Lindsay Lohan can blame all of her problems on her mom, according to her father Michael Lohan. We spoke to Michael just days after Lindsay was reportedly paid $100K to party with Prince Azim at his lavish New Year’s Eve bash in London. Michael tells us that Lindsay had no business partying in London since she’s battling drug and alcohol problems and that Dina is pressuring Lindsay to attend these types of “quick cash” events.

“Lindsay is Dina’s income,” Michael tells us. “It’s the blind leading the blind. Lindsay should absolutely not have gone, especially if she’s going to stay sober. I understand her need for money but now the IRS knows she’s made a 100K, there’s tax on that. Linds should get a restraining order against Dina, she is the worst influence on Lindsay’s life, more than anyone. She parties with Lindsay, broke up the family, and uses Lindsay financially.”

Lindsay is expected at court on Jan. 15 to face the charges that she lied to police about driving her Porsche when she got into an accident last summer. This would mean she violated her probation which stemmed from the alleged shoplifting incident and could send her back to jail.

“She should have gone to rehab to show the court she’s serious,” Michael says. “She might be in for a rude awakening. I pray she goes to rehab and doesn’t go to jail.”

When we asked Michael is Lindsay is still using drugs and drinking, this is what he told us: “Oh come on, of course she is! You just can’t stop drinking and using that much without going to rehab and detoxing. Her life and career are spiraling out of control. It’s the lowest point it’s been. She’s gotta go to rehab and resolve the differences and Dina has to come on board and stop using the kids.”

Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina Lohan had an epic fight on the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 10 that resulted in a 911 call. Before the call to the police, however, Lindsay phoned her father Michael Lohan and made some vicious claims against her mother.

TMZ reports that they’ve obtained audio tape in which Lindsay, 26, tells her father that Dina was kidnapping her, adding, “Dad, she’s on cocaine. She’s like touching her neck, and s**t…” She also tells Michael, “She’s saying disgusting things to me…I’m dead to her now.”

According to the website, Lindsay can also be heard telling her mother, “This is what you do. You ruin people,” before telling Michael, “She’s like the f**king devil right now.”

The fight erupted over $40,000 that Lindsay had loaned to Dina to save her home from foreclosure. Lindsay wanted the money back, which prompted the fireworks.

A friend of Lindsay’s tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “She told friends ‘I just want my f**king money and to leave. I feel like everyone is trying to use me and it sucks my own family is doing the same. I can’t do this s**t and take care of everyone. I’m so f**king tired of everything and everyone. I went out on a limb and this is the thanks I get.”

Dina Doesn’t Want To Grow Up

As psychotherapist Dr. Robi Ludwig puts it, “it sounds like Dina in her own mind is somewhat adolescent. She likes the idea of being more of a peer than a parental role model — Dina is not acting age appropriate.”

No, Dina — you are not acting age appropriate. You are a 50-year-old woman, who still has a 16-year-old son, Cody, living at home.

You are not a 26-year-old actress, like Lindsay.

Dina Should Be Keeping Lindsay Out of Trouble, Not Getting Her Into It!

As an adult and a mother, you should be the last person that your drama-addicted daughter has such a big fight with that police had to be called.

Dina, YOU, should not be the reason that Lindsay has another run-in with the law, in any way. She’s already been jaled twice and is currently on “informal probation.” Do you really want your daughter to have to end up in court again because you were fighting with her?

That’s a little selfish, Dina. Or should I say — a lot selfish!

It makes me wonder, Dina, if you’re not just really jealous of Lindsay. It’s always seemed like you wanted to live your life vicariously through Lindsay, and Dr. Lieberman agrees.

“Dina is now super jealous of Lindsay, especially since she seems to be turning her life around. Dina wants to attract more media attention and men,” Dr. Lieberman believes.

So Dina, if you’re jealous of Lindsay, are you trying to sabotage her recovery from addiction and from a huge career low?

