On the last Teen Mom 2 season finale special for season three, Leah Messer promised Dr. Drew Pinsky that she wouldn’t try to get pregnant again with second husband Jeremy Calvert any time soon after their then-recent miscarriage. But on the season four finale on May 13, Leah reveals that she and her hubby expedited their baby plans.

Leah Messer Reveals She’s Pregnant (Again)

As a 20-year-old remarried mom of twins, Leah is the last person who should be thinking about having kids — especially since Dr. Drew advised against it. But she says she’s ready to be a mommy of three, and claims she has learned a lot since she was 16 and got pregnant for the first time.

But Dr. Drew is also worried about the distance between Jeremy and Leah. He works out of town six days a week, and Dr. Drew warns that so much time apart could be detrimental to their relationship. Leah insists she has a lot of help and support from her family, but with two young girls and another baby on the way, the stress is bound to take a toll.

Leah & Corey Finally Effectively Co-Parenting

With Jeremy gone so much during the week for work, Leah is at home with the girls mostly. But she does have a strong co-parenting partner in her ex-husband Corey Simms. Corey is dating a new gal — his now-fiancee Miranda Patterson — and Leah is happily married to Jeremy.

They both agree they are better as friends and co-parents, and can rely on each other to take care of the girls. They don’t even cross the line by talking to each other about relationship problems or anything — they keep it strictly family. But it’s clear they all have so much respect for one-another. Jeremy and Corey genuinely get along, and Leah is happy that her ex has moved on.

Dr. Drew even says they are all doing “remarkably” well, and he is proud of all of their progress.

Chelsea Reveals She & Adam Have Been Hooking Up

Chelsea Houska is still struggling to raise Aubree by herself as a single mom, and tells Dr. Drew that she’s just tired of all the drama with her baby daddy Adam Lind. She doesn’t think he puts enough effort into co-parenting, and only sees his daughter when it’s convenient for him — yet, makes a big deal about the custody arrangement.

To make matters more complicated, Chelsea reveales that she and Adam have been hooking up — even though he has a girlfriend! She even says she doesn’t know why they keep going back to each other, and maybe they wouldn’t if they didn’t have a kid together.

Her dad Randy Houska thinks she needs to move on and deserves better, and that their fighting is only going to stop when they stop hooking up. Adam makes that much easer — he’s never, ever getting back with Chelsea, Taylor Swift-style. At least, not in a relationship. I’m sure he’ll still want some booty calls on the site, but she says she’s going to focus on finishing school, and will finally move on.

We’ll have to see if that happens! We hope MTV hears our desperate please, and brings the show back for season 5!

Amber Portwood‘s life has been on a downward spiral ever since we first met her on MTV’s hit television show 16 & Pregnant. After repeated drug use and rehab violations, Amber is  now locked up in Indiana’s Rockville Correctional Facility  for up to five years. Now she’s speaking out from behind bars in an emotional interview with Dr. Drew Pinksy.

Poor Amber. The  Teen Mom, 22, tells Dr. Drew Pinsky that she feels like ‘ s**t, because Gary  has refused to visit her in jail and that means that he has also NOT brought  baby Leah to visit her in jail. ‘ I’ve sent papers to Gary to sign twice’ so  he could bring Leah to see me but he hasn’t done that, Amber  told Dr. Drew sadly. It makes me  feel ”like I don’t even matter – I never mattered,” Amber confesses. So far Amber’s only visiter in jail, has been her mother.

But what really and understandably had Amber crying was talking about how her daughter, Leah, almost 3, tells her ‘I love you” and “I miss you’  when she talks to her on the phone. ‘ I want to come over to your house’ baby Leah has told Amber in jail. ” She doesn’t understand that I’m in jail, ” Amber explains to Dr. Drew and then points out that ” I don’t know what to say- what do you say to a 3 year-old.”

So true Amber. Your heart really goes out to Amber  when she admits that she has let her daughter Leah down. ” How many times can you keep letting a kid down.”

The stars of the hit reality MTV show became so emotional during a recent interview with Dr. Drew as they revealed the struggles of being a teen mom.

On the Feb. 7 episode of Dr. Drew’s Life Changers, Teen Mom stars Kailyn Lowry, Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout all broke down in tears when they revealed their struggle with bitter custody battles and desire to spend more time with their children. “We’re all good mothers, but this is never what we thought motherhood would be like,” Maci said.

The emotional breakdown started when Dr. Drew asked Kailyn about Isaac’s upcoming second birthday. “It’s this big ball of emotions,” she cried. “I don’t get to spend all the time I want to.”

She says her ex Jo Rivera gets Isaac three weekends a month, and she also misses time with her son while she’s at work and in school.

Although Catelynn placed her daughter up for adoption, she does get to see Carly one to two times a year.

Maci co-parents with her ex Ryan Edwards, but she says her boyfriend Kyle King gets jealous of Ryan’s time with son Bentley. “He’s been around for two and a half years, and he wants a say,” she revealed.

‘Teen Mom’ stars Gary, Ryan, Tyler, Corey, Adam and Jo sat down with Dr. Drew for a men-only tell-all about their baby mamas, girlfriends and lives as teen dads!

