After Glee’s “Sadie Hawkins” episode, I am convinced that Sam (Chord Overstreet) would be a perfect match for Blaine (Darren Criss). Not only are they both incredibly sexy and easy on the eyes, but they’re adorable together, as evidenced by their joint plot to take down The Warblers on the Jan. 24 episode.

Okay, I get it. Sam identifies as a straight man. But it’s not uncommon for someone in high school to learn new things about themselves. It wouldn’t be unrealistic for Sam to come out of the closet. In fact, there’s the possibility that he’s bisexual. (I can dream, right?)

My hopes are not that far fetched. In the season two episode, “Duets,” Sam’s attractiveness is immediately noticed by Kurt (Chris Colfer), who assumes he’s gay because of his nice hair. Kurt asked Sam to perform a duet with him and he happily obliged, at least until Kurt “broke up” with him.

If Kurt and Blaine can’t reunite, at least we know they have the same taste in men.

And let’s face it. Klaine is over. We’ve gone through the motions — denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. I’ve moved on. Plus, Kurt is a bit boring. Blaine needs someone exciting, someone local… someone with a hot body. (Sorry, I said it.)

The Backstory On ‘Sadie Hawkins’

Inspired by this event, Finn (Cory Monteith) requests that the girls of New Directions sing a song of their choice to a guy in the group, thus asking them to the dance as well. It seems like a fun idea until Tina starts serenading Blaine. Sadly (but definitely not shockingly), Blaine turns her down. Tina is floored.

While you may think you know why Blaine turned down Tina, think again. It’s not because she’s a woman — it’s because she’s not who he currently has a crush on! Blaine breaks down and tells Tina that he has a crush on… Sam! (I’m going to be completely honest and say that I’m totally on board this ship. BLAM!)

How cool is that nickname?! BLAM! It puts Brangelina to shame.

Aside from these two odd, but cute crushes we have on our hands, much of the Ohio storyline revolved around Sam trying to figure out how The Warblers could have cheated at sectionals. Surprisingly, he cracked the mystery with a few yearbook photos and one useful cellphone video.

Apparently, The Warblers took steroids and that’s how they did all those crazy flips during sectionals, helping them come out on top!

Sam may have saved the glee club, and I’m almost positive that makes him even more sexy in Blaine’s eyes.

New York, New York

While Rachel (Lea Michele) continues advancing her relationship with Brody (Dean Geyer), Kurt (Chris Colfer) meets a new friend at NYADA.

Feeling a bit lost as a new student, Kurt ventures out to find an extracurricular activity to partake in. After spotting a flyer for The Adam’s Apples, a show choir group, Kurt meets the group’s leader, Adam (Oliver Kieran-Jones), who urges him to join.

While Rachel insists it’d be career suicide, Kurt can’t help but follow his gut — and his feelings. Mr. Hummel appears to have a crush on Adam. In fact, Kurt follows Adam around campus, pretending to accidentally run into him. Finally, after three or four run-ins, Kurt musters up the courage to ask Adam for his number.

Meanwhile, Rachel appears to be absolutely enamored with Brody. That is, until he shows up 45 minutes late to a dinner she prepared. Rachel puts her foot down, insisting she won’t put up with such behavior. However, Brody uses some smooth moves while apologizing and Rachel ends up asking him to move in with her!

Ryan Murphy’s Twitter account is full of juicy scoop on Glee! On Jan. 18, Ryan tweeted a a pic, revealing who will be getting married before season’s end — the proof is in the wedding gown!

“Um…” Ryan tweeted on Jan. 18, under a photo of what appears to look like Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) walking down the aisle in a wedding gown. Ironically, Sue married herself back in season two, so this wedding comes as a complete surprise!

Not only does it surprise us, but this new pic makes us wonder if Emma (Jayma Mays) and Will (Matthew Morrison) will even walk down the aisle this season. Executive producer Dante Di Loreto told HollywoodLife.com sister site TVLine that “there is a wedding in the air. What is exciting about this show is there are certain things about that are undeniable. There are certain things that you could sit home and think, I really want this to happen.” (Notice she said wedding, not weddings.)

While we initially suspected the newlyweds to be Emma and Will, Dante said, “There are some things that are going to shock the heck out of you.”

Consider us shocked.

A Klaine Reunion For The Wedding?

Ryan tweeted another juicy pic on Jan. 17, hinting that Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) may go to the wedding TOGETHER.

Along with a picture of the men looking dapper in sexy suits, Ryan tweeted, “Come What May.”

Mike O’Malley returns to Glee on Dec. 13 as Kurt’s (Chris Colfer) adorable father Burt. While he ends up playing a role in Kurt and Blaine’s (Darren Criss) reunion, the actor reveals that it may be his parting gift to the series.

Mike does admit to helping Kurt and Blaine reunite, but it may just as friends. The actor also reveals that his life may take a turn for the worse!

“Spoiler alert: I die! I die but I come back to life,” Mike tells E!

Let’s hope Mike is just kidding. Burt did have a heart attack once before, so it wouldn’t be a far fetched storyline. If Burt does live past the mid-season finale, however, Mike hopes to make recurring visits to the series as long as the show is on air.

“This season has been fantastic. I love the new cast members and the old cast members are still doing great,” he continued telling E! “The show is alive and vibrant and awesome.”

While tonight’s Klaine reunion may give hope to those shippers, a new roadblock, in the form of actor Oliver Kieran Jones, may deter a full-on reconciliation. The sexy Brit was just cast as Kurt’s potential new love interest, according to HollywoodLife.com’s sister site DeadLine.com.

