In an explosive new interview, Francois-Henri Pinault denies he turned his back on four-year-old Augustin, the result of a secret fling with French supermodel Linda!

Linda Evangelista shocked showbiz when she revealed the billionaire boss of luxury brands Gucci and Yves St. Laurent fathered her now four-year-old son Augustin James — during a break from his romance with now-wife Salma Hayek. The model, 46, launched a legal battle for $46,000-a-month in child support, and attacked her ex for ignoring his son. Now Francois-Henri Pinault is firing back!

“At every possible opportunity he [Augustin] has participated in my family life whether in France or the United States,” Francois, 49, tells the French edition of Elle magazine. “He is totally integrated within my family.”

There’s just a one-year age gap between Augustin and Valentina, Francois’ daughter with 45-year-old Salma — and he tells the magazine the two kids have a normal brother and sister relationship.

He may be spending time with his son, but Francois and Linda are still battling over exactly how much money he should contribute towards Augustin’s upbringing.

She claims Francois has never given her a penny to support Augustin and argues her son deserves the same luxuries Valentina enjoys.

Francois meanwhile claims $46,000 a month is WAY TOO MUCH and that her demands for $175,000 a year for police drivers to chauffeur her and Augustin and $80,000 a year for a full-time nanny are unrealistic.

Unless the pair can agree on a sum, the case will head towards a messy trial.

It’s great that Francois is facing up to his responsibilities as a father — let’s hope he reaches an agreement with Linda before this turns too nasty!

The nasty battle over custody of three-year-old isn’t easing up — the actress has launched a new offensive on her model ex.

Halle Berry has filed legal papers asking a court to hold Gabriel Aubry in contempt for violating their custody agreement over three-year-old daughter Nahla, What has he done wrong?Halle’s lawyer Neal Hersh hasn’t revealed what accusations are being leveled at Gabriel — but it’s not the first time she’s taken aim at the model.

Back in June, Halle, 44, claimed Gabriel had violated the custody deal by putting Nahla at risk! She submitted a huge dossier analyzing the 34-year-old’s allegedly neglectful parenting skills!

It’s been all out war between this pair since they first started fighting over Nahla earlier this year. And most of the aggression seems to come from Halle.

The fighting MUST be having an affect on Nahla. Should this pair stop bickering,  sit down and come to a FRIENDLY agreement for the sake of their daughter?

Amber Portwood, 21, who is currently in a rehab facility in Malibu, CA, might have lost the battle when it comes to custody of 2-year-old Leah. Gary Shirley‘s lawyer, Jeff Lockwood, tells Star magazine that the troubled Teen Mom star will most likely NOT regain custody of Leah, adding that Gary’s temporary custody arrangement will be made permanent. Do you think this is a good idea?

“I think custody will go to Gary,” his attorney explains to Star. In order for Amber to regain custody, she would need to be “able to maintain a clean track record,” Lockwood adds. And it sounds like neither Lockwood or Gary think she will be able to do that.

Amber is already in deep, having been hospitalized in June after a scary suicide attempt and being investigated by Child Protective Services and jailed for physical abuse after she attacked Gary on national TV.

But although Amber hasn’t made the best decisions, Lockwood ensures that she will see Leah as much as possible, considering Gary is on Amber’s side.

“We will aim for her to have a whole lot of visitation,” Lockwood says. He also hinted that the pair might move in together, so that Amber can be with Leah, despite her inability to get custody.

Teen Mom star Maci Bookout is fed up with her baby daddy Ryan Edwards‘ parents. Aside from putting ideas in his head to start a custody battle, Jen and Larry Edwards are trying to get involved in Maci’s love life by using Bentley‘s well-being as an excuse! What should she do? 

On a recent episode of Teen Mom, Jen learned that Maci, 20, and her serious boyfriend Kyle King were living together and ran and ratted the news out to Ryan. “You can prevent her from living with boyfriends. There’s not any judge around there that’s going to go for that,” she told Ryan. “It’s not a good arrangement for Bentley. There doesn’t need to be a bunch of guys coming in and out of his life.”

