Cody, 16, wrote and produced this romantic song himself, and in the black and white video he sits shirtless and plays his acoustic guitar. Swoon!

On March 17, Justin Bieber took the night off and explored Paris with some friends, including Cody Simpson, Tay James and a mystery girl. The four of them posed for a photo in front of the Eiffel Tower in which Justin had his arm around this cute girl (lucky)!

Selena Gomez Who?

Selena Gomez seems to be moving on from Justin as clues like banning his music from the Spring Breakers afterparty and not checking on Justin after he collapsed on stage would suggest. Justin must be taking a hint and trying to do the same — unless he’s trying to make Selena jealous by retweeting the Instagram photo with his arm around one lucky lady.

Justin retweeted the tweet from @theteddyjay (Tay James’ account) containing the Instagram photo of the four. The caption reads, “Great Night With @JustinBieber & @Emmaa_J & @CodySimpson!”

Whoever this “Emmaa_J” character is, we’d say she’s one lucky lady to be roaming around the city of love with Justin.

Justin Bieber Is Loving Paris

Before exploring the city with his friends and mystery girl, Justin spent some quality time with his mom, Pattie Malette, his nana and papa earlier in the day.

Later that night, Justin tweeted “loving Paris.” Being that Justin is newly single and out and about in such a romantic city with a cute girl at his side, we can’t help but wonder if she’s one of the reasons why he’s loving Paris so much.

With his Switzerland concert coming up on March 22, we’re sure he’s squeezing in all the time he can get with his friends and his new arm candy….before he’s onto the next locale!

2012 has been an incredible year for Cody Simpson with the huge success of his Paradise tour and his  gigs with Justin Bieber. The Aussie says he’s now eager to go back home for Christmas where he can just be a teenager and hit the waves with his surfboard!

HollywoodLife.com spoke to Cody exclusively at the 5th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting at L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles on Nov 28, where the singer performed “Jingle Bells.”

“I am going back home for Christmas. I am going to Australia,” Cody told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “I have a week free in my schedule, so I told my manager I am going back home. I haven’t been back since March and last time I was there I was only there for a couple of days.”

“I am really looking forward to surfing, hanging out with my friends and just be a kid again. I know I can always go back there and just be a teenager,” Cody said.

And what else is Cody looking forward to?

“There is something that my Grandma cooks that I am excited about. She cooks this amazing pavlova, it’s like cream and meringue and all these berries. She will cook that up for me, and I will eat the whole thing.”

The inspirational singer also revealed his New Year’s resolutions:

“My New Year’s intentions are to just keep growing as an artist. Last year, it was to do a lot for charity and I was able to do that. I did a lot for anti-bullying. This year, I just want to keep on making great music and inspiring people.”

Cody, who is a delight to speak with and incredibly polite and sweet, credits his father for being his mentor.

“My dad is just incredible. He is always reminding me to do my very best and treat people the way I would want to be treated. I may be a celebrity, but I am first and foremost a person. I am grateful to have such wonderful parents and such a close, supportive family.”

Cody Simpson absolutely rocked the Today Show on Nov. 9. The 15-year-old Aussie chatted with Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford, then performed his hit “Wish U Were Here.”

At the 15th birthday celebration for Build A Bear, HollywoodLife.com talked to Cody Simpson EXCLUSIVELY about his life, revealing that his relationship with Kylie Jenner is strictly on a “friend” basis. However, we’re a bit skeptical!

Cody says that both Kylie and Kendall Jenner are great friends. He says, “It’s good to have friends who understand the position you’re in – it’s the same with Justin [Bieber].”

The pop star also admits that he is so grateful for how much the Kardashians tweet about him. “It’s awesome to have the support of such a famous family.”

Cody is aware that he has a rather cool group of friends, and says that he would like to get himself, Kylie, Kendall, Justin and Selena Gomez together to hang out. “It’s awesome because the fans are beginning to see that we’re like a family almost; we’re all supporting each other. We’re a young dream team.”

Cody, who has previously toured with Justin, will rejoin the Believe tour in November for three months. “Selena visits often and she’s cool to chill with. Me and Justin like to do teenage stuff – we recently visited a haunted house which was so cool!”

If there were a vote for the nicest guy in Hollywood, Justin Bieber would have to be at the top. The superstar who’s known for treating his fans, and girlfriend Selena Gomez, really well, also earns points from me for the way he supports his friends in the music industry!

On Tuesday, October 2, Justin’s buddy Cody Simpson released his album Paradise and Justin invited him to open for him on the same night at his L.A. stop on the Believe Tour! Cody tweeted his excitement on October 1, saying, “Angels & Gentlemen good night! what an amazing day. can’t wait for Staples Center tomorrow w/ my mate @justinbieber #BELIEVEtour #Paradise”

It’s so great that Justin would look out for his friend like this. Being a global superstar, Justin is able to help his friends reach an audience they might not be able to on their own. Take, for example, what he’s been able to do for Carly Rae Jepsen! After sharing “Call Me Maybe” with his fans, Carly has become a star in her own right.

The music industry is a hard business to break into, which Justin surely knows from experience. The help he provides to his friends is just another reason why we love him!
