elizabeth about it. I caught up with Elizabeth at Bloomingdales in NYC to talk about her involvement with ELC’s campaign. She tells you how to protect yourself and others against breast cancer and learn how you can shop to help!

Elizabeth has a very personal connection to the cause.

“Well when I joined the company as a model in 1995, Evelyn Lauder, who’s Estee Lauder’s daughter in law, said I started a foundation two years ago to raise funds for women with breast cancer relief help …. And as it happened, I just lost my grandmother to breast cancer, so I said I’d love to.”

So what can YOU do to protect yourself?

“Basically women should start familiarizing themselves with their breasts at puberty and mommies or anybody else should teach their daughters how to check their breasts and they should learn too at the same time of the month, every month because your breasts change during your menstrual cycle,” explains Elizabeth.

This process has saved the lives of some of her close friends!

“After the age of forty, oncologists say that you should get an annual mammogram because pre-forty you can’t really have a mammogram because the breast tissue is still too dense, but four of my girlfriends found lumps in their own breasts prior to forty and they all survived because they found early because they were familiar with their breasts,” says Elizabeth. “That’s the biggest message anyone can give to young women — early detection.”

For Nate Archilbald, life is all play and no work — and his new boss is turning up the heat Oct. 10 on ‘Gossip Girl!’

Nate (Chace Crawford) continues to chase super-cougar Diana Payne (Elizabeth Hurley) on the Oct. 10 episode of Gossip Girl, following their one-night stand in LA. And now that she’s his boss, it’s time for them to get down to business — in more ways than one!

In this preview clip, Diana literally fires her entire staff so she can get it on with Nate in her office! (Talk about horrible bosses.) But something tells me Elizabeth Hurley’s character has ulterior motives for her relationship with Nate.

And, of course, the show’s big question still remains: Will Blair (Leighton Meester) tell Louis (Hugo Becker) and/or Chuck (Ed Westwick) about her baby?