I caught up with Darren Criss in the Meatpacking District of New York City on Sunday Dec. 9. There, I enjoyed an intimate Christmas show at the eBay Toy Box pop-up shop and a one-on-one chat with the Glee hunk, who revealed the direction of Blaine’s future!

Darren Is Sticking Around For The Long Haul

Even though Blaine and Kurt (Chris Colfer) broke up earlier this season, don’t expect Darren to jump ship from the series that made him a household name!

Darren told HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “I hope [Glee will] have me around for as long as possible. I certainly love that job and I do rue the day it’s over, even though it’ll be a great jumping off point for a lot of people on the show, ideally.”

Blaine’s Backstory on Glee

Darren first appeared on Glee on Nov. 9, 2010, during season two,  serving as a friend and mentor to Kurt. Chemistry between the two characters, combined with fan support for the potential couple,  led co-creator Ryan Murphy to link the two characters romantically and promote Darren to series regular at the start of season three.

However, with the start of season four, came a shift in the direction of the series. Kurt, Rachel and many of the seniors of McKinley High graduated and ventured off in different directions to pursue their college careers and chase their dreams. Unfortunately, Kurt’s move to NYC left Blaine by his lonesome at McKinley High and their relationship suffered. In turn, Blaine cheated on Kurt.

A ‘Glee’ Spinoff Featuring Blaine?

With Blaine losing his position as Kurt’s other half, he’s struggling to find his place in the series. Thanks to my chat with Darren, though, I can now sleep soundly at night knowing that Darren has no interest in leaving Glee, even if it takes a while for him to adjust without Kurt!  (I would, however, wholeheartedly support a Blaine spinoff!)

“You know, I’m really enjoying myself and I can’t really imagine it getting any better than that when you get to do so many things in such a wonderful, fun, whimsical context, under such extraordinary circumstances,” Darren added.

Darren’s Recording An Album

I also discussed the fact that Darren is currently recording an album with Sony Music Entertainment!

“Before Glee, I worked mostly as a recording artist and as a musician and a writer. There’s always been songs to record. Slowly but surely, I’m finding the right things I would hopefully one day want to release. I’m always working on music, so hopefully when it does come out, it’s something that I can be proud of.”

When asked what type of music his album will consist of, Darren said simply, ”Fun music.”

Kurt (Chris Colfer) made the first step towards a reconciliation with Blaine (Darren Criss) by calling his former lover on the Nov. 29 episode of Glee. It’s a start, but Kurt needs to go all the way by fully forgiving Blaine.

During a one-on-one session at Vogue, Kurt’s boss Isabelle (Sarah Jessica Parker) asks him about his situation with Blaine (Blaine cheated on Kurt). Kurt says he’s not interested in listening to Blaine, but she says that until Kurt can forgive him, it’ll be hard for him to move on himself. (Let’s hope he doesn’t move on, but he does need to forgive Blaine!)

Thankfully (no pun intended), after a lively rendition of the Scissor Sisters’ “Let’s Have A Kiki,” Kurt finds some privacy on the fire escape and calls Blaine!

During the emotional phone call, Kurt says, “Look, you’ve said you’re sorry a million times. And I believe you. I’m trying to forgive you, but I’m just not there yet. But it’s Thanksgiving and it’s Sectionals and I miss you like crazy. I can’t stand not talking to you, even though I’m mad at you because you’re still my best friend. At Christmas, we need to have a mature heart to heart.”

While the phone call was short, yet full of hope for a Klaine reunion, Blaine ended the phone call saying, ”Kurt, I love you so much.” Kurt matched his sentiments and said, “I love you too.”

This is great news, Gleeks! We’re on the right path for a Kurt and Blaine reunion! Here are 5 reasons why I think they should reunite for good:

1. Kurt and Blaine have similar interests. They’re both into choir and they both have huge aspirations to become successful theater stars! 

2. Kurt and Blaine have been through so much together. They’ve competed in Sectionals together, Nationals, share the same friends, and experienced the same heartaches (R.I.P. Jean Sylvester). 

3. Blaine will do anything for Kurt. The one-time Warbler transferred schools to be with his man — thats dedication! 

4. Blaine is so sexy. Kurt would be foolish to let him go! (Looks aren’t everything, but it’s Darren Criss for crying out loud.)

5. True love is unconditional. Blaine at least deserves a second chance. He seems really sorry and misses Kurt tremendously.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy promised his Twitter followers that there will be a holiday duet for estranged lovers Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Blaine (Darren Criss) in the show’s Christmas episode, “Glee, Actually,” on Dec. 13. If that wasn’t enough to excite Klaine fans, Chris tweeted a photo of him and Darren ice skating at the Bryant Park rink in midtown Manhattan.

“Eleven hours in ice skates! We’re ready for the olympics…or the hospital,” Chris tweeted along with the photo above.

So what’s going on? Will Kurt and Blaine reunite before the end of the year?

“We were skating to ‘(I’m Dreaming of a) White Christmas’ — because I don’t know about you, but I definitely skate with my exes and sing Christmas carols all the time!” Chris told HollywoodLife.com sister site TVLine.com.

Chris continued to tell TVLine that Kurt and Blaine arrive at a certain “realization” that will determine the future of their relationship. As for why Blaine is in NYC, “There’s a reason he’s there, but it’s kind of a secret.”
