Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake apparently just can’t quit each other. Although the couple broke up in March, it appears they’ve rekindled their longterm romance. But how can these two lovebirds avoid a second split?

Justin and Jess have been “quietly seeing each other again,” a source tells Us Weekly, who claims that the happy reunion became official over July 4th weekend. “They have been talking the whole time and decided to give it another shot. Jessica really wanted to get back together with him and Justin realized single life is not what it’s cracked up to be,” the insider added.

What made JT reconsider the break? “It’s hard to find a girl like Jess,” the source laments.

But now that the two are reunited, how can they make their love last a second time around and for that matter, how can you?

Get to the root of the problem. Were you and your BF arguing before? Had your relationship lost its spark? Don’t ignore the flaws in your relationship: confront them. If you’ve been a couple for as long as JT and Jess had, you should be comfortable enough and adult enough to discuss what’s wrong.

Make time for one another. Even if your schedules are as busy as Justin and Jessica’s are, make sure to let your other half know that you’re thinking about him, and vice versa. Even if you’re working 12-hour days or are super busy with a huge project, a phone call or text doesn’t take much time.

Be honest. Communicate. Don’t play head games with your BF to make him jealous or get his attention — you’re above and beyond that.

Be supportive. Show him that you’re there for him. Ask him about his day when you know he wants to talk, and don’t pressure him when you know he needs to let off steam. Again, if you’ve been together for any amount of time, you should be aware of his patterns and feelings.

Be his friend. Justin and Jess have referred to one another as “best friends” before, and you need that element in a lasting relationship. You want your boyfriend to be someone you can discuss anything with, whom you also want to hold at the end of the day. Don’t go all diva: be his best buddy and he’ll never want to let you go.

These days, wherever Selena Gomez goes, Justin Bieber follows — and vice versa. It’s rare that you’ll see the two young lovebirds anywhere without the other. But is it healthy to be together non-stop, or will their relationship suffer from ‘too much too soon’ syndrome?

It’s true that the 17-year-old singer and his singer/actress girlfriend always seem to be in each other’s pockets. He hung out backstage while she promoted her new movie, Monte Carlo, on Fox & Friends in NYC June 29. They shopped at Armani Exchange in midtown Manhattan June 28 — and even repeatedly dropped the ‘l’ bomb several times in public. Prior to that, on June 23, the “Baby” singer attended his baby’s premiere, acting like a doting boyfriend. They have also attended the Billboard Music Awards and MTV Movie Awards together and have vacationed in both Hawaii and St. Lucia.

They have been together for eight months. Given the time frame, is this young couple spending too much time together to make it last?

Honestly, I don’t think so. The two kept their relationship casual at first, and as time has progressed, their love has evolved. It’s only natural to want to spend more time with someone as you get to know them better and fall for them harder. Justin and Selena’s romance is going at a normal, safe speed.

I will say this though: the two do seem to be spending so much time having a party of two, that their friendships may suffer as a result. The most important thing to remember when you’re all loved up is to maintain contact with your friends. You never know what’s going to happen in the long run, and you definitely don’t want to be left friendless and boy-friendless should your relationship end.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have fallen hard for one another. Although they sometimes refer to the other as “a friend”, the two aren’t shy about sharing their real feelings when they think they’re out of the media’s eye. In fact, they say “I love you” all the time! But is eight months into a relationship too soon to really know how you feel?

While shopping at Armani Exchange’s 51st and Fifth Avenue location in NYC June 28, the two repeatedly dropped the “L” bomb. “Justin and Selena were holding hands as they shopped and said ‘I love you’ to each other not once, but several times in public. Everyone could hear them,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “I guess they want to share their love with the world. They were at the store about 5:30 p.m. and stayed for about 20 minutes or so.”

Adds the insider, “Justin’s bodyguard wouldn’t let anyone get to close to them, but that didn’t stop them from showing off their affection for each other. They were just in their own world…dazed and in love!”

But is eight months too soon? Well, take Justin’s pal Kim Kardashian as an example. Her entire relationship — including saying the “L” word and a marriage proposal – occurred within six months. Just to make myself clear, that’s two months less than Justin and Selena have actually been dating. So yes, it is totally OK to throw “love” around in this time frame.

In fact, I believe it’s OK to tell your man I love you any time after you hit the three-month relationship mark. Of course, this depends on a) whether you actually feel genuine love or not b) how fast your relationship is progressing and c) whether he says it first. NEVER be the first person to tell him you love him — let him tell you, or you are going to freak him out and potentially drive him away.

We don’t know when J&S first started confessing these massive feelings for one another, but if they did only happen really recently, then there’s a very, very good chance the two have a shot at lasting for a long time. Emotions that build over time are the best, as they’re genuine.

