The custody war is back on! Earlier today, the surprising news broke that Halle is accusing Gabriel of child neglect. But do you think she’s taking it a bit too far?

To accuse a father of child neglect is pretty harsh stuff, especially when we see a dad like Gabriel Aubry constantly doting on his daughter, Nahla, 3. It doesn’t look like he’s violating any sort of “regulations,” but considering we’re not in Halle Berry‘s shoes, we can’t assume everything is OK at home.

Halle, 44, is claiming that Gabriel, 34, is putting their daughter at risk, saying he is neglecting her and violating certain rules they laid out in their custody deal.

Because Gabriel was not in court today, the judge will schedule another hearing where they can discuss the details and get down to business.

Alright, all we hope is that Halle Berry, 44, is not trying sabotage the relationship between her daughter, Nahla, and her father, Gabriel Aubry, 34. Halle went to court this morning, June 28, complaining that Gabriel had violated their custody deal and was putting their 3-year-old tot at risk. She had a lawyer file a long court document analyzing Gabriel’s awful parenting skills!

Sources tell TMZ.com that Halle is allegedly worried for Nahla’s safety when she is in the custody of Gabriel — the same thing she said when their nasty battle first began earlier this year.

All of this new drama stemmed from Gabriel’s reported violation of the regulations he was supposed to follow while looking after Nahla. The lengthy court document that Halle’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, submitted today says that Gabriel is lacking when it comes to parenting and even highlights a specific event which took place overseas.

Halle claims that on this overseas trip, Gabriel neglected Nahla, ultimately putting her at risk.

The actress asked the judge to find Gabriel in violation of the agreement, but since he was not in court today, the judge scheduled a hearing for another time. Here we go again!

Halle and Gabriel are in a Los Angeles courtroom with family law attorney Laura Wasser for an unscheduled custody hearing involving their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla.

After a pretty nasty custody battle, Halle Berry and her ex-beau Gabriel Aubry reached an agreement over their adorable daughter Nahla, 3, in April 2011. But now, RadarOnline.com is reporting that both Halle and Gabriel are in a Los Angeles courtroom discussing the terms of this so-called agreement.

The unscheduled hearing will be held behind closed doors, and sealed to the public due to the fact that it involves a minor child.

After the former couple reached an amicable custody agreement, Halle released this statement: “Our issues were never about fighting for her. We both know a child needs both her parents. But what I want to say about it is sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse. We needed a court and a judge to help us work out some of the delicate issues, and I’m so happy we’ve arrived at that place, because for her sake, this is the best way. We both love her more than life.”

We hope whatever they’re discussing now gets resolved! We’ll keep you up-to-date.

Nahla sported some trendy overalls as she handed her mommy, Halle Berry, a special piece of artwork she worked on in the classroom. School’s almost over HollyMoms, so are you getting bombarded with art projects and drawings from your kiddies?

Halle and her ex Gabriel Aubry recently reached a custody agreement after battling it out over their 3-year-old girl.

“When there’s a child involved, it’s a relief when you can resolve things in a good way. Our issues were never about fighting for her. We both know a child needs both her parents,” Halle explained on Extra.

“But what I want to say about it is sometimes, as a couple, you reach an impasse,” she adds. “We need a court and a judge to help us work out some of the delicate issues, and I’m so happy we’ve arrived at that place- because for her sake, this is the best way…. We both love her more than life.”

Arnold is taking full blown responsibility for his cheating now, but just wait until he realizes you’re serious about the divorce — I bet he’ll become furious and nasty with you!

Why do I say this? Because I’ve seen it and lived through it. Arnold is one of those men who felt “entitled” to have his affairs AND to have a wife and family.

“He didn’t think he had a problem. He’s the kind of guy who only thinks he has a problem when he gets caught,” explains Dr. Gilda Carle, author of How to Win When Your Mate Cheats.

Arnold truly believed that he could have and was entitled to have both his beautiful and politically connected wife AND a bevy of mistresses – Mildred Baene, Gigi Goyette Jeffers and allegedly Tammy Tousignant- to satisfy his needs for “dangerous sex.”

He thought he was above everyday people because he was so famous and he didn’t think he had the same consequences as everyone else,” says relationship expert Rhonda Findling, author of The Commitment Cure: What to do When You Fall For an Ambivalent Man.

