It seems like only yesterday that Hailee Steinfeld was that spunky little cowgirl in True Grit… but now she’s all grown up, and getting it on with Douglas Booth! The actors bring two of literature’s most memorable lovers to life in Romeo & Juliet — which also stars Gossip Girl‘s Ed Westwick and Homeland‘s Damian Lewis — and from the looks of the just-released trailer, it’s going to be epic.

Watch out, Liam Hemsworth. Miley Cyrus is in bed with a different guy and she looks VERY happy.

Thankfully, it’s just a still from the upcoming movie, LOL, in which Miley, 19, and Douglas Booth play love interests. Although the film doesn’t have a U.S. release date, we expect to see it hit the big screen later this year.

Miley Cyrus’s character, Lola, looks so in love in this adorable montage from her upcoming movie, ‘LOL’!

Miley Cyrus and her co-stars (including Ashley Greene and Douglas Booth) look like they’re having so much fun in this clip from LOL, we cannot wait to see the entire film when it hits theaters later this year.

In the beautifully crafted montage, the friends are all in Europe, sightseeing and falling in love with each other. If Miley wasn’t already head over heels in love with her real life boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, we’d say she’d make an adorable couple with Douglas — her British co-star.

If you thought “Can’t Be Tamed” was an intense departure for Miley Cyrus, just wait until you watch the trailer for her new movie LOL. Not only does she drink and party as wild-child Lola, but she also tells boyfriend Kyle (Douglas Booth), “I need you to sleep with me.” Whoa there!

Last summer there were rumors Miley Cyrus was getting cozy with her LOL costar Douglas Booth, who had a girlfriend at the time. In the newest issue of Varon, via THG, the actor clears up any speculation. “One morning, I had a call from Luke, my publicist, going, ‘The papers are saying you’re dating Miley Cyrus. Is it true?’ But no, the rumors weren’t true.” However, that doesn’t stop him from gushing about Miley!

“She’s very hardworking. She’s like a 30-year-old in her mind. She made [over] $20 million last year, but she’s very down to earth and very humble,” revealed Douglas.

He goes on to tell a specific story about how grounded Miley is. “You know, she broke her iPhone and her mom wouldn’t give her a new one, and Miley was like, ‘Oh gosh, how much is that gonna cost?’ And I’m like, ‘Um, sorry?’ She doesn’t waste her money at all.”

In fact, Douglas commends her for being more down-to-earth than he would be with her wealth! “She drives a Hybrid… as opposed to having a fleet of cars like I would. I’m not going to lie.”

Hailee Steinfeld — who stole the show as the wily teen girl in True Grit — will be transformed into one of history’s most notorious star-crossed lovers in a film adaptation of Romeo & Juliet. The 14-year-old actress will star alongside 19-year-old LOL actor and face of Burberry Douglas Booth in a version of the story that writers promise will follow closely to Shakespeare’s original play.

“I wanted Hailee because she is the perfect age. Juliet is at that stage of what you might call a child/woman. Just like Hailee herself is,” writer Julian Fellowes told the Sunday Times.

Some critics were weary of the film’s young starlet because she was originally set to bare it all in a sex scene with co-star Douglas despite her tender age. However, adaptations to the script have been made to accommodate the young actress in order to keep their romance age-appropriate. The writers feel it was necessary to cast young stars instead of older ones who could indulge in racier scenes to really capture the essence of a first love.

“[It's] about that first love affair. We all remember it, don’t we? There is never a love again like it,” revealed Julian.

After shooting down rumors she was romancing costar Chord Overstreet, Naya hits the red carpet with a new man!

It looks like Naya Rivera may not have been fibbing when she said there was no romance between her and Glee costar Chord Overstreet as the actress took another date to the Screen Actors Guild Awards Jan. 30 — rumored Miley Cyrus ex Douglas Booth! The pair happily posed for photos on the red carpet making it appear as if there is a hot new Hollywood couple!

Douglas, 18, costars alongside Miley and Ashley Greene in the upcoming flick LOL: Laughing Out Loud, and he and Miley grew VERY close during filming. In fact, the two were spotted fawning over one another at Waterford, Mich. bar The Lion’s Den during the shoot.

Ultimately, Miley went back to Liam Hemsworth as Douglas was not ready to leave his girlfriend according to reports. Her loss it seems is now Naya’s gain as the two definitely seemed chummy on the red carpet.

The age difference is a rather big one however, with 23-year-old  Naya being a full five years older than Douglas. Cougar in training?

Miley Cyrus said hasta la vista, baby to boyfriend Liam Hemsworth while filming LOL: Laughing Out Loud in Michigan this summer, and sources told us the split occurred because she was crushing on her onscreen love interest, Douglas Booth. But as soon as the movie wrapped on Sept. 7, the Hannah Montana starlet  ran back into Liam’s waiting arms. Coincidence? We think not.

We thought it was pretty interesting that British hottie Douglas, 17, showed up with his longtime girlfriend at Burberry’s London Fashion Week show Sept. 21 looking more loved up than ever, just one week after The Last Song co-stars Liam, 20, and Miley, 17, resumed their romance.

Although Miley and Liam are solid right now — they’re even living together – we can’t wait to see what happens when this love triangle resumes at LOL promotion time!
