Throughout all of season 3 of Teen Mom 2, Leah Messer-Calvert has been torn between her baby daddy Corey Simms, and her new relationship with Jeremy Calvert. But after she and Jeremy get engaged and she finds out she’s pregnant with his child, their drama comes to a head during the mid-season reuinion on Feb. 11 with Dr. Drew Pinksy.

When Dr. Drew brings up her relationship with Corey, he asks if he’s in “her corner” along with her mom Dawn and her fiance Jeremy.

“Sometimes….He’s there for me, I guess,” Leah responds through tears, but adds that he is their for their girls, twins Ali and Aleeah Simms.

But the conversation turns more emotional when Dr. Drew asks if Leah still wants a relationship with her ex-husband, with whom she split after just a year of marriage.

“I don’t know. I mean he’s the father of my kids,” she tells the doctor through tears. ”I just feel like there was no closure.”

Her feelings grow even more confusing when she explains that she feels like Corey still wants their relationship to work — but she has clearly moved on with Jeremy.

Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson was all tuckered out by the time she joined Dr. Drew Pinksy and Mama June Shannon on the set of Dr. Drew On Call on HLN. Instead of answering the TV therapist’s questions, she decided to take a snooze!

She finally gave a sassy response when Dr. Drew asked, ”Is it difficult to be on TV?”

“Fans come up to me and I hate it,” she answered. Then mama tried her best to get her little girl to cooperate. ”Alana, come on now let’s get this done so we can go,” she said.

After a West Coast press tour that included stops at TMZ, Access Hollywood, and Jimmy Kimmel Live, it’s no wonder the 7-year-old is sick of chatting it up on TV.

Alana’s episode of Dr. Drew On Call airs Tuesday Oct. 23 at 9 p.m. ET.

The original Teen Mom cast closed the curtain on their four-season-long reality TV show, and the girls joined for a final reunion to reflect on their journey from 16 & Pregnant to today. Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra made a major announcement, and Farrah Abraham opened up about why she thinks it’s so difficult for her to date.

Catelynn finally set the date! 

Catelynn and Tyler made the announcement that they have officially set their wedding date! When Dr. Drew Pinksy asked what made them want to bump up their wedding — they had originally planned to get married after they graduated college — they said it just felt right. Catelynn said they have been together for almost eight years, and they didn’t want to prolong it anymore.

Then Dr. Drew delved deeper into each of their issues, and asked why Catelynn and Tyler each were rebellious teens and acted out so much. Catelynn admitted that a lot of her problems stemmed from her mom always being drunk, and her dad leaving her family when she was 12. Her fiance also had similar problems ”I was a really bad kid,” Tyler said. “I had a really bad problem with authoritative figures… I always felt like I had something to prove.”

But the couple said that years of going to therapy helped them out tremendously, and they are going to school and working towards a career in counseling and social work to help others. Unfortunately, Tyler’s relationship with his dad Butch has not gotten much better, but he said he still “can’t give up on the guy,” and said he never sent the letter he wrote on the series finale. April, on the other hand, is more than 30 days sober! But she is still addicted to Butch, and dosen’t know how to handle the situation.

Aside from their upcoming nuptials, Catelynn and Tyler also confessed that the best thing in their lives right now is spending time with their daughter Carly, whom they put up for adoption, and keeping in touch with her.

“I’m just excited to watch her grow,” Catelynn said. “I think that’s the best thing.”

Farrah said she still gets overwhelmed

Farrah told Dr. Drew that she still feels bad about leaving her daughter Sophia to live with her mom Debra in order to finish school and get her life back on track. Although things are better now, Farrah said she still gets overwhelmed.

She also opened up about the relationships we saw in season 4. Adam, she said, wasn’t mature and not very kid-friendly. And Daniel, on the other hand, wasn’t being “true to himself,” and she believed both men were only with her to get face time on TV! “It was a good experience to go through,” she said, and insists she will recognize people with bad intentions next time. As far as pressuring Daniel to propose, Farrah said that comes with the territory of having a young daughter — and she didn’t pressure him to commit, so much as she wanted to make sure he was mature enough to handle her as a young mother with a toddler.

