Giuliana Rancic is such an unbelievably strong role model for all women. The E! host took to Twitter on Dec. 27 to announce that she was back at work and how much she missed her “second family.”

“Back at work today since surgery. Excited to be on set of @ENews,” she tweeted. “I’ve missed my 2nd family (co-workers and you guys!!!) #thankful.”

Giuliana’s good news comes just two weeks after her successful double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. Giuliana announced on Oct. 17 during an interview on the Today Show that she was diagnosed with breast cancer and was undergoing a lumpectomy and radiation.

But just one month later Giuliana went back on the Today Show with her husband Bill Rancic and revealed that her surgery was unsuccessful and she was going to undergo a double mastectomy in order to prevent the cancer from spreading and to pursue her dream of starting a family with Bill.

Giuliana’s breast cancer was discovered when her doctor suggested she get a mammogram since she was going through IVF treatments to get pregnant.

Selena has 17 days off until her next tour date. Will she use the time to visit Justin in Singapore, Australia or Malaysia?

Selena Gomez has more than two weeks free until her next concert on May 7 in Dixon, Calif. Could Selena be planning to use the time to visit her boyfriend Justin Bieber — who’s now touring on the other side of the world?

Justin will be stopping in Singapore on his My World tour April 19 — and then heading to Brisbane, Australia, on April 20 and then Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on April 21. After that, he has dates throughout Australia until May 7, with his final stop in Perth, before he heads to the Philippines.

She tells us exclusively that they haven’t moved in together. But by the sound of it, that could change very soon!

Ah, just what we suspected! Teen Mom 2 stars Jenelle Evans, 19, and Kieffer Delp, 20, have rekindled their romance. “Yes,” Jenelle told E! News. “We are back together.” And the happy couple have decided to drop their assault allegations against each other. How sweet.

“Yeah, everyone dropped the complaints,” she tells HollyBaby.com exclusively. But Jenelle says they’re not living together just yet — but maybe soon.

“My friends I moved in with, well we aren’t friends anymore,” she explains to us. “They hate me and Kieffer  being in the house, but they can’t kick me out.” A source adds, “They can’t get her out because the electricity is in her name, and she is on the lease.”

Will Jenelle move in with Kieffer again? And will 1-year-old baby Jace join them, too? We’ll wait and see…

Giuliana wants other women to know that being too thin is not why she can’t get pregnant!

Having a miscarriage is one of the toughest experiences a woman can ever go through. E! News host Giuliana Rancic knows exactly how it feels after struggling through one herself just last year. “As a woman you blame your body, you blame yourself, and I was riding that wave for a while,” Giuliana, 36, tells RadarOnline.com. But she also notes that being thin isn’t the reason she’s been unable to get pregnant.

“Look at Kelly Ripa,” says Giuliana. “She’s half my size and has no body fat and has kids.”

What’s more, “Gisele (Bundchen) is a supermodel, and I’ve pinched her in real life just to see if she has body fat — zero body fat! Look at Victoria Beckham, she’s on her fourth child,” Giuliana adds. “It’s unbelievable to me the amount of ignorant comments that come in and it’s just uninformed ignorant people. Rachel Zoe is pregnant! Go Google it…it has nothing to do with anything.”

“Unless your doctor tells you your weight is affecting you in some way … once the doctor rules it out, that’s really not it,” finalizes Giuliana.

Now after all the trouble she has had getting pregnant, Giuliana and Bill are actually considering adopting!

Following a devastating miscarriage in October, Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic are trying for baby number two — but just like before, it’s a struggle. The E! News co-host, 36 has been undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments and is hoping that she will finally get the baby of her dreams. “We’re still continuing with it [IVF]. We are kind of in the midst of the second round,” Giuliana tells HollyBaby.com exclusively. “We will see, but we are definitely hopeful and we think 2011 is our year.”

Bill is giving Giuliana 63 injections a month as they try to conceive!

Giuliana and Bill, 39, who have been very open with their struggles to conceive, are hoping that in vitro will work, but if not, they’re prepared to adopt. “Were kind of looking at everything,” Giuliana says. “Before we go down the road of surrogacy or adoption, which we are totally open to, we want to give having our own children naturally, a valiant effort. One thing is if the doctors tell us there is no use trying anymore, we’re definitely open to everything else.”

Although she is emotionally exhausted, Giuliana, who tackles everything from relationship advice to fitness tips on her website FabFitFun, realizes that countless numbers of women are struggling with the same thing and she takes comfort in knowing that she’s not alone. “You know, what it really comes down to when I’m like so depressed about it I think to myself, wait a second take a step back, there is a lot worse. I’m healthy, my husband’s healthy, my parents are healthy and that’s all that matters at the end of the day,” she explains. “That’s really the only way to deal with it, looking at the worst case scenario, otherwise I’d be down about it all day, every day and I got to snap out of it and say even though I’m feeling bad there are things that I’m really thankful for.”