Dina Is Sabotaging Lindsay’s Career

You absolutely ARE sabotaging but her sobriety and her career prospects. Every fight, every police incident, will make film producers less likely to offer Lindsay roles- they don’t want the drama and uncertainty about her behavior on their sets!

Dina — you and Lindsay need to be in counseling, the sooner, the better, says Dr. Gilda Carle, The 30 Second Therapist for Today.com. “This is not healthy, especially since there are other children in the house. The other kids will see their mom as competition, not someone to go for advice, support and love.”

Yet, that’s what Lindsay wants from you, Dina. She does want a mom, who is more mature and stable, than she is. If she wasn’t desperate to have a mom, she would have cut off her relationship with you long ago. But she NEEDS a mom. She already doesn’t have a dad. Publicity-hungry Michael Lohan is hardly a father she can count on for support and guidance.

Lindsay Is Desperate For A Real Mother

“Lindsay is crying out ‘Mommy! Be my mommy and not my BFF!” says Dr. Gilda.

So listen Dina — if you don’t get counseling and turn your non-mothering behavior around, then Lindsay is NEVER going to recover from her addictions. She can’t continue to spend time with a key enabler, says Dr. Robi Ludwig.

Dina — take a long hard look at yourself. Do you want cops in your driveway intervening in a fight between you and Lindsay ever again? Does that make you proud?I hope your answer is NO!

Lindsay Lohan better not party with her mama anymore. HollywoodLife.com spoke to a source, just hours after police were called to Dina Lohan‘s house, and it turns out, Lindsay isn’t too thrilled with her mom right now.

“Everything is all right now, she’s fine,” a friend of Lindsay’s tells HollywoodLife.com. “She told friends, ‘My family is fu**king crazy and someone had a little too much to drink. I didn’t feel safe at all.’”

Police Called to Scene of Dina and Lindsay’s Fight

“Police were called to the scene at 8:08 a.m. and Lindsay got into a verbal argument with her mother, Dina,” Nassau County police officer Eloise Abdullah tells HollywoodLife.com.

Dina & Lindsay Lohan’s Fight Got Physical

But like we told you before, the fight was really bad. Lindsay was partying at the Dream Downtown’s Electric Room — the same place she was at where she allegedly hit a pedestrian on Sept. 19 — uh oh! The whole thing started because Lindsay wanted to go to her hotel but Dina made Lindsay go back to their home in Long Island.

Lindsay Lohan has had her fair share of violent altercations this year, but we never expected one to be with her own mom, Dina Lohan. The two were reportedly partying all night in NYC and got into a big fight  this morning, Oct. 10, at Dina’s home in Long Island, New York.

“Police were called to the scene at 8:08 a.m. and Lindsay got into a verbal argument with her mother, Dina,” Nassau County police officer Eloise Abdullah tells HollywoodLife.com.

Contrary to reports claiming that the call was made for domestic violence, police tell HollywoodLife.com that’s not true and that no arrests were made.

However, the fight was so bad, according to TMZ, that Dina scratched her daughter’s leg during the argument. The two were reportedly partying all night at the Electric Room in the Dream Downtown hotel — where LiLo allegedly hit a pedestrian with her car on Sept. 19 — in NYC before the fight. Dina was “wasted,” according to TMZ, and wanted to take Lindsay’s limo back to her home in Long Island to avoid paying for a taxi. Lindsay wanted to take her limo to her hotel, but Dina ended up getting her way which lead to the heated fight.

This is the third time Lindsay has had a run-in with police in the last two months. Most recently, on Sept. 30, Lindsay was allegedly attacked by Christian Labella in her hotel room at the W in NYC after partying.

The 26-year-old Liz & Dick star was also spotted dining with Bachelor star Jesse Palmer on Oct. 8, a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

It’s so sad that Lindsay and her mom’s fight was so heated that they had to call the police. We hope they both get the help they need soon so they can have a healthy mother/daughter relationship.