When mom Debra joined Farrah on stage, Farrah said that growing up with Debra was tough because she was working too much and didn’t spend enough time with her kids. Farrah said she was always with her dad (her parents have since divorced), and even now they act flirtatious and like they want to be back together. Debra however said that at the end of the day, she will always love her ex Michael and she isn’t sure what the future holds. But overall, Farrah said she has grown up and matured since she was first on the show.

The second reunion finale of Teen Mom 2 with Dr. Drew was full of tears and relationship drama! In the emotional finale, Chelsea Houska and her baby daddy Adam Lind bicker over who has cheated more, and Leah Messer admits she wishes she and Corey Simms were still together!

Last week we caught up with Kailyn Lowry and Jenelle Evans, and this finale focused on Leah and Chelsea.

Chelsea Houska: She’s finally getting her life on track and says she has four tests left to pass the GED. Good for her! Aubree is also doing well — Chelsea says Jenelle’s son Jace is her boyfriend! — but Chelsea’s relationship with Adam is still chaotic, of course. He is being a good dad — he sees Aubree almost every day — but there are mega trust issues between the two. Adam tells Dr. Drew he’s hurt because Chelsea hooked up with his BFF when the two were broken up, but Chelsea brings up the fact that Adam has cheated on her several times. “We always try to hurt each other,” she explains. Dr. Drew says they need to stop this back-and-forth or they’ll never work, and then Adam tells Chelsea his true feelings: “I love you, and I’m sticking around.” They kiss, and Dr. Drew says he thinks they can make it last. We’ll see…

Leah Messer: She reveals she cheated on Corey at her bachelorette party because Corey stopped being intimate with her. Leah says the last straw was when she came home and caught Corey watching porn. “I don’t agree with it unless we’re doing it together,” she explains. Then Leah admits the truth — she’s still in love with Corey and knows she rushed the divorce too soon! “I don’t think it matters at this point,” she adds. For his part, Corey says they were fighting all the time over silly things. Leah says she felt like she had to rush the divorce to get custody of their twins. But, she says, “I wanted him to fight against it.” Dr. Drew says there’s no reason they still can’t be together, if they’re both willing to let the past go.

Later, Leah’s mom Dawn and Corey’s dad Jeff come on stage. Dawn says she put Leah in therapy after the cheating scandal because she didn’t condone her daughter’s actions. Jeff admits he was hurt because he was the only one on his side of the family who was close to Leah. He treated her like a daughter when everyone else turned their back on her. “I want nothing more than for them to work it out,” he tells Dr. Drew. “But I’ve told [Corey] I will support him either way he goes.”

Kate Gosselin can’t fight the tears anymore. When the former reality star appeared on Dr. Drew Pinsky‘s Lifechangers, she broke down crying for the first time ever on national TV. But what did it? When Dr. Drew asked Kate about her dating life, she wept, “I’m completely alone.”

“I mean, I’m so lonely,” Kate cried. “I clean up the house, put the kids to bed and there I sit.”

Kate’s TLC show Kate Plus 8 was axed from the lineup in September and now Kate works as a blogger at Coupon Cabin.

“No. I’m too busy. I think a lot of my friends who are being constructive say ‘gosh, who are you going to meet that is going to be able to deal with eight kids?’” Kate says. “My answer is always if they can deal with eight kids in our situation it probably will be the person. It will sort of prove it.”

But Kate isn’t looking for someone to take on her burden of eight children, she just wants companionship.

“I think a lot of people mistake that and think someone is going to come in and help you co-parent eight kids, how do you expect that?” Kate says. “I don’t. I mean, I don’t expect someone to come in and financially provide for my kids, I mean, they’re mine, that’s my job. So, just to have somebody there.”

Part one of the reunion special with Dr. Drew was more dramatic than the entire Teen Mom season! Jenelle Evans says she’s trying to turn her life around, but she’s still with Kieffer Delp and could end up in jail soon! Kailyn Lowry doesn’t know if she wants to be with her baby daddy Jo Rivera or her ex Jordan Wenner, and the men say she has to decide!

