Heaven is The Art of Elysium’s largest annual fundraiser, supporting the majority of the foundation’s operating costs, and ensuring the continuation and expansion of its mission to make art a catalyst for social change, and bring creativity into the lives of tens of thousands of hospitalized children. Colleen Atwood was chosen to serve as the 2013 Visionary, creating her version of Heaven “where the sea meets the sky in the mist of the eye”, and David Arquette was honored with the 2013 “Spirit of Elysium” Award for his involvement in the charity.

Musical guests included Mariachi el Bronx during cocktail hour, and performances by Josh Radin and Chad Gendason while guests enjoyed food prepared by Wolfgang Puck. To finish out the night, guests enjoyed an intimate serenade from John Legend at the after-party. This year’s gala was title sponsored by Audi and powered by Cîroc Vodka and category sponsor, Tweezerman. Colleen Atwood’s Heaven was generously produced by Yifat Oren & Associates.

Also the celebs kept things safe with CIROC’s Safe Rides program. Stacey Keibler and Julianne Hough were some of the celebs to take advantage of a safe drive to and from the event. Very Smart ladies!

Having been separated since October of 2010, Courteney Cox and David Arquette are finally going through with an official divorce. David filed his papers Friday and, today, it’s been revealed that Courteney took to the courts on Friday as well, filing her response and revealing some shocking information.

According to TMZ, Courteney made no mention of a prenup in her documents and, if that’s true, everything they’ve earned while they’ve been together for the past 12 and a half years would be considered community property and be split 50/50. Courteney is reportedly worth $75 million, while David is only worth $15 mil.

It appears both Courteney and David are handling this like adults, both asking for joint physical and legal custody of their daughter, Coco, and possibly even having filed together. However, should the absence of a prenup prove true, David could be walking away with quite a considerable sum.

David Arquette filed legal papers Friday to divorce estranged wife Courteney Cox, reports TMZ.

The actor, who cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the divorce, asked for joint legal and physical custody of Coco, whose 8th birthday is tomorrow.

The couple, who married on June 12, 1999, first announced their split in October 2010. The legal documents were apparently signed by David on March 23, 2012 and David has been holding on to them for months, apparently.

Although he wasn’t going to win any awards for his dancing, David Arquette was definitely in the running for Mr. Congeniality. The 40-year-old comedian was eliminated from Dancing with the Stars last night and HollywoodLife.com has learned he’s already greatly missed by the cast, crew and one guy in particular.

“Everyone is super bummed about David leaving, especially Rob [Kardashian],” our on-set source dishes. “Next to Carson Kressley, David was considered the most fun out of everyone…and now they are both gone.”

In addition to being the youngest contestant on the show, Rob, 24, is also feeling particularly vulnerable because of his sister Kim Kardashian‘s controversial divorce. Thankfully, the cast is looking out for him.

“David was really good about all of that, but many of the cast and crew have come up to Rob and said they have his back if he gets bombarded with Kim questions,” our insider says. “The DWTS group really is like a big family.”

Both David Arquette and Nancy Grace were two of the most entertaining contestants on Dancing with the Stars this season, so we hated to see either of them go. Unfortunately, one of them kissed the show goodbye tonight…and we weren’t happy with the outcome!

David was eliminated and the decision was booed for nearly a minute by the audience in the ballroom.

“This whole thing has been incredible, but there must be a mistake because this is my show,” the 40-year-old entertainer said, imitating Maksim‘s outburst last week. “I can’t be going home.”

He added, “I came here to get to know more about myself, face my fears, entertain people…Kym, thank you so much. You’ve been so sweet and patient with me and I hope to dance with you a lot more if you’ll have me.”

What a whirlwind! It was ’80s week on Dancing with the Stars Oct. 17 and host Tom Bergeron told us we’re already halfway through season 13 — how the time flies! Since the very first week, I’ve been pulling for Ricki Lake to take home the Mirror Ball Trophy, but after tonight’s performance, I think J.R. Martinez might be more deserving. He actually looked like more of a pro dancer than a contestant!

