Turns out, being eliminated from The X Factor before the finals is just fine if you’re Drew Ryniewicz! The 14-year-old singer, who first auditioned with Justin Bieber‘s “Baby,” got to live in her own fantasy, when she joined the 17-year-old pop star for the filming of a finale performance.

Justin sang with Stevie Wonder and then invited Drew on stage for “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.” After she sang the last line, Justin told her she will go far and that he lost his first competition too.

Additionally, Justin’s mom got to meet and hug Paula Abdul.

Drew Ryniewicz may have shined in her performances week after week on The X Factor, but her elimination on the Dec. 1 episode may have led her to pursue other endeavors after the show! Drew told HollywoodLife.com exclusively what she plans on getting involved with — and it’s fashion designing!

“Oh my gosh! I really want a clothing line,” Drew told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “Every singer has something else on the side that they do whether they do a clothing line or a restaurant. Everybody has something and I want a clothing line, because I have a lot of haters for my clothes and a lot of lovers for my clothes.”

Drew also told us what we can expect to see in her potential collection. “I feel like all the dresses I wore in the competition is exactly what I want my clothing line to be. Maybe something that is not the style of the moment.”

As for a signature look, Drew has one particular idea in mind. “Feathers are a huge thing for me, I actually love feathers. I don’t like to kill animals so they would probably be fake feathers.”

After weeks of complaints, it seems the mass majority of The X Factor audience is going to be happy. Their problem child got the boot — and none of the favorites, including Melanie Amaro or Rachel Crow landed in the bottom three. So what went down?

Astro, the 14-year-old rapper, was immediately given the boot, as he was the lowest scoring contestant. Despite his bad attitude, there’s no doubt in our minds this kid will go places. He’s insanely gifted. In fact, perhaps not winning The X Factor will be the humbling experience he needs.

Drew and Marcus Canty were the other two in the bottom. Although we thought Drew’s save performance was far superior to Marcus’, the judges felt differently. Paula Abdul was the deciding vote that kept Marcus around to perform for another week. In fact, when she went to hug Drew goodbye, Drew wouldn’t hug her back. Meanwhile, Drew’s BFF, Rachel, was sobbing when she heard the news.

We’re pretty bummed too.

This week on The X Factor, the contestants tried to pay homage to the late Michael Jackson by butchering singing his hits. Unfortunately, nearly every singer hit below the mark, which felt incredibly awkward considering Michael’s family — including his three children, Blanket, Paris and Prince — were sitting in the audience. Thankfully, the Jacksons were a diplomatic group and had nothing but positive things to say about the show, although the bored expressions on their faces spoke volumes. In fact, the performances were so painful, I’ve included the only one worth watching after the jump, just so you don’t have to sit through all of them if you haven’t already. You’re welcome.

Josh Krajcik: Last week’s wonder boy started the show off with a major rock ‘n’ roll number that included fire, cages and loud music. Ultimately, it was a lot of racket to my ears and eyes. I’m one of Josh’s biggest fans, but this didn’t do it for me. “As a spectacle…it was great. However, you were over=produced. You got lost in all the choreography. This is not you on stage. This is what Nicole wants to be,” Simon said. “I think it was your weakest performance yet.” I agreed with Simon.

Astro: After his stint a couple weeks ago, I know many viewers (my grandparents included) threatened to stop watching the show if he stayed in the competition. However, I still maintain he’s one of the most talented contestants on the show — even with the attitude. Plus, since he freaked out, Astro, 14, has been on his best behavior. As much as I enjoyed his rap to “Black or White,” Michael’s kids seemed bored to tears. Meanwhile, the judges ate it up. “I think you could win this competition,” Paula Abdul raved.

Drew: At first I thought Simon was purposefully sacrificing Drew by having her sing “Billie Jean” while sitting in a chair under a spotlight, but by the end it grew on me. It was a little boring, but haunting — and it had Simon on his feet. “It pains me to say this, but I liked it,” L.A. Reid said, complimenting the teen. “The whole chair thing, I don’t understand that. Simon, I’m sorry. You sounded beautiful. It’s exactly what I expected. You’re playing it safe with her,” Nicole complained. “Please do an up-tempo!” Paula begged. PLEASE. ZZzzzzz.

Side note: Is Steve Jones a robot?

Rachel Crow: Rachel sang “Can You Feel It?” And to answer her question, no, I didn’t feel it — and neither did anyone else. This is the first time I felt like Rachel truly bombed. “This is the only time that I’ve watched you and couldn’t believe you were having a good time,” L.A. said. “This song didn’t give you justice…it’s time to get back to what YOU want to do,” Paula said, diplomatically. Two toes down.

Marcus Canty: There’s no denying Marcus is a mega performer. He can sing, dance and back flip with the best of them. However, his performances never really stick with me. He should be on Broadway. Or in Las Vegas. Or somewhere he can entertain on a large scale, but just not on my TV screen every week. Overall, he’s not my favorite. Judging from Michael’s kids’ disinterested expressions, he wasn’t theirs either.

Chris Rene: In the package, L.A. said he just needed “the one performance,” and while I don’t think Chris’ rendition of “I’ll Be There” was “THE ONE,” it wasn’t half bad. Looking like Kenickie from Grease with his slicked back hair, Chris sang with heart, but not necessarily great pitch. The rap was definitely the strongest part of the song.

(Ugh. I’m sick of Michael Jackson week. These performances are just embarrassing.)

