Mario Lopez seems to be all over the place nowadays, and, now, it looks like his schedule will become even busier!  He announced his wife, Courtney Mazza, is pregnant with their second child on Feb. 19!

The Extra host confirmed, on his show, that the couple would be expecting their second child this summer. Mario gushed to the show, “I am the happiest father in the world. We cannot wait to welcome baby Lopez number two into our lives.”

The news was celebrated with a surprise baby shower on the show, complete with gifts and guests. One guest was actually the couple’s first child, Gia Francesca Lopez, who was seen holding a sign that read “I’m gonna be a big sister.” How cute is that!

The couple, who have known each other since 2006, but started dating in 2008, when they met on Broadway, married each other in Mexico in December of 2012. It’s spectacular to see that they are adding to their love with another child. We wish them both the best of luck.

Mario Always Wanted More Children!

Mario told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, back in 2011, that he was so excited to have more children. He talked to us about Gia, saying, “Gia is already starting to speak, she’s saying ‘Mama, Dada’. It’s incredible. I am so in love with her. I can’t wait to have more!”

Mario Lopez and Courtney Mazza had an absolutely magical wedding! But of course as most weddings do, it didn’t exactly go off without a hitch. HollywoodLife.com spoke to an insider who attended the star studded ceremony, and learned that the wedding that was filmed for TLC, had an audio issue right at the most important part!

“The vows couldn’t be heard,” a source tells us. “Because there was a technical issue with the sound system during the ceremony.”

That’s such a shame since the couple revealed that they wrote their own vows for each other! But the insider went on to say that despite the glitch, the wedding which was held at Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis‘ house, was “very sweet and romantic.”

“Their families clearly mean a lot to each other,” the source says. “And the house was elegantly decorated. Joe’s house probably has never looked so good! They had specialty cocktails which were Mario’s favorites and were Courtney’s favorites too.”

The couple’s two-year-old daughter Gia was the flower girl and celebs like Eva Longoria ended up jumping into the pool with Mario and Courtney at the end of the night!

The wedding will air during a two-hour TLC special Mario & Courtney’s Wedding Fiesta on Dec. 8 at 8 ET!

Mario Lopez and Broadway dancer Courtney Mazza tied the knot in an extravagant ceremony on Saturday Dec. 1! Mario, 39, and Courtney celebrated their nuptials at close pal Joe Francis’ gorgeous Casa Aramara villa in Punta Mita, Mexico, surrounded by family and friends!

Mario and Courtney kicked off their weekend with a pre-wedding party on Nov. 30. “The theme was a ‘white party’ with everyone being asked to dress in casual, white beach attire,” a source told In Touch. “There were cocktails, a taco bar with beef, chicken and seafood tacos, a fresh fruit bar and a Tequila bar — with Tequila from all over Mexico. A mariachi band and DJ supplied the music as bonfires burned on the beach.”

The happy couple exchanged vows in front of a Catholic priest at 5PM ET.

“Mario and Courtney wanted to say their vows before sunset so everyone could start partying as the sun went down,” another source told the magazine. “There will be nighttime fireworks on the beach [after the ceremony]!”

The 150-200 guests, including bridesmaid Eva Longoria, dined on everything from fish and chicken to vegetable lasagna and other pasta dishes. The cake is a mixture of both Mario and Courtney’s tastes! “Courtney wanted a chocolate cake and he longed for red velvet layers, but the two finally agreed on alternating layers of chocolate and red velvet, with a creamy vanilla frosting.”

The couple’s 2-year-old daughter Gia serves as the flower girl.

Unfortunately, a honeymoon will be put on hold. ”Mario is too busy working so they are planning for one sometime down the line, but it’s not planned yet,” the source concludes.

And don’t feel jealous that you weren’t invited — the ceremony will air on TV in a two-hour wedding special, Mario & Courtney’s Wedding Fiesta, on Dec. 8 at 8 PM ET on TLC!

Mario Lopez, 38, and his fiancée, Courtney Mazza, have taken to the site Lovepost.com to share their romantic engagement with the world.

“We heard from a friend about this great new website and decided to share our love story as well,” says Mario. “It’s fun to read through different people’s stories, and I wanted to share that with everyone as well. Love makes the world go round, and Lovepost allows all of us to share our beautiful stories.”

The couple has been together since 2008 and share a one year-old daughter, Gia Lopez. He popped the question on New Years 2011 on a private beach in Ixtapa-Zihuatanjo, Mexico.

Moving full steam ahead with their wedding plans, the couple is learning to compromise, as most married people learn to do.

“Mario loves red velvet cake, and I’m obsessed with chocolate,” says Courtney. “We’re both very set in our ways and since we couldn’t agree, we decided to mix the two flavors together to come up with the ultimate cake for the wedding.”

He may just be the father of one for now, but Mario tells Ellen DeGeneres he’s all about babies, babies, babies!

We don’t know if Mario Lopez knows what he’s getting into but hey, go for it! The Extra host stopped by The Ellen Show yesterday, April 25, and showed off pictures of his 7-month-old daughter, Gia. And Mario, 37, is so in love with fatherhood that he’s already thinking about expanding his brood with girlfriend Courtney Mazza — he wants to be the next Brangelina!

“Fatherhood is my favorite role so far,” he told Ellen DeGeneres. “I want more already — we’re practicing,” he joked, before adding more seriously, “Let’s have as many as God allows — I’m all for it.”

When Ellen asked if he would have as many kids as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who of course have six, Mario said he would definitely step up to the challenge!

“That’s a lofty goal, but I’m gonna go for it though!” he admitted. “I’m used to having a big family and I like the idea of that.” And it doesn’t hurt that Gia is a sweet baby. “Thank God she’s got her mother’s disposition,” Mario explained, “she’s a happy baby, always in a good mood.”