Lindsay Lohan is on the prowl! The 26-year-old actress hasn’t been laying low while in NYC. The actress, who got into a physical fight with her mom, Dina Lohan, on Oct. 10, and HollywoodLife.com can tell you that she spent the previous night partying at NYC’s Catch, and she couldn’t help but introduce herself to former Bachelor star and sports analyst for ESPN, Jesse Palmer.

“Lindsay’s table was next to Jesse’s and she kept looking over,” a source says. “Finally she walked over and introduced herself and her younger brother Cody. She couldn’t stop smiling and saying what a big fan her brother was of Cody.”

The eyewitness goes on to tell HollywoodLife.com that Lindsay didn’t appear to be intoxicated and was sitting at a table  next to Jesse’s with what looked to be “business types” and other members of her entourage.

We told you that a 911 call was made on Oct. 10, and police arrived at Dina’s home in Long Island, because the two got into a fight. HollywoodLife.com spoke to the Nassau County Police Department who tells us the fight was not violent.

Lindsay Lohan is synonymous with partying, drinking, and jail time, but mom, Dina Lohan, gave her troubled daughter a run for her money on Sept 17. The talented actress’ mom appeared on the Dr. Phil show to set the record straight about her daughter — but ended up setting off a firestorm of criticism.

Dina was showing bizzarre and erratic behavior while being interviewed by the TV psychologist, which prompted many people — her ex-husband Michael Lohan included — to wonder if she had been drinking.

Are We Rolling?

In the beginning of the segment, when Dr. Phil first asked a question, she interrupted him and asked, “are we to camera now? Are we rolling? I’m sorry,” she said, and kept asking the cameras to cut and stop rolling.

The interview just continued awkwardly and went in circles from there. Fed up, Dr. Phil stated, ”I don’t know at all what you’re saying.”

Fist Pound DENIED

“I’ll sit closer, so we’re friends?” Dina said, scooting forward on the couch. “Nice shoes, I like them, by the way. Am I the toughest guest you’ve ever had?” she tried to joke. ”Can we pound that?” she asked, with her fist stretched out. “No? OK.”

“You have come on here and been phony and inauthentic, with these deflections and dodges,” to which Dina decided to give the middle figure to the camera and crew and said, “sorry.” ”And that doesn’t help,” he added.

Dr. Phil’s Little Shoes …. ?

“You’ve interrupted me for about the thousandth time,” he said. Then she went on a tangent about Dr. Phil’s little tie and little shoes — whatever that means.

Ali Lohan is taking her weight loss way too far according to a top expert.  The 18-year-old stepped out in Malibu on April 18 with her sister Lindsay Lohan and she was so painfully thin that it was hard to even look at her and now HollywoodLife.com can tell you why!

“Ali is definitely showing signs of malnutrition,” Alicia Hunter, author of The Accidental Diet: From Fugly to Fox tells us. “Her hair looks damaged and dull and her skin looks way too pale! Poor nutrition and health issues can show themselves in bad skin and hair.”

We’ve told you that Ali is pursuing a modeling career and reports claim that her momager Dina Lohan is pushing her to be another breadwinner for their family.

“I would love to see Ali increase her lean proteins,” Alicia tells us. “I’m sure she’s concerned about gaining weight because of her modeling career, but adding lean proteins like salmon and chicken are great ways to increase muscle mass and add weight, but avoid bloat and unhealthy refined carbs. She could also add almonds or walnuts to her diet, which are good sources of vitamin E. They will improve her skin and hair.”

“Ali’s body could also benefit by adding some strength training into her workout regimen.”

Los Angeles nutritionist, Lisa de Fazio, agrees and explains another reason behind Ali’s malnourished look. “Women who come from families where addiction is a problem are at higher risk for eating disorders,” she says. “It can be a way of dealing with stress and controlling your life. If she were my daughter, I would get her professional help! She just does not look healthy!”
