One Direction is one of the biggest bands in the world right now and, if New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is to be believed, a 1D Pepsi commercial is coming our way. News that the band, which is one of the biggest successes from the U.K. version of The X Factor, is teaming up with Pepsi has us wondering: Could it be company’s new, iconic commercial for The X Factor this year?

In response to a fan question on Twitter on Tuesday, Sept. 4 asking if it was true that Drew had filmed a Pepsi commercial with the boy band, Drew replied, saying, “Wait til you see it!!! I was part of the band!” The tweet has since been mysteriously removed from Drew’s timeline. Maybe he announced the surprise too early?

The boys of One Direction have been hard at work finishing up their second album, entitled Take Me Home, which will be released November 13. Niall Horan recently spoke with Ryan Seacrest about the new album, explaining the title.

“We thought about it for a while. Because we all would do a lot of travelling around the world and we get to see a lot of cool places, but the main thing is there’s no place like home. It’s always kind of nice to go home…We’re obviously nervous. The second album you never know what you’re going to get from it. But we’re really excited about it. It’s really fun, very heavy on guitars and drums, so we’re super excited about it.”

Drew Brees, 33, announced the birth of his son Callen Christian on Twitter!

On August 16, the football star wrote, “Brittany and I are proud to say that Callen Christian Brees was born yesterday evening in New Orleans. Mama and baby boy are happy & healthy.”

Drew and Brittany have two other sons: Bowen Christopher, 22 months, and Baylen Robert, 3. At this rate, Drew will have his own little football team!

Congratulations to the happy family!

NFL star Drew Brees isn’t headed to the Super Bowl, but he does have something special to look forward to — a new baby with his wife Brittany! The 33-year-old announced via Twitter the big news: “Thanks for the well wishes to Brittany and Baby #3. She is 2 1/2 months. Training camp baby.”

The couple are already parents to baby number 3′s big bros Baylen Robert, 3, and Bowen Christopher, 15 months.

“Bowen wants a lil bro, Baylen a lil sis,” Drew revealed.