Melanie Amaro: As bizarre as it was that Melanie suddenly acquired an accent during last week’s shocking episode, it actually sets her apart from everyone else. Now she’s memorable. Her performance tonight was brilliant and the only one worth watching all night. “You were amazing and maybe the best of the night,” L.A. said. You think, L.A.? Duh. At this point, I think it’s Melanie FTW (for the win).

The top 10 brought their all on The X Factor Nov. 16, but not everyone sang to their full potential. I thought Astro and Josh Krajcik stepped up their their game from last week, but Stacy Francis and even my favorite, Rachel Crow, were less than stellar.

Overall, hearing the mentors’ song choices was interesting because it felt like the majority of them weren’t really rock. For example, I was obsessed with Astro‘s “I’ll Be Missing You” by Puff Daddy, but was that REALLY rock? I think not.

Meanwhile, Rachel sang “Satisfaction” by the Rolling Stones, which was fantastic, but a little “Disney-esque.” At the end of the day, it wasn’t my favorite performance by her.

The rockiest song I heard tonight was Josh’s rendition of “The Pretender” by The Foo Fighters, which earned him a standing ovation from all the judges. He’s awesome. I can’t wait to see him sell out tours.

Unfortunately, the weakest for me tonight were Lakoda Rayne and Stacy Francis. Who do YOU think will be eliminated? Sound off below!

Flash forward a couple months and I know we’ll still be watching Rachel Crow slay it on The X Factor! Despite a couple less than stellar weeks, the 13-year-old singer was back and better than ever for Movie Night Nov. 9. Adorable, but wise beyond her years, Rachel reminds me of a Beyonce and Shirley Temple mix — she’s a star!

Here were my thoughts on the contestants tonight:

Stacy Francis: Stacy started the night out with Whitney Houston‘s “Queen of the Night” from The Bodyguard and although she hit the notes, it wasn’t my favorite performance. I felt like I was getting screamed at the whole time. I like Stacy, but this song wasn’t a good choice on Nicole’s part.

Marcus Canty: Marcus was trying to show off his vocal abilities more than just focusing on his dance moves and charisma — and it definitely worked for me. I had no clue he was that vocally gifted. “Everything about you, from head to toe, resonates star,” Paula raved.

Drew: Drew gave me chills with her rendition of Coldplay’s “Fix You.” Her voice is piercing and the emotion she brings to table is astonishing for a 14-year-old performer. L.A. had a good point, though. Drew is always the same…but I don’t know it would be smart for her to change it up. Also, I definitely agreed with Paula: her crazy, puffy strapless dress was horrible.

LeRoy Bell: I say this every single time LeRoy steps in front of the camera: he must be drinking from the fountain of youth. There’s just no way he’s 59 years old! It’s like he’s a real life character from the movie, Death Becomes Her. As far as his song was concerned, I thought he was good. I’m not a die hard, but I enjoy watching him. “The fact that you’re 60 years old and you sound like you’re 20…I think this was your best performance,” Simon said.

Lakoda Rayne: All of the girls in Lakoda Rayne are super hot, which is keeping them around. They aren’t bad, but they aren’t vocally killer either. I loved their song choice — “Somebody Like You” — but over all, they aren’t the strongest contestants. That said, the judges were complimentary and I expect to see them around next week. “You are the group I always hoped and wished you’d become,” Simon said.

Astro: I think Astro is phenomenal. What 14-year-old kid writes his own raps that he performs in front of millions of people LIVE every single week?? He’s crazy talented. And his shout out to the rapper who died this week? Genius. “You have that work ethic. You are incredibly creative. I think you are actually a great role model right now…Astro, you have the X factor,” Simon said. I have chills still from watching him! #swag

Melanie Amaro: Melanie’s throat was bugging her this week, but you never would have known by listening to her. She killed Michael Jackson‘s “Man In the Mirror” and I loved seeing a lighter, more smiley side to her. There’s no doubt in my mind Melanie will make it very far. She’s awesome. “You’re a great singer but I don’t see the range in choice,” L.A. complained.

Stereo Hoggz: Although the Stereo Hoggz are talented and entertaining, I don’t think they have what it takes to make it right now in the music world. Are people still into boy bands like this? They seem very 2000s. At this point, I’d rather see the Stereo Hoggz in Las Vegas, not on The X Factor. “You’ve got to become less cabaret and you’ve got to become more recording artist,” Simon recommended. I completely agreed.

Josh Krajcik: I love Josh. No matter what he sings, he makes me happy. Even though I don’t think he’ll win the entire competition, I need him around for several more weeks. “Your voice is comforting. It’s like chicken soup for the soul,” Paula said, with a huge smile. Couldn’t have said it better myself!

Chris Rene: When Chris made it to the live shows, I was upset with L.A., but he’s proven me wrong. Tonight his rap was crystal clear and grounded. It was fantastic and I see him doing well outside of just this TV show. “Welcome back, Chris Rene,” Simon said.

Rachel Crow: Simon admitted he hasn’t done a great job with Rachel and I agree. She’s full of potential and she finally reached it tonight with her song from Cadillac Records. We finally got to see her maturity again — both vocally and emotionally. She also looked fabulous. “Tonight you proved you have the eye on the target. You were GREAT! My favorite yet,” L.A. said. Side note: How funny was it when Nicole went to congratulate Simon on the song choice and Rachel said it was HER idea? She’s BRILLIANT. Rachel for the win!

It’s no secret Simon Cowell is competitive. However, this season on The X Factor, he’s out for blood! Following the results show when one of Paula Abdul‘s group was eliminated Nov. 3, the 52-year-old British judge and mentor promised he wouldn’t be losing anyone of his three girls, Drew, Melanie Amaro and Rachel Crow, anytime soon!