If you weren’t glued to the Primetime Emmy Awards last night, Sept. 18, then you were probably watching Teen Mom: The Dad’s Special with Dr.Drew where our favorite and most-hated Teen Mom dads met up with Dr. Drew Pinsky to discuss their side of the story. Did YOU watch?

Let me set it up: Three men from Teen Mom – Amber Portwood‘s ex Gary Shirley, Maci Bookout‘s baby daddy Ryan Edwards and Catelynn Lowell‘s boyfriend Tyler Baltierra – and three from Teen Mom 2 – Leah Messer‘s ex-husband Corey Simms, Chelsea Houska‘s back-stabbing baby daddy Adam Lind and Kailyn Lowry‘s ex Jo Rivera — spilled the beans on the Teen Moms we love! From baby battles to births and back, these dads weren’t afraid to let their true feelings out.

First, Dr. Drew invites Gary and Adam to the stage and discusses everything from Amber beating up Gary to Adam cheating on Chelsea. Gary admits that he isn’t with Amber, but that he will always care about her because she is the mother of his daughter Leah, who obviously means the world to him. Adam says that he has seen his daughter Aubree a couple of times, but is going to court so that he can get more custody rights. In a shocking twist, he even apologizes to Chelsea for all the sadness he’s caused her, but still insists the cheating went both ways.

Next to the hot seat comes Tyler and Corey, who were two of the guys to actually propose to — and walk down the aisle with — their girlfriends. Of course, Corey and Leah got married, but sadly, ended up getting a divorce earlier this year. Tyler and Catelynn are still engaged and although Tyler says they’re not getting married any time soon, Catelynn is and always will be the one for him.

Both of the guys talk about how they wish they were safer and used better protection and hope other teens will make better choices. Corey admits that he’s lonely and says that his situation is “the worst thing ever.” Ouch. He loves his twins, Aleeah and Aliannah, but it’s a lot of work taking care of one, let alone two, babies. Tyler on the other hand stands by his decision to give daughter Carly up for adoption, saying that his own dad Butch, who is in and out of jail, taught him everything NOT to do as a father and Tyler realizes he wasn’t ready to be a parent.

Next up, bad boys Ryan and Jo step up to the plate and chat with Dr. Drew about their situations, which of course, are two of the most dramatic story lines in Teen Mom history. Ryan, who is Maci’s ex and Bentley‘s dad, says that he would only get back together with Maci if another life-changing experience were to occur, while Jo says he can totally see him and Kailyn rekindling their romance in the future, maybe for son Isaac‘s sake. (Um, is he kidding?)

Both guys admit they’re supportive of their exes’ new men — Maci is with Kyle King and Kailyn was with Jordan Wenner when the special was filmed — and have great custody agreements that work well for them.

When all six guys return to the stage for the final talk, they get to the deep stuff. Corey says he couldn’t care less about what people have to say about him, while Ryan is sick of being called a “douche bag,” even by his mom! He also adds that he’s not sure he ever wants another child, meanwhile Adam just wants to have sex — so let’s hope he wears a condom next time.

Gary, Ryan, Adam and Jo all admit that they wish they hadn’t treated the girls the way they did. And Corey says he jumped into marriage way too fast with Leah and wishes he could go back and do things differently.

Dr. Drew says the ‘Celebrity Rehab’ patient ‘succumb[ed] to his illness.’

Former Alice in Chains bassist Mike Starr was found dead in Utah on March 8, TMZ reports.

The 44-year-old attempted to get clean in 2009 on Celebrity Rehab, but was arrested in February for possession of prescription pills.

Mike was reportedly kicked out of the seminal grunge band in 1993 because of his substance abuse. Alice in Chains guitarist Jerry Cantrell and drummer Sean Kinney released a statement about Mike’s death on March 8, saying, “Jerry and Sean are mourning the loss of their friend and ask that the media respect their privacy — and the privacy of Mike’s family — during this difficult time. Their thoughts & prayers are with the Starr family.”

Celebrity Rehab personality Dr. Drew Pinsky took to Twitter to say, “Devastating to hear of Mike Starr succumbing to his illness. So very sad. Our prayers are with his family.”

Mike’s father tells TMZ, “It’s a terrible shock and tragedy.”

Brad and Angelina cover your ears. Dr. Drew is NOT holding back when it comes to his thoughts about you — he thinks your relationship is going to end in disaster! Here’s Why.

According to an explosive post Dr. Drew Pinsky wrote for the Huffington Post, superstar couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are speeding ahead into”some sort of meltdown”! “There’s no such thing as ‘I was a heroin addict,’” the “Celebrity Rehab” host says of Angelina, who has admitted to using ‘every drug possible. Coke, heroin, ecstasy, everything.’ “That doesn’t exist in nature,” Dr. Drew continues. “Something is going on with [her] addiction. Or she’s in recovery. And I don’t see any evidence that that’s the case.”

Brad and Angelina famously got together on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith in 2003, while Brad was still married to Jennifer Aniston (the couple announced their split in January 2005).