Regardless, it’s a wonderful thing when your feelings are reciprocated. All you need (to hear) is love, right?

Justin Bieber is saying really sweet things about girlfriend Selena Gomez behind her back. The 17-year-old singer recently confided that she makes him a better person. Aw! Should your relationship be the same?

“She’s a really good person,” Justin told Entertainment Tonight. “She brings out the best in me.”

This is actually the sign of a really strong, healthy relationship. You want your respective other to complement you and bring out the best in you (to ‘complete you’, if we’re going all Jerry Maguire here).

When you love and respect someone, you’re going to turn into the best version of you. He’s going to balance you and add to who you are as a person, and that’s a wonderful thing.

On the other hand, your partner doesn’t always necessarily need to make you a better person. You don’t have to turn into Mother Teresa just because you’re in love.

So don’t go feeling like you need to be a saint, and that if you haven’t, your romance is doomed. That’s not the case. But if he doesn’t at least make you happy, then I would reassess how much you really need this particular guy in your life.

You can’t gauge the speed of your own by a friend’s. You’ll know when you and your man are official by the way he acts towards you, and how frequently you see him. For example, if you’re going on dates with a guy twice a week for two months, your relationship is progressing at a much slower rate than the girl who goes out with a guy five times a week for two months. If you don’t have the patience it takes to wait for the guy you’re with to come around, then he simply isn’t the right guy for you.

If you work together, the situation gets a tad stickier. You need to be very careful before you get involved with a co-worker, and make sure its the real deal before you announce your affection at the workplace. Not only will your relationship potentially worry your bosses, but a break-up causes friction on the job. Unless you’re sure that you’re in love and it’s going to last — that it’s more than a casual fling — you shouldn’t say anything about your new man.

It sucks to be apart from the one that you love, especially when you’re still head over heels for one another as Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are. The adorable Twilight couple is not doing well now that there’s distance between them, but here’s how they can cope!

While Rob, 25, is shooting Cosmopolis in Toronto, his lady love is in his hometown of London working on Snow White and the Huntsman. Neither is happy that their hectic production schedule is keeping them apart, but it’s something they’re going to have to get used to now that the final Twilight films, Breaking Dawn 1 & 2, have been shot.

“Rob and Kristen are used to spending every second together, working and living in the same place,” a source tells In Touch. “Not being together has been hard.”

The two reportedly haven’t seen each other since the MTV Movie Awards June 5, and barely have time to talk on the phone.

Now, the distance can be bearable if its for short periods of time, like a few weeks here and there. But when you aren’t seeing your guy, you definitely need to be able to hear his voice if you’re in a committed relationship, so my suggestion is this: make time.

Because of the time difference and their busy shooting schedules, Rob and Kristen may not actually be able to link up for days at a time. But they should still leave each other cute phone messages in order to hear one another’s voices. Taking photos of yourself – or having a friend do it — and sending them via text or email is also a good way to let your man know you’re thinking about him.

If you can, Skype. Even if it’s just once a week. You need to have as much interaction as possible.

But you know, some separation is healthy for a relationship. You need to have time apart in order to grow as a couple. After all, absence does make the heart grow fonder!

How should you act when meeting your boyfriend’s parents?

It’s getting serious between young lovebirds Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez! It’s so serious, in fact, that the Biebster took his GF home to meet the family. To her credit, Selena is putting in a ton of effort to make the Bieber clan adore her as much as he does — and here’s why this is the smartest move she could be making!

After missing his sister Jazmyn‘s third birthday in Tuesday because he and his lady love were hanging out in Texas, the two jetted to Justin’s hometown of Stratford, Ontario, Canada to belatedly celebrate with his sibling. Selena, 18, has not only played with Jazmyn, but has spent time getting to know her boyfriend’s dad, Jeremy. She also spent some QT with his mom, Pattie Mallette, grandparents, step-mom and step-sister Amanda while Justin worked out. Smooth move, Ms. Gomez!

Why am I so impressed by Selena? Well, it’s one thing for your man to adore you, but if his parents don’t approve, it’s eventually going to cause problems. By hanging out independently with his family members, Selena is showing that she’s invested in the relationship. She’s getting an additional — and highly coveted — stamp of approval.

It’s not the end of the world if your boyfriend’s family doesn’t love you or warm to your immediately, but to have them actually like you is a great thing. You want to be the type of girl your guy takes home to meet mom and dad.

Just FYI, when you’re meeting the family, try not to be nervous. It’s extremely anxiety-inducing to meet the fam, so try to be yourself. Your BF loves you for you, so why shouldn’t his family? You have nothing to worry about!
