<p><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</p>

<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 ½ oz. Ketel One Vodka</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 oz. Fennel Syrup*</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">Splash Absinthe</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 Egg White (Pasteurized)</span></li>

<p><strong>Directions</strong>:<br />
Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker. Add ice, and shake vigorously 20 – 30 times to emulsify egg white and create a foam. Strain into specialty coupe glass or martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of fennel.</p>
<p>Fennel Syrup:</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 Fennel Bulb, Chopped</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">2 Cups Sugar</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">3 Cups Water</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong>: Bring water to a boil. And fennel and sugar, and boil for 5-10 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved and fennel is fork tender. Remove from heat and let sit for at least one hour. Pour in blender and pulse until much of the fennel is blended. Strain to remove fibers. Let cool and store for up to one week in the refrigerator.</p>
<h3>Casa Noble Organic Margarita</h3>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">2 oz Casa Noble Crystal</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 oz Fresh Organic Lime Juice (or the juice of 1 whole lime)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">¾ oz Organic Agave Nectar</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">Garnish: lime wheel and kosher salt rim (optional)</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong>: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake,<br />
strain and serve up or on the rocks. Garnish with a lime<br />
wheel. To salt rim – moisten rim of glass with lime and gently<br />
roll in a plate of kosher salt</p>
<h3>The Hopping Bunny</h3>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">Slice of Fresh Papaya</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">¼ oz. Agave Nectar</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 ¼ oz. Avión Añejo</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">½ oz. Aperol</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">½ oz. Orange Juice</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice Garnish with Fresh Papaya</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong>: Add a slice of fresh papaya and agave nectar to your mixing glass. The amount of nectar you add depends on how sweet you like your cocktails, but usually about a teaspoon will do the trick. Muddle to release the papaya flavor. Add 1¼ ounces of Avión Añejo, ½ ounce each of Aperol and orange juice. Then, top them off with ¾ ounce fresh lime juice. Add ice and give it a good shake.<br />
Strain over ice, and garnish with a fresh slice of papaya.</p>
<h3>On The Hunt</h3>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">2 parts Avión Silver or Reposado</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 part Fresh Lime Juice</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">4 One-Inch Cubes Fresh Watermelon</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">Squeeze Agave Nectar</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong>: Muddle watermelon with agave nectar in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously with ice. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish as desired.</p>

<p><strong>Directions</strong>: Pour over ice and serve in a low ball glass.</p>

<p><strong>Directions</strong>: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a Watermelon candy slice.</p>
<h3>The Berry Bunny Colada</h3>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 1/2 part SVEDKA Strawberry Colada</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 part fresh lemon juice</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">3/4 part triple sec</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1/2 part egg white</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 small strawberry</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong>: Muddle one strawberry in a cocktail shaker. Combine remaining ingredients and shake dry without ice. Add ice, shake again and strain into a collins glass (filled with ice). Garnish with another strawberry.</p>
<h3>Purity Santa Lucia</h3>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">2 oz Purity Vodka</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 oz lemon juice</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">.5 oz ginger-cinnamon syrup*</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1 egg white</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">2-3 dashes Fee Brother&#8217;s Old Fashioned bitters</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Directions</strong>: Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for about 30 seconds, add ice and shake again. Double strain into chilled glass and garnish with a merengue cookie or piece of gingerbread.<br />
*To make ginger-cinnamon syrup, bring 2 cups of water to a boil with 1tbsp of chopped ginger and one broken cinnamon stick. Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool until steam subsides. Add two cups of sugar and stir until dissolved, straining out solids when done.</p>
<h3>AKVINTA SOUR</h3>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">Cool Limoncello &amp; Akvinta Vodka shaken and served over ice</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">2 oz. Akvinta Vodka</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">1/4 oz. Lime Juice</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:13px;line-height:19px;">3/4 oz. Limoncello</span></li>

<p><strong>Directions</strong>: Shaken &amp; strained over cubed ice in rocks glass, garnish with a sugared slice of lemon &amp; a Maraschino cherry.</p>

<p>With Easter finally here there&#8217;s one thing you&#8217;ll need to go with your chocolate bunny &#8212; a cocktail! <strong>HollywoodLife.com</strong> has some very easy to make and chic cocktails for the big weekend, check them out below! <span id="more-691747"></span></p>
<h3>The HoneyBubble:</h3>
<p>1 oz CATHEAD HONEYSUCKLE VODKA<br />
4 oz brut champagne<br />
2 fresh raspberries to garnish</p>
<p>Direction: Serve during good times in a champagne flute!</p>
<h3>Southern Zen:</h3>
<p>6 slices thin slices of cucumber<br />
2 oz of CATHEAD HONEYSUCKLE VODKA<br />
Fresh Juice of half a lime<br />
3/4 oz Agave Nectar<br />
4 ounces dry sparkling saki<br />
1 cucumber wheel to garnish</p>
<p>Directions: Muddle cucumber slices and Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka in a rocks glass. Add lime juice and agave nectar, stirring to mix thoroughly. Fill glass three quarters full with medium sized ice cubes. Top with sparkling sake.</p>
<p>Garnish with a cucumber cube on a cocktail pick or a cucumber wheel on the rim. Enjoy!!!</p>
<h3>The Mississippi Mojito</h3>
<p>Ingredients:<br />
2 oz CATHEAD HONEYSUCKLE VODKA<br />
1 tsp powdered sugar<br />
2oz fresh lime juice<br />
4 mint leaves<br />
1 sprig of mint<br />
2 ounces club soda</p>
<p>Directions:Combine the freshly squeezed lime juice, mint leaves, powdered sugar to a highball glass, then gently smash the mint into the lime juice and sugar with a muddler. Add cracked ice and CATHEAD HONEYSUCKLE VODKA and then stir. Top off with club soda.<br />
Garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy!</p>

