Beyonce’s documentary Life Is But A Dream aired on HBO on Feb. 16, following a one-hour interview with Oprah Winfrey on Oprah’s Next Chapter. The most touching moment in the film, for us, was when Beyonce and Jay-Z sang Coldplay’s “Yellow” to each other, written by their close friend Chris Martin. They were celebrating her pregnancy and it was so adorable.

The documentary offered an inside look at the singer’s life and career — a side of her we’ve never seen before.

The HBO film shows footage of a sonogram, Beyonce’s growing bump and video of the singer posing nude as she neared her due date.

Beyonce, 31, also touches upon the miscarriage she suffered, which Jay-Z revealed in his song “Glory,” shortly after the birth of their daughter Blue Ivy.

“It was the saddest thing I’ve ever been through. My life is a journey. … I had to go through my miscarriage, I believe I had to go through owning my company and managing myself … ultimately your independence comes from knowing who you are and you being happy with yourself,” she said.

No wonder, Beyonce and Jay-Z were so overjoyed when they conceived Blue Ivy. Singing the Coldplay song only seems fitting. And there’s no doubt that the duo is madly in love with each other. Watch below! (They sing Coldplay’s “Yellow” around the 1:07:00 mark.)

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin reportedly told concertgoers in Brisbane, Australia on Nov. 21 that the band wanted to make that night’s show their best ever because they’d be taking an extended break.

“This is the last big show for three years or so,” Chris said, according to Huffington Post. “I don’t want to stop.”

While the group does have a number of shows lined up before their New Years’ Eve show with Jay-Z, we likely won’t see Coldplay take on an arena until at least 2016.

Coldplay has released five albums over the last 12 years. Will there be more?

Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin tried out a new restaurant for the first time in Santa Monica Monday. Apparently, The Hungry Cat was so good, he took his wife, Gwyneth Paltrow, there Tuesday for a date, according to LA Times’ Ministry of Gossip. How cute is that?

The Hungry Cat’s menu is only a page long, yet offers some high-quality selections, including cherrystone clams, King crab, Maine lobster and Pacific blue prawns. The couple is clearly living the high life!

Gwyneth is known to be a foodie, so she is sure to have loved his gesture. Good job, Chris!

Coldplay had a concert in LA last night and Chris Martin sang a touching tribute to Amy Winehouse’s ‘Rehab’ while Lindsay Lohan swayed along in the audience!

The UCLA Tennis Center was packed last night for the Samsung AT&T Summer Krush concert featuring Coldplay. At the end of their set, Coldplay played a short tribute to Amy Winehouse. Chris Martin sat at the piano and sang a slowed down version of “Rehab”, before seamlessly transitioning into their song “Fix You” which was an appropriate follow-up. But a little surprising was Lindsay Lohan, who held up her lighter during Chris’ tribute to Amy.

After Amy, who had a long-standing battle with drug addiction and alcohol abuse, passed away at age 27, many people wondered if this would be a wakeup call for Lindsay. Lindsay, 26, has also had to battle drug and alcohol problems and is still seen partying despite frequent trips to rehab centers and multiple DUIs.

Joining Lindsay in the audience were Ali Lohan, Heidi Klum, Channing Tatum, and Camilla Belle.
Kate Bosworth was spotted cuddling up to a mystery man, whom she brought over to chat with Lindsay. Chris’ wife Gwyneth Paltrow was walking around backstage, trying to remain incognito while supporting her husband.

Everyone looked like they were having a great time while enjoying the concert, and the proceeds benefitted the GRAMMY foundation.

The band somberly covers ‘Rehab’ at their latest show — what a great way to remember Amy!

Amy Winehouse‘s sudden death is still reverberating in the music community, and Coldplay paid a touching tribute to her by covering her hit “Rehab” at the Samsung ATT Summer Krush Concert!

Frontman Chris Martin played piano and sang a stark cover of the tune to remember Amy, who died at 27, at the August 3 show at UCLA. Needless to say, fans went wild, singing along loudly to the epic chorus!

“How the f do i get these kids off the wii? i swore i would never have one in the house, now they freebase Mario,” she posts on her Twitter page, with a cute pic of her pj-clad kids in the middle of a game.

One of Gwyneth’s Twitter followers offered some humorous advice, tweeting, “send them to Wii-Hab?” while another fan reassured the worried mom: “I reluctantly let my kids play – now one’s a computer scientist, the other a Marine Biologist/geek. Don’t fret, keep shoving out the love and they’ll turn out fine.”

And judging by what Gwyneth, 38, has to say about Apple and Moses, we’re pretty sure a little video gaming won’t kill ‘em!

”My kids are really good people,” she tells The Sun. “They’ve come out like that and I just don’t want to mess them up along the way. They’re great. I think if you can get your kids just to believe in themselves, I guess it will depend on what they want to do and what they want to be. I’ll always be there for them if they want my advice.”

So Gwyn, if they take your ‘no video games’ advice so be it, if not, they’ll grow out of it eventually! Right, HollyMoms?