But it’s because he felt so entitled and so free of guilt about the situation, that he will soon become very angry when it sinks in that you are deadly serious about a divorce now.

He didn’t want you to split. In his own way, as much as he can for a narcissist — which he has to be — he does love you, Maria. And he does love his family.

He loves that you are a lady. He loves that you are politically connected. He still sees you as a trophy wife, even though he had his sex on the side.

The cheating had “nothing to do with his family. His wife and children were assets to him,” says psychiatrist Susan Abbott.

When he truly realizes that you’re taking those assets away, that you won’t be his trophy wife and run his home and household the way he likes, he will get angry like you wouldn’t believe!

Maria – he will blame YOU for breaking up the marriage and the family. He didn’t want a divorce. In his mind, he will be the one who is committed to the marriage. He didn’t initiate the split and move out. You did!

Once he feels justified in his own brain that you are to blame and the sting of public embarrassment wears off, he will start to make your life a living hell.

You better hire the best and toughest divorce attorney money can buy because Arnold will try to stiff you out of a big settlement. He may bar you from getting your personal belongings and marital assets out of the house. He may sue for sole custody of your two minor children.

Prepare for war!

I know because that’s exactly what my own father did. He cheated multiple times on my mom, and had a serious mistress, but when my mother finally found out everything and kicked him out, he pulled the blame game on her. He was furious that “she” ended the marriage.

Like Arnold, he didn’t think there was anything wrong with having a wife AND mistress and he hated my mom for calling him on it and refusing to go along with it.

He tried to make her and us pay the price for his anger and we did. We went from middle class comfort to practically penniless in an ugly divorce war.

So Maria, heed my warning. Just because Arnold is pulling all the right PR moves now, prepare for the worst. Take it from me, one who’s been through it.

Camille and Kelsey Grammer have finalized their divorce—but did they split up custody of their two kids in the agreement?

Actor Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife, reality star Camille Grammer finalized their divorce in February so he could quickly marry his British flight attendant mistress, Kayte Walsh. Even though Kelsey and Camille are no longer married, they are still working out the financial details of their separation, but what about their custody arrangement?? We keep seeing photos of Kelsey with his son in NYC, and Camille and her daughter in LA. 

We know that daughter Mason, 9, didn’t want to attend Kelsey’s wedding in New York City and opted to stay in California with her mom. But son Jude, 6, did attend the wedding. So did they split custody of the kids? Or is Mason upset with her dad for remarrying? That happens sometimes! Camille was said to have been “very upset” after the wedding, so could Mason be feeling protective of her mom?

Jenelle’s baby-daddy, Andrew Lewis says he’s a better parent than she ever will be! Looks like Jenelle is going to face custody battle #2 over little Jace!

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans better get ready for another custody battle over baby Jace—now Jace’s daddy, Andrew Lewis, says he wants the adorable 19-month-old to come live with him! “I love him and I want him in my life,” says Andrew in a new interview with InTouch. “Jenelle has put me through hell, never letting me see our son.” 

Andrew says that Jenelle “went completely off the deep end” when she learned about his new son, Jake, with his current girlfriend, Ashley Termini. “She was incredibly mean and said I don’t deserve to have kids,” says Andrew. Jenelle also sent Andrew photos of Jace with her drifter boyfriend, Kieffer, implying that he’s Jace’s daddy now.

Pete told Ryan Seacrest the ordeal hasn’t been easy.

Pete Wentz opened up about his custody battle with Ashlee Simpson in a new interview this morning, March 14th, with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM. “I mean, going through something like this isn’t easy,” said Pete. “But we’re friends. I mean, the most important thing is to put our son first. It’s like the one time on earth I’m like, ‘Thank God, Charlie Sheen exists!’”

Pete went on to say, “Ashlee’s been my best friend for five years. She’s the mother of my child. I have nothing but love and respect for her.” Way to take the high road, Pete! We love to see a dad who knows there’s nothing to be gained by trashing the mother of your baby!

When Ryan asked about Pete and Ashlee’s son, Bronx, Pete said, “He’s doing awesome. He’s crazy. He learns something new every day. Everything is like a new discovery for him. All of the sudden he’s opening doors. He’s learning to paint. He has a crazy memory. His new thing is like hiding cell phones and credit cards and stuff. ‘Where’s dad’s cell phone?’ He just laughs. He thinks it’s like a comedy act or something!”