1 oz SKYY Infusions Pineapple<br />
1 oz Fresh lime juice<br />
½ oz Triple sec<br />
½ oz Cranberry juice<br />
¼ oz Agave nectar</p>
<p>Directions: Mix ingredients in shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass.</p>

<h3>Hello Yellow</h3>

2 oz. SKYY Infusions Coconut<br />
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt<br />
2 chunks fresh pineapple<br />
1 teaspoon passion fruit<br />
1 oz. simple syrup<br />
Dehydrated pineapple garnish</p>
<p>Directions: Put pineapple, Greek yogurt, passion fruit and simple syrup in a blender and blend at high for 30 seconds.<br />
Put in shaker and add SKYY Infusions Coconut.<br />
Shake vigorously and double strain into a cocktail glass.<br />
Lay dehydrated pineapple garnish atop the cocktail.</p>

<p>Directions: Combine one bottle of SKYY Vodka, 16 ½ oz. of X-Rated Fusion Liqueur, 16 ½ oz. of Orange Juice, 16 ½ oz. of Pineapple Juice, and 8oz of Grenadine in a bowl. Serve mixture directly into ice filled glasses and stir to cool the mixture. Garnish with slices of orange.</p>

<p>Ingredients:<br />
1 part Courvoisier® Rosé<br />
2 parts Orange Juice<br />
½ part Lemon Lime Soda<br />
Raspberry garnish</p>
<p>Directions:Combine Courvoisier Rosé and orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coup glass. Top with lemon lime soda and raspberry garnish.</p>
<h3>RASPBERRY BURST</h3>
<p>1.5 oz vodka<br />
2 oz CASCAL Bright Citrus Soda<br />
3 fresh raspberries<br />
5 leaves fresh mint<br />
Squeeze a lemon</p>
<p>Directions: In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle raspberries mint and lemon juice.Add vodka and ice and shake hard.Strain into a Highball glass over ice.<br />
Pour in the CASCAL, stir gently.Garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.Enjoy this extremely refreshing cocktail!</p>
<h3>THE SPRING SPRITZER</h3>
<p>2 oz. Sobieski Cytron Vodka<br />
½ oz. fresh Lemon Juice<br />
Top with Sprite</p>
<p>Directions: Build over ice and fill with Sprite. Garnish with lemon slice, sprigs.</p>

<p>1 can of illy issimo Latte Macchiato<br />
10 fresh raspberries<br />
22cc white chocolate sauce<br />
2 cups ice</p>
<p>Directions: Put ice in blender. Add illy issimo, raspberries, and white chocolate sauce. Blend for 45 seconds until smooth and enjoy!</p>
<h3>Sauza Blooming Berry-rita</h3>
<p>Ingredients:<br />
1 part Sauza® Non-Alcoholic Classic Margarita Mix<br />
½ part Sauza® Silver Tequila<br />
½ part DeKuyper® Pucker® Raspberry Schnapps<br />
1 part cranberry juice<br />
Blueberries (optional)</p>
<p>Directions:Combine in shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a margarita glass over ice.</p>
<h3>The Voli Green Garden</h3>
<p>Bar tools needed: Boston shaker, measuring cup, strainer, pressure juicer, martini glass</p>
<p>Ingredients:<br />
- Voli Lyte<br />
- Cut Green Pepper<br />
- Lime Juice<br />
- Handful of Basil<br />
- Salt and pepper for the rim</p>
<p>Directions:Step 1: Take a handful of the green pepper and put into the shaker. Muddle the Green pepper.<br />
***Add in a handful of basil to the muddled green pepper (tearing the bunch of basil in half. No need to further muddle)</p>
<p>Step 2: Add 2oz of Voli Lyte Vodkas<br />
Step 3: Add 1oz Lime Juice<br />
Step 4: Add 1 package of organic stevia<br />
Step 5: Rim the Martini glass with Black Pepper and Salt mix<br />
Step 6: Mix, shake and strain into the martini glass<br />
Step 7: Pull a piece of basil from the bundle, smack the basil in your hand to release the oils and natural flavors and garnish the cocktail with Basil on top.</p>

<p>Ingredients:<br />
- Voli Espresso Vanilla<br />
- 1 shot of Espresso<br />
- Coffee beans<br />
- Special Addition: Whip Cream Whipper</p>
<p>Directions:Step 1: Pour 1.5 oz of Voli Espresso Vanilla into the tin<br />
Step 2: Add 1 Shot of Espresso<br />
Step 3: Add 1 package of organic Stevia<br />
Step 4: Add ice to the rocks glass<br />

<p>Directions: Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass.<br />
Garnish: Peach wedge.</p>

<p>• 3 oz. Perfect Puree Mandarin/Tangerine Puree<br />

<h3>Easter Lillet from Flex Mussels</h3>
<p>3oz Cava<br />
2oz Lillet Blanc<br />
1oz Damson Plum Liqueur</p>
<p>Directions: Add Lillet and plum liqueur to the bottom of a champagne flute. Top with cava and garnish with a lemon wheel.</p>
<h3>Easter Fizz</h3>
<p>1 1/2 oz Vodka<br />
2 oz of lychee juice<br />
1/2 oz ruby red grapefruit juice<br />
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice<br />
1 oz Mercy</p>
<p>Directions: Combine all ingredients, except MERCY, in a shaker, shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass. TOp with MERCY. Garnish with a lemon wheel or a lychee.</p>

<p>2 Parts Kanon Organic Vodka<br />
1 part heavy cream<br />
3/4 part amaretto<br />
cardamom pod<br />
egg yolk (optional)</p>
<p>Directions: Lightly crush cardamom in shaker, add liquid ingredients dry shake (without ice), shake with ice, strain into rocks glass.</p>