Hope Solo: Hope and Maks’ tango to “Livin’ On A Prayer” could have been amazing, but there was something too intense about Hope’s performance that made it odd. “You’re so strong that sometimes you have to realize less is more,” Carrie Ann Inaba said. I agree completely. At the end, Hope did some crazy moves with the microphone that made me uncomfortable. 24/30

Carson Kressley: Carson and Anna’s dances continue to get more and more ridiculous with each passing week and their jive tonight was no exception. Carrie Ann complained that his technique was terrible for week five, but Bruno raved, “That was loopier than a Looney Tune.” Len sadly told them it wasn’t enough for them to come back next week, but Carson indignantly said, “We’ll let America decide.” VOTE, AMERICA, VOTE! 19/30

Nancy Grace: Last week, Nancy’s dance was emotionless and a little awkward, but tonight I felt like she and Tristan redeemed themselves with their rumba. Carrie Ann felt like it was disconnected, but I actually thought it was entertaining and fun. Bruno said, “For me, it was one of your best performances” and I’m on his level. Keep Nancy around for another week! 22/30

J.R. Martinez: Holy genius samba! Where did that come from?! We all knew J.R. has great natural ability, but he hit it out the ball park tonight with the sexiest samba I’ve ever seen. “You’re like a…sex machine,” Bruno raved. “I’m telling you! You had so much fire down below it was like a volcano! Brilliant!” Couldn’t have said it better myself…I think he’s my favorite to win at this point. 28/30

Rob Kardashian: Rob and Cheryl killed their rumba to “Hello” by Lionel Richie. Thus far in the competition, Rob’s seemed unsure of himself on the dance floor, but tonight he finally took control and had a commanding performance. “I said from the beginning I saw potential in you,” Carrie Ann said. “That was strong and sexy!” 25/30

Chaz Bono: Chaz’s samba with Lacey to “Get Down on It” by Kool & the Gang was entertaining, but he struggles compared to his competition. “That was the most dancing I’ve seen you do!” Carrie Ann said. As far as dancing ability is concerned, Chaz is on Carson’s level, but I think he’s less fun to watch. He made a valiant effort, but it’s time for his ship to sail… 21/30

David Arquette: It was weird seeing David telling Kym how the dance should be choreographed — he was so scared the moves wouldn’t follow the rules! I thought the dance to “Tainted Love” was David’s best yet. “We’re at the beginning of the end,” Len said. “You have to show up or shut up…and you have shown up and it was fantastic!” 25/30

Ricki Lake: Ricki and Derek Hough have probably been the two most consistent dancers in the entire competition, but tonight she flubbed majorly on her foxtrot. To be honest with you, I hardly noticed their timing was off, but the judges ripped them a new one. Last week when Chynna Phillips screwed up once, she got booted the next day. I don’t think will happen to Ricki, but it’s scary nonetheless! 24/30

Overall, J.R. impressed me the most tonight and I think he’s going to take the Mirror Ball Trophy. In my opinion, Chaz should get the boot this week. He’s objectively the least skilled dancer in the competition! What do YOU think? Who’s getting eliminated tomorrow?

We can’t say we were too shocked with the results of Dancing with the Stars Sept. 27. In fact, we were hoping this person would have gotten eliminated week one, so it was a relief it happened this week, especially with two of our favorites in the bottom!

Elisabetta Canalis, who is best known for being George Clooney‘s ex-girlfriend, was the unfortunate star to get the boot during this week’s elimination round. Chaz Bono and David Arquette – who both go about the competition with great attitudes and tons of charm — were the other two in the bottom three.

Hopefully this extra week gives David and Chaz time to rehearse their hearts out and step up their games!

Courteney cheered on her estranged husband of 11 years with their seven-year-old daughter Coco by her side. So sweet!

It was such an unbelievable gesture for Courteney Cox to come out and support David Arquette, who she split with back in October 2010 after 11 years together, for his debut on Dancing With The Stars. David, who’s celebrating eight months of sobriety, was able to let go of all his dancing fears as his proud ex and adorable daughter Coco, 7, cheered him on as he glided over the dance floor with his partner, reigning champion Kym Johnson!

David and Kym performed a Viennese Waltz that resulted in a standing ovation from the audience. The actor, 40, has been in a very vulnerable state, but maybe this dancing experience is putting him back on track. He was AMAZING!

Not to mention, his daughter Coco stole the show with her reaction to her daddy’s dance — she was so proud and happy! “She’s just so beautiful,” David told Brooke Burke backstage after receiving a score of 18 for his first dance. “She’s the love of my life.” Aww!