“Because of the film, we ended up being brought together to do all these crazy things, and I think we found this strange friendship and partnership that kind of just suddenly happened,” Angelina told Vogue in early 2006, explaining how they got together.  ”I think a few months in I realized, ‘God, I can’t wait to get to work.’ … Anything we had to do with each other, we just found a lot of joy in it together and a lot of real teamwork. We just became kind of a pair.”

Dr. Drew Pinsky, who also hosts Loveline, the VH1 shows Sex Rehab, Sober House and his upcoming HLN talk show Dr. Drew, did not mince words when analyzing the pair’s long-term relationship.

“So we’ve got one person who’s a heroin addict, which is a chronic lifelong condition, period,” he said. “We have another person who has said things like, ‘Well, Jennifer [Aniston] was into long-term relationships, that’s just her way of looking at things.’ I mean, that demeaning attitude towards other people’s emotions. Now put those two people together and you have got a really volatile situation. And they’re constantly creating things to weld themselves together. Which is only going to serve to make a more nuclear eruption. There will be some sort of meltdown that will be phenomenal when it does happen.”

Whoa, Dr. Drew! Those are some strong words, buddy! We know he’s all about drumming up publicity, but those are some strong accusations, and if he’s right, it’s really bad news for their six kids!

By the way, Dr. Drew, we recently consulted body language expert, Dr. Lillian Glass, about Brad and Angelina’s lovey dovey red carpet PDA at The Tourist premieres, and she gushed about how much in love they appeared. Multiple incredible reports claim Farrah might have a second baby on the way with new boyfriend Tony — who once stabbed a man to death!

Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham could be in serious danger! She appeared as a hair model Sept. 18 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and the audience couldn’t stop staring at her apparent baby bump. Even her friends are noticing a change in her behavior! “She’s started covering up a lot more in baggy clothing, like she’s trying not to show her stomach,” one friend tells OK! Magazine. “She’s normally so proud of her figure.” And who could be the father of baby #2? This week’s Star magazine claims things are heating up between Farrah and bad-boy Tony Lovato, who was arrested for stabbing his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend to death in 2007. It was ultimately decided he acted in self-defense.

Since you probably don’t know a lot about Tony, here are a few quick facts you should have for reference:

1. He’s the former lead singer of punk rock band Mest.
2. He allegedly began seeing Farrah in July, after the two met… on Twitter!
3. He was 15 when he was forced to raise his own nephew, so he’s no stranger to children.

“Farrah’s mom keeps asking her if she’s seeing anyone, but Farrah refuses to let her know anything about her private life,” an insider tells OK! Well, I think Debra Danielson would DEFINITELY like to know if her daughter was involved with a killer!

Even if Farrah ISN’T dating Tony, Dr. Drew Pinsky says a second baby could prove disastrous to Farrah. “[She'd] be busy again trying to survive,” he tells OK! “That’d be a huge step back.”

It’s important to note that MTV denies Farrah’s pregnancy, but even if EITHER of these claims turn out to be true, Farrah’s got a tough road ahead of her.

While Lindsay Lohan’s mom cries “It’s not fair,” the fame-whoring father did the right thing on Tuesday in asking the judge to send his daughter to rehab.

Let’s be honest, Michael Lohan is no saint, and I’m sure I’m not alone in condemning his constant need to put himself in front of any camera anywhere, but on Tuesday, as his daughter Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab, I found myself on Team Michael.

Why? Because despite his less appealing qualities, I think this man actually cares what happens to his daughter. He had been publicly campaigning for months for Lindsay to go to rehab, warning about her prescription drug use, and enlisting the help of Celeb Rehab’s Dr. Drew Pinsky. Michael was loudly pointing out what all of us could clearly see — Lindsay was on a dangerous downhill slide.

Michael was there when the troubled star faced the judge. He submitted a letter to the court asking her to send his 24-year-old daughter to rehab, and when he appeared on Larry King Live on Tuesday night, I believed his tears over his daughter’s fate were real.

OK, so I am not terribly impressed that he later went out to a bar and told TMZ that he planned to call Lindsay from there, but we all know he’s not perfect.

On the other hand, you have Dina Lohan, Lindsay’s mom. Despite her riding her daughter’s coattails ever since Lindsay toddled onto a soundstage, was Dina in court to support her? Nope! Not sure where she was, but unless she was trapped under a very large piece of furniture in her house, I find it hard to forgive her.

Dina told Popeater, “This is so not fair to do this to my child.” Really, Dina? Wake up and smell the paparazzi! First of all, at what point do you stop infantilizing your 24-year-old daughter and calling her your child? She’s an adult. An adult who has gone to rehab three times and was previously convicted of reckless driving and two DUIs. I suppose, Dina, that you thought that was “so not fair” too?

Sure, moms want to protect their children, but it’s hard to see Dina as anything less than an enabler. Dina has repeatedly dismissed Lindsay’s problems in the past and clearly believes that fame has it privileges. I can’t help but wonder how much of her attitude has rubbed off on Lindsay. Perhaps that’s why she went into court with her fingernails adorned with a middle finger message to the judge.

They say you can’t pick your family, but if I was Lindsay, I would be seriously rethinking which parent I choose to listen to in the future.
