We know what contestant Ryan ‘Mickey’ McLean is looking for in his dream woman! Do you think ‘Bachelorette’ Ashley Hebert fits the bill?

She was dumped by Bachelor Brad Womack but Ashley Hebert is now on her own quest to find love on ABC’s The Bachelorette. With filming starting 10 days ago, Ashley is deep into mingling with 25 eligible men — one of whom — Ryan “Mickey” McLean — was named Cosmopolitan magazine’s “Hottest Bachelor for 2010.” So will Ashley click with this sexy, 30-year-old Cleveland chef?

Here’s what we know about what Mickey likes in a woman:

• How to attract his attention: “Just make eye contact,” Mickey tells Cosmo. “It’s that simple.”
• What he is looking for in a girl: “I’m loyal, optimistic, and easygoing. I’m laid-back and trusting, so I need a girl who is as well.”
• Ideal first date: “We’ll have a nice dinner and, hopefully, try new foods together. Then we’ll see where things go.”
• What Mickey likes to see a girl wearing: His Yankees hat, of course!
• Mickey likes active girls! “I like to be outside,” he tells Metromix Cleveland. “Anything outside — I like to run outside, I like to go hiking.
• Probably wants a pretty girl that he can take pictures of  – he’s an amateur photographer. Good thing Ashley has some experience modeling for Sports Illustrated‘s swimsuit edition.
• Ashley would have to move to Cleveland if they end up together because Mickey loves it there! “There’s a ton to do here. We have three professional sports teams, we’ve got endless museums and parks, even beaches, monuments. And there’s hiking and the West Side Market. There’s certainly not a lack of things to do. That’s what drew me to this area originally.”

Mickey seems like a catch. Not only is he handsome, sexy and successful, but he likes to have fun — and it sounds like he knows how to treat a girl right.

Lea also reveals why she never got a nose job and her idea of the perfect evening!

Lea Michele is the polar opposite of her Glee character Rachel! The 24-year-old with the jaw-dropping pipes nabbed the cover of Cosmopolitan‘s March issue, and says she spends her one night off a week at home!

Her perfect evening has a very specific itinerary: “Take a shower, put on a robe, pour myself a glass of wine, and Skype with Theo [Stockman, her boyfriend]. That’s the best.”

Lea, who considers herself to be a “stable-relationship junkie,”  has dated Theo, who just wrapped up his role in the Broadway production of American Idiot, for two years. But she understands why people assume the entire Glee cast is hooking up.

“Everyone thinks that everyone is sleeping with everyone,” Lea says. “We spend every minute of every day together, and when we’re finished, we all go out to dinner, so of course, they think we’re hooking up. I’m so thankful that doesn’t happen. If people hooked up, there’d be awkward tension.”

The New York City native is also proud of herself for not conforming to the the body image issues prevalent in her high school.

“I’m so thankful I didn’t [get a nose job],” Lea tells the mag. “There were so many people in my school who, even if they had the tiniest bump, would be like ‘Do you see it?’ I would be like ‘I can’t.’”

World-famous swimsuit model Marisa Miller, 31, admits she wasn’t always concerned about sun safety — but that all changed after she read an article in Cosmopolitan magazine warning about the hazards of tanning and the prevalence of skin cancer starting with women in their 20′s.

“I personally have received a lot of the misinformation out there about safe tanning,” Marisa told HollywoodLife.com exclusively June 7 at Cosmopolitan‘s First Annual Practice Safe Sun Awards in NYC. “Tanning beds are not good for you, so I stopped going four years ago and makeup artists tell me my skin looks better now than at 23!”

She went on to share some tips with us on staying fit and healthy!

“I definitely think that as far as diet, its good to cut out like soda, carbs, and alcohol, anything that would make you puffy,” she said. “It really helps to eat clean and have a lot of water. As far as workout tips, I like distance bands.”

Kristen Bell, 29, agrees with Marisa on the importance of protecting your skin from sun damage.

“This is going to sound obnoxious, but I wear 100 SPF when I go out into the sun, like if I go to the park or go on a hike,” she told us. “But on a day to day basis, my body lotion and face lotion both have SPF 30.”

Kristen even revealed her favorite brand: ”I wear Neutrogena 75 and 100, which I love and I carry it with me everywhere.”

Kate White, Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan, decided to host its First Annual Practice Safe Sun Awards in an effort to raise awareness of skin cancer dangers.