When Maci and Kyle watched the episode, they were OUTRAGED. “It aggravates the hell out of me,” Maci tells Us Weekly. “Ryan’s parents aren’t doing this for Bentley’s benefit.”

“Kyle is the only person I have dated since Ryan, and to date Ryan has had five girlfriends and they have all met Bentley,” Maci adds. “I don’t think it bothered Ryan. I think it bothered his parents. Ryan’s parents tell him what to do.”

Maci is sick of the Edwards treating Kyle like some random guy, when he plays a huge role in Bentley’s life — he’s pretty much a second dad!

“Kyle gets very frustrated that he has no say in anything, yet he takes on more responsibility than Ryan does,” Maci says of Kyle, who recently quit his job in Nashville to move to Chattanooga, Tenn. to be with her and Bentley. “He is like, ‘I’m basically Bentley’s other dad. I provide for you guys, I am here for you guys, but I can’t do anything.”

Maci feels that Ryan’s parents are being “selfish” and simply pushing him to go to court just so they can get more time with Bentley. But Maci’s done being nice.

“The only way Ryan could ever get a single right is if he got it from a judge,” Maci admits. “I can decide if Ryan gets to see him or not. I get to decide everything. I’m sure it scares him.”

Because of the way Bentley treated Ashley Hebert, his ex wife Suzette says their custody arrangements have changed and he hardly sees his 2-year-old daughter Cozette!

Bentley Williams might be one of the most hated men in America thanks to the way he treated Bachelorette Ashley Hebert on this season of the hit ABC show. And although Ashley, 27, is now happily engaged to her dream man J.P. Rosenbaum, 34, Bentley still can’t escape his bad boy reputation — even within his family!

His ex-wife Suzette Davis, who maintained a wonderful relationship with Bentley, 29, after their split, tells Star magazine that The Bachelorette ruined their relationship.

“We were best friends,” says Suzettte, 31, who is the mother of Bentley’s 2-year-old daughter Cozy. “Now we don’t talk at all. Even if here was a small chance of us getting back together, now, there’s no chance.”

It’s gotten so bad that Suzette had to restrict Bentley access to his daughter, who he famously used as an excuse to leave a heartbroken Ashley.

“He still sees his daughter, but the rules between us have changed,” Suzette reveals. “He doesn’t see her as often. He just doesn’t want to be here.” Oh no.

Suzette says she doesn’t look at Bentley the same way since he appeared on the show and adds that his behavior made her “question everything.”

“He needed to be more careful about how he acted on the show and what he said about Ashley,” she adds. “Now it’s haunting him, me and eventually, his daughter. All of us are paying the price.”

It sounds like there might be a bitter custody battle brewing between Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony. According to a new report, J.Lo, 42, is seeking full custody of their 3-year-old twins Max and Emme and is determined to make sure she is their primary caretaker. Wow, too harsh?

Marc hasn’t been seen with the twins since the mid-July split, probably because they’ve been traveling with J.Lo — first in New York, then in Miami and now in Atlanta where she’s filming What To Expect When You’re Expecting.

Max and Emme were seen at a playground with their mom on July 31 and then were spotted multiple times at the pool in their Atlanta hotel.

“They are always with their mom,” a source tells Us Weekly. “Jennifer lights up around her kids. She’s incredible, balancing work and being a good mom.”

After breaking off his engagement to Kat Von D, Sandra Bullock‘s ex Jesse James, 42, was awarded sole custody of his daughter Sunny, 7, in an Orange County, Calif., courthouse on Monday, July 25, following a three years long acrimonious court battle with her mother, adult film star Janine Lindemulder.

Throughout their marriage, Sandra worked alongside Jesse and the court in order to ensure her husband was given full custody of Sunny.

Jesse’s attorney John Schilling tells People.com that if Janine chooses to relocate to Texas to be near Sunny, she’ll be ordered to inpatient rehab. If she remains in California, she’ll only get monitored visitation of her daughter.

Janine was jailed for tax evasion in 2008 after prosecutors said she failed to pay more than $200,000 in taxes owed to the Internal Revenue Service.

“Jesse feels vindicated,” Schilling says. “This is what he’s been claiming all along, that Janine needs therapy.”