Part one catches up with Jenelle and Kailyn, and next week we’ll hear from Chelsea Houska and Leah Messer!

Jenelle Evans: Jenelle tells Dr. Drew she’s turning her life around. She’s back in school, and she wants to set a good example for Jace. Too bad Kieffer is still in the picture off and on. “It’s really hard to break up with your best friend,” she explains. But he’s obviously not a good influence — she failed her drug test and now faces jail! She says she can either stay in jail for two weeks or go to court and learn her fate. “I know I got to quit smoking,” she says half-heartedly.

Luckily, her relationship with Barbara is better. The biggest strain is Kieffer. “I really do not like Kieffer,” Barbara says. “He’s nothing but a drug addict. He uses Jenelle for everything and just sucks the money out of her.” Barbara doesn’t want to see Jenelle go to jail, but wonders if it might be a wake-up call. No matter what, she loves her daughter. Dr. Drew asks her to list three things she loves about Jenelle, something she was unable to do at the last reunion. Barbara says Jenelle is generous, independent and organized. In return, Jenelle says she loves her mom because she is funny, a hard worker and a good mom. Barbara starts crying, and the two hug. Awww!

Kailyn Lowry: Kailyn admits to Dr. Drew that she was terrible to Jordan by cheating on him, but she can’t picture being in a relationship with anybody but Jo. However, Jo isn’t ready for a relationship with Kailyn. “I think it’s really tough to take on adult responsibilities while I’m still feeling these teen emotions,” Kailyn explains. She thinks one day Jo will want to be with her, but Dr. Drew says he isn’t so sure. Jo says himself that he doesn’t know.

Later, Jordan comes out onto the stage. He and Kailyn are trying to work through the pain of her cheating on him, but he’s still hurt. Jordan tells Kailyn he’ll always be there for her and Isaac no matter what, but he thinks she’s not over Jo. “She should want to know that she wants to work it out with me and not him,” he explains. Dr. Drew brings Jo out to work out the complicated love triangle, but Kailyn becomes upset and storms off the stage. Jordan walks away, too. After a commercial break, all three return to talk with Dr. Drew and start a Chlamydia blame game. Kailyn says Jo gave it to her, and she gave it to Jordan. Jo says she shouldn’t put the blame on him. No matter who passed it along, gross. Dr. Drew says they should all be tested and hopes that teaches the audience a good lesson. In the end, the relationship drama is left undecided, and Kailyn says she needs time to think it over.

Kailyn and Jo not only spill on their relationship status, but things get awkward when they can’t agree on how many times they’ve hooked up this past year!

In part 1 of the Teen Mom 2 reunion special, Kailyn Lowry, 19, and baby daddy Jo Rivera, 19, open up on their relationship after things went “too far” between the former couple at the end of  this past season. While they make it clear that they’re not an item, watch as these two awkwardly argue about exactly how many times she cheated on Jordan Wenner!

In the MTV sneak peek, Dr. Drew puts Jo on the spot when asking how many times he and Kailyn had “been together” in the past year. Laughing and hinting that it was more than a one-night stand, Jo and Kailyn finally agree that they hooked up twice.

Although Kailyn and Jo admit that they fooled around more than once, Kailyn claims she only cheated on Jordan the one time.  “I have cheated on him once,” she says.

With 14 kids to feed, she’s desperate for money! She can’t even afford to fix the bathroom faucet!

On Oct. 2, ‘Octomom’ Nadya Suleman appeared on Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers to shared details of her hectic life raising 14 kids! “Because my life is so multi-layered, it would be mostly overwhelming for any human to conceptualize,” she shared. And, according to her, she’s struggling to make ends meet!

She said finances were the biggest challenge. Her monthly expenses include a $3,000 mortgage, $3,000 for the kids’ school and about $3,000 toward food. With all of those costs, there’s nothing left for much else.

Dr. Drew Pinksy decided to step in and help the mother out. He offered her schooling for certification in personal training, a year’s worth of cleaning services and a year of child care services! “I’ve seen how you suffer, that’s why we wanted to do this,” he told her. “We want to make this survivable. Your survival. Your kids survival.”