“We heard that melanoma was becoming the most prevalent cancer for women in their 20′s which is shocking,” says Kate. ”A lot of young women think that its okay to go out in the sun as long as they don’t burn … but a tan means that your skin has been damaged, you really need to wear total sun protection.”

The sun safety advocate suggests always wearing sun protection — even if you’re not going outside.

Pauly D thinks he’s too hot for his clothes. Are you sweating over his bod as much as he is?

Hey BFFs! Apprently, Jesery Shore‘s DJ Pauly D (Paul DelVecchio) will be stripping down for us quite soon in more ways than one. He tweeted today, Mar. 18, that he’s going to be taking it off for the WHOLE SECOND SEASON of Jersey Shore AND that he’s going to be in Cosmopolitan magazine ! We want to know, does the idea of Pauly D shirtless for a whole season make your palms sweat? Cosmo editors must think so!

“OK For THe Entire Second Season Im Going Shirtless!!! Those Of You Who Object Speak Now Or Forever Hold Your Piece !” and, “Off To THe Airport ,,,, Miami For A Few Days ,,, Cosmo Shoot,” Pauly D tweeted.

AHHH! Pauly D — it sure is hot in Miami so of course you’re going to be stripping down to try and stay “cool.” Shirts are not necessary for men when at the beach.

Just heard that the big wigs at the Prada design house in Milan fired many off the toothpick-thin models that were originally booked for their fall 2010 fashion show, which is being held at this moment in Milan on Feb. 25th.

Shockingly, for the skinny-obsessed fashion world, they were replaced by more voluptuous Victoria’s Secret models, who actually have at least a little meat on their bones.

My source is telling me that the big revolutionary moment occurred last night during fittings for the highly regarded trend-setting fashion collection.

She reports that a casting director suddenly threw up his hands, said “F— it!” and ordered that sexy Victoria’s Secret Angel models, Miranda Kerr (girlfriend of Orlando Bloom), Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes and Isabeli Fontana airlifted in for today’s 1 pm EST show.

“It’s about being healthy,” said Project Runway judge and Elle magazine fashion director Nina Garcia. “At the end of the day it’s the modeling agencies who are sending girls who are minus zero.”

As someone who was the editor-in-chief of fashion magazines Glamour, Cosmopolitan, and Marie Claire, I can assure you that this emergency move could have earth-shatteringly positive consequences. In other words, we can expect that after uber-trend setter Prada has made this revolutionary move to curvier girls, other design houses will fall quickly in line. It’s great news for models — they can EAT again — and for real women with real shapes everywhere.

Furthermore, last night design company Elena Miro actually used regular size models — the kind that fashionistas call plus-size, and the rest of us describe as “normal.”

He becomes hypercritical of you! “A man will re-direct his guilt about cheating, and instead will put you down.”, says Cosmo’s Editor-in-chief Kate White. “If you ever raise suspicions that he might be cheating and he says, ‘God, you’re paranoid,’ be suspicious,” says Kate. If he’s not guilty he should reassure you.

• Paying more attention to his body than normal. If he’s suddenly working out more and caring more about his appearance more than he ever has before, that’s a huge red flag — we want him to look good, but not better than us!

• If he doesn’t want to include you in work functions. Men meet women in the work place and it’s a melting pot made for cheating! Think David Letterman at the office. Think Tiger away on the golf circuit. “If he doesn’t want to make you a part of his work life that’s not good,” says Kate.

• If he is very protective of his cell phone Listen up ladies! If he’s taking calls and having to step into another room, or if he never lets his phone leave his side be worried. “The phone is a connector. If he changes his tone or seems nervous when he’s on the phone around you that’s a huge indicator,” says Kate.

• He loses interest in sex. That’s weird because “guys want sex all the time,” dishes Kate.

Here are Kate’s tips on how to keep your relationship fresh:

• Have your own separate identity being a strong presence in his life is important, but having your own life is just as important.

• Make him feel great! Women talk about how we need our guy to say we look hot but, “You need to validate him too! By saying things like you look great,” advises Kate.

• Stay close to him. See him alot! “Guys want a shorter leash than they let on, call him and say, ‘Hey, I’m going to be in the area — let’s grab lunch, it’s been a while.’ It keeps you together,” confesses Kate. Also, it marks your territory so other women know to back off!

• Take the temperature on your relationship. Don’t be afraid to ask your man ‘Hey how are we doing these days?’ because relationships require work!

• Spice it up! Guys like variety. Grab him and throw him on the counter or on the washing machine, “guys like novelty,” says Kate!