Due to their situation, Giuliana and Bill have become much more spiritual and pray that eventually their dreams of starting a family will come true. “You really have to believe that we are all part of a bigger plan,” Giuliana admits. “One day when you have a baby, that’s the baby you were meant to have. I really believe that. God just works in really interesting and mysterious ways and in the end he’s going to reveal why we had setbacks, and I think we’ll understand that.”

A source close to the celebrity fashion stylist confirms that she is in fact pregnant and expecting a boy this winter!

While she denied last week that she was expecting, a source close to the stylist has confirmed that Rachel Zoe is definitely expecting her first baby with husband Rodger Berman! And the happy couple have just found out the sex of their unborn baby! “They found out they were having a boy in the past week,” the source tells E! News.

After weeks of speculation, Rachel, 39, had refused to comment publicly on her pregnancy claiming that their was nothing special to talk about.”Nothing to report,” Rachel said when asked about the rumors. “I don’t know, you tell me,” she added, gesturing to her midsection.

Reality TV stars Giuliana and Bill Rancic have always been honest about their struggles to start a family. Just when it looked like their prayers were answered and Giuliana finally got pregnant, a doctor delivered the devastating news – she lost the baby. HollyMoms, can you relate to their heartbreak?

“We were thrilled,” says Bill Rancic about the day that he and wife, Giuliana, found out that they were going to be parents. Like a lot of couples, after two years of trying to conceive naturally, the pair, who wed in 2007, turned to IVF in March. They were super excited when it worked on the first try, especially after doctors urged Giuliana to gain weight so that she could menstruate more regularly. “We went full-throttle. We never thought anything would happen,” says Bill. Can you believe that he even went out and bought a bigger house in the Chicago suburbs to make room for their new baby? The couple was so confident and thrilled about their growing family that they invited the cameras that following them around for their Style Network show, Giuliana & Bill, to record their doctors visits. Would you ever let cameras into such an intimate part of your life?

Unfortunately, the reality TV stars’ joy was short lived. Just nine weeks into the pregnancy, during a routine ultrasound, their worst nightmare became a reality. “We went in and I could just tell something was wrong,” says Giuliana, host of E! News. “There was no fluttering where the heartbeat should be.” “Both of us were in shock. Failure wasn’t an option!” reveals Bill, 39. And like most women who’ve lost a child, Giuliana was angry, confused and devastatingly depressed.  “I was angry at life and angry at God,” she adds.

Experts say Rachel Zoe needs to gain weight if she wants to get pregnant.

So what went wrong? It turns out that the fetus had a chromosomal abnormality, which is actually the cause of about 75 percent of all miscarriages. “You can’t see abnormalities when you implant the embryos, but the body knows, and it miscarries naturally,” their fertility specialist, Dr. Brian Kaplan, tells People. Age also played a part, according to Giuliana, who explains that miscarriage rates climb from 10 to 20 percent by age 35. “At 35, I was considered an older woman,” she says.

IVF doesn’t work for everyone.

At first, she couldn’t fathom going through the painful IVF process again, but eventually Giuliana’s desire to become a mother outweighed her fears and she’s decided to try again. HollyMoms, can you relate to her her determination? “Mentally, it’s a little easier now. You know what you have to go through,” she says adding that she’ll know if she’s pregnant by around Thanksgiving. HollyBaby.com certainly hopes the couple has a lot to be thankful for this November. But if the $15,000 procedure doesn’t work they’re just going to keep trying until it does. “We know God has a plan for us,” says Giuliana. Baby or no baby, Bill says he couldn’t live without Giuliana. “Anything from here on out is gravy. Whether or not we have a child together doesn’t affect my love for her.”

Now she’s done it! After skipping her mandatory court date today to party in Cannes, a judge has issued a bench warrant for Lindsay’s arrest despite her protests that she lost her passport!

What are you thinking, Lindsay Lohan? First, you traveled to Cannes to party mere days before your mandatory court date stemming from a 2007 DUI — and now you’re ‘stranded’ in France missed your May 20 court appearance because your passport was ‘stolen.’ You’re going to get locked up!

Judge Marsha Revel is not feeling any sympathy for Lindsay’s plight. When the infamous party girl didn’t show up for court today, she issued a bench warrant for Lindsay’s arrest and set bail at $100,000.

The only way LiLo can stay out of jail now is if she ponies up the cash AND doesn’t drink, wears a SCRAM bracelet and gets drug tested at least once a week, reports TMZ. “Actions speak louder than words,” Judge Revel said.

If the judge isn’t satisfied with the starlet’s progress, Lindsay could wind up in jail for a whopping 180 days.

“Her passport was stolen,” Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, told E! News. “She is doing everything in her power to get a temporary passport and get home.”

But is that really the case? It looks like Lindsay is lying! U.S. Embassy worker Maryse Nebatti told RadarOnline that Lindsay reported the passport stolen, but “has not requested a new passport.”

Sounds like Lindsay been telling a few fibs in order to hang with the glamorous set during the Cannes Film Festival, although even her mom, Dina Lohan, denies it. “This was not a planned scheme,” her mom, Dina, reassured RadarOnline May 19.
